Fantastic experience! Not only did I get a n excellent hair cut, the shop was very clean. I could see the beautician straying sanitizer and wiping down surfaces through out my visit. Masks are required and they were worn! Very professional! Very Covid safe!

Erica is an absolutely AMAZING stylist! My hair ALWAYS looks phenomenal when she gets done with it. I will go to whatever salon she is at.

Best place in Lorain county for color, cut, and nails. Dont pay spa prices. Its just a fancy place to go. This is were to go. 100% cool people.

Not a very nice greeting when I arrived, very poor selection of gel polish, hot pink is actually very very faint light pink, not to mention ever since my nails were done Wednesday 7/12/17 my skin all around my nails is completely messed up and tearing away from my nails, getting worse by the day! As of 7/20/17 nails still not healed still in pain, went for a refund 7/19/17 only to be lied to and the lady that did them said she didnt use cuticle cutters on me even when I left there one nail bed was bleeding from them!! She is lying because she was now caught by the owner undercharging customers (probably in hopes of a better tip). They had the refund out until my mom and I said we were still very disappointed in the customer service and would still be letting people know so they dont end up in this pain, they then put the refund back in the drawer and said they were no longer giving it to us! Not to mention another stylist working with another customer in the salon trying to bud into a conversation that didnt include her at all because she wasnt even working the day this happened!

Absolutely love Erica. Shes been my hair stylist for 10 yrs and I totally trust her. I go in sit in her chair and let her work her magic....

The worst pedicure Ive ever had. The girl was young just out of school very nice but horrible pedicure. The whole thing lasted a total of 15 mins including painting and dry time. First the pedicure chairs are old and not in great working condition. Next I had shellac on my toes which is normally soaked off so not to damage the nails..she said they didnt have the right cotton to do the soak???? She proceeded to file and peel off the Polish..I should have left then..she said she didnt like to cut toes nails so she just filed my big toes down uneven at that and didnt touch the rest . As far and the scrub well lets just say my feet were snagging on blankets that night. The lotion was apply in 30 seconds . Her painting took all of 2 mins and was horrible she said she was going to let them dry then apply top coat..well she left and never did it I was so dissapointed I just put my shoes on and left I never should have paid for it but Im to nice and it was my first and last time going there...needless to say I paid 31$$ and now the next day at another salon getting good another pedicure...please dont waste your money or time

Was quoted 40 dollars for acrylics, and bill came to 50 when time to pay. Very expensive for the area for acrylics. One of my daughters nails broke off in with hours of her getting them done. They were uneven in length on top of this. Not happy with the experience.

When I walked in and requested a hair cut and for my eyebrows to be done Im guessing the manager told a stylist that she had a client the stylist did not want to take care of me had an attitude she washed my hair did my brows which are not at all how I want them they are uneven she than gave me a trim which is what I wanted did not blow dry my hair very dDisatisified with the service stylist name was sister bad customer service

Poor gel polish. The whole manicure took almost 2 hours. Cuticles bleed during.
