Tracy did my nails, and she was very kind. I told her I wanted matte black with a shiny French tip, and she seemed very hesitant as she had never done a matte shine mix before. If it were just that, I’d give a better review, but the shapes not what I wanted, the acrylic is lumpy, and there’s gel all over my skin. Really wish it could be a better review, but I’ll be fixing them myself and feel the price I paid was far from worth it.

Called on Saturday to set appointment for myself and a friend. Specifically stated 3 times we wanted manicures and pedicures. The women called to confirm we were still coming in that day but stated she only had me down for manicures and couldn’t do our pedicures because she scheduled someone after us. Well it’s supposed to be by appointment only. A women walked in asking if they had time to do a quick pedicure. The lady then stated yes and say her down for her pedicure. Super unprofessional as it is supposed to be by appointment only and I set up the appointment and couldn’t get my services done. She rushed through my manicure and did a terrible job as the nail polish doesn’t even cover the whole nail and it was not all the way down to the cutical. Will NEVER go back!

They are always busy on a Saturday but got me in quickly. I enjoyed it. I only have one complaint, the last 2 visits I couldnt get the polish color I wanted n had to choose something else.

They would not fix their mistakes. Was not satisfied with their response to my problem I had with my feet.

They did a great job on my nails. I just wish they were more creative with designs

I have been to this location many times over past 3 yrs and ive always been happy until today. Ive always had either tracy or the guy (not sure his name) and always left happy. Today i had another lady that i didnt recognize and she did a VERY poor job. I went in for a fill and left looking like i still need a fill. The polish has lumps on 3 of my nails. I still can see orange polish from my last color on the sides of several nails. She didnt buff the tops very well as they feel rough. I believe she either just rushed through or she just has no pride in her work. My nails look terrible and i am very upset. I will be going to a different place probably in less then one week to get my nails fixed. I just dont think i can stand the sight of my nails for the normal 2 or 3 weeks.

Terrible spot rushed through our nails my full set Is crooked the nail Polish is messy and also they locked us in the store when it was no where near closing

Kinda sloppy work i had to file my nails at home and there nail polish chipped easily and fast.

Got right in with a friendly staff but I do have to admit I’m a little frustrated and disappointed with my nails upon leaving. I noticed some spots where the polish wasn’t spread out evenly, as well as top coat that has gobbed up and is just sitting on the edge of my nails, with one of my nails filed very unevenly. I am not much of a complainer, but this is literally the one thing I allow for myself to be treated to, I just wish the technician would have maybe taken 5 extra minutes to paint and file a little more carefully. I might try one more time and see how it turns out with a different tech.

First time customer, definitely will go back. Got a really bad (overpriced) dipped powder manicure at a different salon. Walked into R & K Nails, showed Sanh my nails and asked for help. Sanh worked magic fixing my nails without causing any more damage to my own nails. Got a great pedicure and spa treatment, too, for a very good price. Staff was very friendly. Never felt rushed at all. Recommend this place

Yvonne is the best Im terrible at getting fills, my nails last 8 weeks or more. I will only go to Yvonne. Got my daughters nails done by older woman they fell of within a week. Prices great and great nails by Yvonne!

I waited an hour for a fill and when I finally got my nails done the nail tech applied the gel soooo thick. the edges of my nails lifted like 2 days later. they don’t have that many colors to choose from either.
