Nice staff, clean facility. they’re very quick, will do fingers and toes at the same time. affordable for what you get. my friend’s gel manicure wasn’t very good though which is why i knocked a star off.

To Start with the owner Kristina I absolutely love her .She is a example of a successful American Dream and why her nail salon stands out because she is always there being a part and making sure you are completely satisfied with the services .It isn’t like any other nail salons that you are just a number one more they value you as a customer.Besides all the nail technicians being very skilled I ‘m super pick since in Brasil we have a high expectation related to beauty and detailed work .My technician is Kathy I love her ! She is always making effort taking her time to do her best and please me and I super appreciate that ! My nailsAre always impeccable!!!!I ain’t going anywhere this is my place !!! The location ... is in the heart of Encinitas the park is at the back of the building !!!I highly recommend!!!!!

I felt like they rushed to get done, but they used cold water on my feet and the pedicure honestly starting hurting after she started doing the cuticles. $90 and I didn’t even get the colors I asked for. I could get an amazing gel pedi/mani for $60 at my usual place with very good customer service. Very disappointed in this place especially after spending $100. Not worth it

The woman that helped me did a wonderful job. I showed her a photo and although it wasn’t exactly the same, the results were what I was hoping for! She made the nail shape the perfect length and width and the acrylic wasn’t chunky (which has happened at many other places).

Always love it here. Doesnt matter who I get, the quality of manicure is always high. I obviously have my favorite nail techs, but everyone there does a wonderful job. I usually do dip powder nails, and my nails have never been healthier.

GREAT service!! I had chewed off my acrylics 2 weeks prior and was nervous it would hurt. Nope! My technician was so gentle! 10/10 would recommend. Paid $41 for gel full set.

I go to 101 Nail salon to do my gel manicure and pedicure for 2 years and I am always 100% satisfied! I always make my appointments with Tini and Kevin, they do an excellent job, they are super professional, and the cutest couple ever!

Very accommodating

Some parts they rushed through, some parts took forever. My nails didnt look great after they took the nail polish off my nails and gave a manicure. The floors were a bit dirty.

Dropped by on vacation and had the best mani pedi. Reasonably priced and the best job.

The lady at the front desk told me to come back at 4:30 ...kept me waiting until 5. No apologies, no explanation, not even a smile or half-decent greeting.

This was the worst nail salon experience Ive ever had. My appointment was at 3pm, they didnt start until 3:30. Employees seemed confused as to what they were supposed to be doing and customer service did not seem to be a concern. The water for my feet was cool, so I told the technician Id like it warmer when he asked and he got it barely lukewarm. I got the level up from basic pedi, but it turned out that consisted of the technician dumping a little packet of something in the water then squeezing cold lotion on my legs straight from the packet like it was ketchup and actually scratching me in the process. He massaged one part of each leg for most of the time and was much more focused on talking with the other technician. Meanwhile, the water for the mani was sitting there for so long that when she had me put my hand in it was cold. I told her and she dumped the cold water on my feet! She then proceeded to cut my nails shorter than I have ever cut them, to where there is only the smallest sliver of white nail showing. Why anyone would ever cut nails that short unless explicitly asked I dont know. It hurt as she was cutting them and my fingers have been in pain ever since, even typing hurts. She also cut my cuticles so aggressively that I had her just skip that part on the next hand. The technician doing the pedi also hurt me several times by buffing my nails so hard and indiscriminately that he buffed my skin too and he pushed my cuticles back so aggressively at one point that I flinched and suggested he go a little gentler. He just looked at me like I was weird and kept going. The woman laughed and said Me?! The whole experience felt like torture rather than a relaxing treatment and I almost left right in the middle. Instead, I figured I had been through the worst of it and had better at least get my nails painted out of the whole deal. I highly suggest avoiding this place. And to the salon, I suggest you hire a consultant and consider making drastic changes to how you operate.

Made an appointment for pedicure and full set. I arrived early at 445 PM for my 5 oclock appointment, wasnt even acknowledged. I left at 510 PM. Appears disorganized. They had a sign in sheet and no one bothered to check it. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Quick and affordable!

Paid $95 dollars for a gel manicure and pedicure and it chipped on multiple nails within 2 days! Usually when I get gel, the color looks great and lasts and doesn’t chip unless I’m very active. I’ve done nothing but my office job for the past two days, so why are my nails chipping? I could have paid for regular nail polish at this rate.... will not be going back!
