Been getting my nails done here for years. Very clean and neat. And my nails always look good. They has always been friendly and if something happens to one of my nails they always fix it with no charge

Came in for dip on real nails . In one day chipped horribly. Called and explained issue . Nails where done on Thursday evening flew out of town on Monday with 5 chipped terrible looking nails !! Manager stated she would only give me a discount to get fixed .. no thank you !! Beware of poor customer service & quality of service !!

IM NEVER COMING BACK HERE! i asked for chrome i will add pictures as to what i wanted and what i got TWO DIFFERENT TIMES!! i showed a picture to one of the lady’s who said she could do it. then as she was doing my nails she did not do them right and they looked nothing like what i wanted half of my nails had no chrome or was splotchy in areas! i came back again the same day and i was told that i had to pay an extra $5 for it to be fixed when it was not my fault it was the NAIL TECHNICIANS! i got them done for the second time and they CHIPPED as soon as i left and was told that i could not get a refund nor fix all my nails just ONE????! you guys lost a great customer! MIND YOU I PAID $55 for a fill and chrome when i couldn’t have went somewhere else for a better job and cheaper!!

I went in for a fill and a French and Neal took the time to add some bling to my nails ! Love it !

The design they did was just what I requested from a reference photo. The nail techs were really nice and did a very clean job. Extremely talented!

Good prices, staff was nice and accommodating. Was able to do exactly what I was looking for as far as the ombré nail. I left happy and satisfied! I will return again!

They overcharged me for a gel manicure on my natural nail. They said $35 for pedicure and $35 manicure/gel on my natural nail. I get home and they charged my card $150. Check your receipts ladies and gentlemen. Im disputing this to my bank. No wonder she kept her hand over the receipt. I will not return. Didnt even turn out great and is gel polish for gosh sakes!! OVERPRICED AND OVERCHARGED AND VERY, VERY UPSET AT THE DISHONESTY.

Visiting from Florida where I get a monthly gel manicure and regular polish basic pedicure for many years. Both of these services are done at various salons where I live and are done very well. I am fortunate to live in a nice part of town and pay about $60 for both total which seems pretty fair. So, Im visiting Ohio, and I needed a pedicure and tried to book at some 5 star rated places but they were all booked for the day. I decided to use Exotic Nails even though they were 4 stars (not too bad I thought). I read the reviews including the bad ones, but they said they could take me right away so off I went. Unfortunately, all the complaints in all the bad reviews came true for my visit, I witnessed it all first hand. So, instead of repeating Ill just say, stay away. It was a very frustrating, unprofessional, unfantastic experience.

I was very unhappy with myservice & how my nails turned out. The womendoing my nails was rough and extremely rude, the whole time she was doing my nails she was notpaying attention and looking around the room. All of my nails are different sizes and bumpy, i payed 60 dollars for my nails and they are 1 color ! over priced

Will never come back, i’ve been here a few times and it’s never what i ask for. if you go for a fill and it’s not their work they will give you attitude and try to do a full set instead. they talk bad about my normal nail tech (who is the only one who can do my nails the way i actually like) went in with SUPER long square nails and they cut them back almost to my fingertip and gave me coffin which is not at all what i asked for and when i said they were too short he basically said oh well you can get a full set. they look good for what they are but sooooo not what i asked for. they are old lady nails. $50 down the drain once again

Me and my mom went in for a full set of nails. $45 each. We both went back at the same time, to different people. My nails were done in half the time hers was. The man doing my nails rushed through and did a horrible job. I would have paid less than half of what I did for the quality I got. However, my moms nails were done almost perfect. With very few flaws. I’d like to try again with a different nail tech, but it makes me worried. Very disappointed in my nails.

Decided to try this place out because i moved 30 mins from my beloved nail salon in bay village. the whole experience was fine, the techs were nice & seemed professional. i did notice that i was only get acrylics, no manicure. my cuticles or skin around my nails was not touched, but i wasn’t too upset about it. i always get almond shape with some sort of design. this usually takes an hour & a half. it took her 45 mins if that. it just seemed rushed. my nails started lifting & breaking the next day. i spent $77 & am just truly unhappy.

Gel nails chipped after just 5 days. My at home gel manicures last longer than that…

I love the atmosphere of Exotic nails. Its a nice salon, but not stuffy or uptight. Everyone is so chill and relaxing. I love everyone can just feel comfortable being there!

Made appointment two weeks ago for 2 pedicures. Arrived and signed in, no greeting, no acknowledgment nothing. Sat down and my granddaughter arrived 5 minutes later. There were no remaining chairs. I got up to tell her no one had spoken to me yet but I did sign us in. Female employee looked at us and rudely told us to go sit down. There was no greeting, no checkin, no professionalism, nothing. The place was filthy, as were the individual employee tool kits that we saw. We will never go back here. It was disgusting . We hope the health department pays them a visit very soon.

My friend suggested I make an appointment with Vivian. So I did. Owner meets me at door. Puts me with a different tech (I assumed Vivian...wrong! I asked for pink and white. Instead got glitter fade and a huge mess. Then the owner offered nothing in return...Tipped herself $20 for giving me back wrong change!

First time there and I gotta say it was an all around great experience!! Got exactly what I asked for and everyone was really nice! Will go back!!

This place is great for pedicures, IF you can get in ... I waited a hour before I finally just gave in and left. I will definitely be finding a new place to go, because today wasn’t the first time that has happened .

The techs have been nice for the most part. Acrylic laying/shaping not the best. Hours are why I come. Theyre the only ones open.

Told them I was unhappy with what I received/didn’t like it and asked for my nails to be redone. They told me no they wouldn’t do it & kept my $75. they were rude and let me leave crying.

I waited over 50 minutes past my time. And not even 8 days later all my acrylics are popping off.

Im a new customer at Exotic nails, was my second time going there. So I went in a couple of days ago and asked for a pedicure and a full set to be done. The staff is very friendly...I showed them a picture of how I wanted my finger nails done black with a umbre style light blue glitter on top....they actually used glitter from a little container vs glitter nail polish...and they gave me 2 choices but neither where the color of light blue....they came close to the picture but it wasnt what I wanted...I was there for about 2 hours and they werent busy at all...ended up being there till close...so I didnt want to hold them up and make them re-do. I was just going to live with them and not go back at all to have them fixed....but then I realized the tops of my finger nails felt like sandpaper and it wasnt the color glitter I wanted so I did decide to go back today because I did spend $115 plus $7.50 tax because I used a card and the $20 tip so it should be the way I want them...and I am the customer...so went back today, and the nice young girl brought out 3 different color blue glitter nail polishes and I could see right away which one I wanted. So she re-did the polish which is black and put the glitter nail polish over umbre style. Their exactly the way I wanted them in the first place!! But she charged me another $21 and change!!! I was shocked!! She said for a polish change....guy who had me sign in told me to write fix next to my name because they needed fixed....and I got charged for it?! so spent almost $170 all together...VERY disappointed because the staff is nice and friendly...so I guess the $21 and change they charged me today is worth me not going back and them having a repeat customer, because I wont ever go back...absolutely ridiculous!!! The job they did today should of been what they did the first time...why wasnt the glitter nail polish that she brought out for me today shown to me couple days ago??? not quite sure...and when I called to talk to the manager she made it seem it was my fault for not saying anything at the close of business a couple of days ago....time and gas to go back up there to get fixed and I get charged...wow GREEDY is all I have to say!

Ive been to a lot of nail spots around the area. Exotic Nails is one of the best in the area. You come in and they know you by your name. They make you feel welcome and I havent had not one bad experience. My nails look fabulous. They know what they are doing!!!

I know little to nothing about the terminology for getting nails done. What I picked up I got a full set with a French tip and it looks AMAZING!!! Vinny was amazing. I thought I ruined a finger by hitting it putting it under the UV lamp, but you cant even tell I messed it up. I thought the price was fair for what I had done, the entire staff was extremely friendly. The salon itself looks very clean. I would happily go back for all of my nail needs.

Everything was good, until the day after my service one of my nails crumbled. I called and they said I could come in around 5. Two hours later and they still haven’t fixed my nail, while 3 walk ins who came 30-35 minutes after me haven been seated and worked on. I’m livid. Then they tried to charge me for fixing it. Ridiculous..

I have been going here for 3 years now... vivan is my girl! She always does my nails perfect!!! They last 2 to 3 weeks with no problems... there prices are fair.. 45 for a full set normal length and gel polish nothing fancy! To me thts not a bad price... i do think they should post a sign on the wall so tht all the techs stay consistent with there prices... very friendly.Very clean... i alaays make an appointment so i dont hve to wait...

Tom and Vivian are very nice. However this is the second time I’ve went and my GEL POLISH is not drying correctly! Was told by one employee come on in WHENEVER and they can fix it today went in for a fix and was charged only to get home NOW and my polish is peeling again! I will gladly never come here again! So if you’re getting a COMMONLY USED COLOR it’ll be great otherwise don’t waste your time they don’t stand by their work and are RUDE when asked to correct THEIR mistakes!

I got a new dip set two days ago. Three nails broke two days later. I called them and told them I could go in today to show them but I could not stay as I got the set for vacation. I was told that they break and it is normal and they would fix for me. I again told them I was going on vacation and couldn’t sit in the dear again for another hour.

I came to this nail salon for a full set. I will never come here again. I was getting my nails done for my 21st birthday end I’m highly disappointed. My nails are uneven. I went back and she tried to file them and all she did was make them shorter. I feel like she rushed through my nails.

I came here because vanity is going down the drain...the girl who did my nails did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! Also got me in last minute and still took her time. Wonderful customer service and did a beautiful job ...also Kim did my boyfriends feet and he LOVED it. Way better than anywhere else we’ve been. Definitely will be regulars from now on!!!!

Fantastic!!! They fixed my pink and white French manicure acrylics that another place had did a shoty job on and Exotic did a great fill in at a reasonable price? I wont go anywhere else!

My daughter and her friend had poor attitude service today if you don’t want to work there then find a new job also the girl her friend had keep answering her cell phone which is so rude and not good customer service. Get this place together and show better customer service to get more people to come back.

I was grateful that they were taking walk in appts.. However my nail tech wasnt very personable. Had trouble with the nail glue and my polish.Seemed more interested in talking on her phone to her boyfriend than anything else. Also said she was tired of doing full sets? Idk if she was having a bad day but really? Lol I hope the next place I go actually appreciates their customers!

Recently moved to Ohio and needed to find a person I can rely on for my nails found Exotic Nails and as soon as I walked in and was welcomed suggested nail colors how I want my nail design and just such a relaxing atmosphere ever since that day I have been back every two weeks and it is the only place I will go to get my nails done I live 30 minutes away but Im committed to this nail salon Lauren is amazing including everybody else I recommend this place to any and everybody and they only deserve 5 or more stars

I went in for a fill and got an attitude about wanting to use my own polish. The girl who did my nails was super nice but did a very poor job. I went in to have them repaired and they acted like I had done something wrong because I used my own polish. I dont appreciate being talked to like Im a child. Ive been getting fills for years and I know how its supposed to look. Also the price was higher than Im used to. I will never use this salon again! My friends will hear about this too.

Terrible!!! My nail polish was easily peeling off within days if getting them done, and they gave me attitude when I went to have them fixed, just to have the same thing happen after getting them fixed...also they never have advertised colors available. one girl didnt even take time to shape my nail the correct way (I get almond shape) and they were all different lengths. I will never go back!!

This is my favourite nail spot! It took me a while to find a spot that i like and after searching i found them and fell in love after my first time! They are so friendly and their work is amazing! What you ask for is what you get plus more! They take their time and love their clients! I WONT go anywhere else but here and i would recommend them to anyone!!

I brought in a picture FROM THEIR WEBSITE and asked if they could do my nails like that and they told me no. I had an appointment and was still rushed when picking out my nail color. The lady literally asked me to “hurry up.” The shaping and filing of my nails is absolutely horrendous; not all my nails are the same length. My entire nails aren’t even polished; the sides of my nails were completely neglected. I’m absolutely astounded at what $50 gets you in that shop... which is not much! I will definitely not be returning.

I’ve been going to Exotic Nails for about a year and a half now. Since day one, they’ve always made me feel so special. I’ve gotten to know the staff there and it’s an absolute pleasure every time I walk through the door to be greeted by all of them. They are accommodating, caring and just genuinely wonderful people.My nails are always done perfectly. I appreciate the time and care that goes into making sure it’s done correctly and that I’m happy. The prices are extremely affordable compared to some of the salons just a few cities over where you don’t get near the level of service they offer. I’m forever grateful for this place, these people and the service. Keep up the good work! Love you guys!

I had gone to a nail shop in Avon and they completely messed up my nails. Tracy took over an hour to fill, file, and reshape them so I looked human again. As a first time guest I was very impressed with her work and would recommend her again. Thank you again Tracy!!

Best experience ever! They were so nice and welcoming! I’ve always been weird about people touching my feet but they made sure it wasn’t going to be awkward or weird. They were very helpful with all the questions I had cause I’m sensitive to chemicals and didn’t want anything crazy on my skin! You’ll see me again soon!

I’ve been coming here to get my nails done for 2-3 years. From day 1 they’ve greeted me By name, been friendly and amazingly accommodating. They’ve gone above and beyond for me on numerous occasions. I’ve never had less than a fantastic experience coming here. They’ve been patient with me figuring out what my best option is between gel/acrylic/sns. Super convenient location, great prices and amazing nail techs. I’ve seen some really amazing nail art walk out of there. You should definitely give them a shot whether you need your nails done for a special occasion or if you’re like me and just love having them done all the time. :)

They are very frie day and good at their job

This is usually my favorite place to get my nails done. This time I got a gel pedicure and gel manicure. I loved the colors and all of the options. But it’s less then a week later and over half of my nails have chipped or peeled. They also didn’t paint close to my cuticles so they look extremely grown out already.

I went in to get a fill. And to reshape my nails to Coffin shape ( for Halloween) Lee did such an amazing job I think Im going to keep this shape. I will definitely be going back to have him do my nails again.

Worst experience at a nail salon ever. I went to get my acrylic nails soaked off and the nail technician got impatient and tore off the last layer, ripping all the way through my nail, leaving it bloody and painful. When I asked for a discount she seemed shocked. I would never go back.

An unfortunate first experience here from Vinney. He browsed Facebook and had face time calls throughout the entire appointment. He rushed through the job and my nails are facing all sorts of directions. Each of my nails have a different shape and a service that usually takes 90 minutes elsewhere took 45 here. The color selection was minimal and not appealing. In addition staff made inappropriate sexual comments right in front of me(not Vinney). I will be finding another salon to reshape and apply a new attractive color tomorrow. Will not be back.

I love this place. They are so sweet and nice. And you don’t sit in silence, they talk to you and joke with you. They remember all they’re returning customers and greets all of them with a smile. Can’t beat their personalities, quality and prices.

Takes walk-ins. Not a relaxing vibe, though. Told pedicure was 50 bucks but charged 70 because they used gel nail polish an extra 20 bucks which I wasnt asked. Wont be back. Felt tricked.

I’ve been a customer since spring, and I won’t go anywhere else!Huy is amazing- he is up on current trends and my nails are ALWAYS perfect. I’ve gotten my nails done for the last 13 years and since I’ve started going to Huy I get more compliments on my nails than I ever had before.The rest of the staff is polite and accommodating and the salon is clean. Sometimes they are busy but there is good reason for that...because they are GOOD. I always call ahead and make an appointment and they make it so easy.

First let me start off by saying I absolutely love the staff and service I receive. I go at least once a month. Im sad to say this last time I got a pedicure and a full acrylic set its been a week and a half, the polish on my toes has started to chip already. The day after I got my acrylics done one broke (which was my fault) but after getting it fixed the very next day another nail lifted and has fallen off. Exotic nails always goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately I am not very happy with this last experience. I have been considering going to a different salon to fix these issues.

I have gotten my nails done here for years, since they were located over by the mall. They are fast and friendly, always greeting me by name when I enter. I have never had an issue that was not corrected to my satisfaction. I always get compliments on how nice my nails look! Loan and her son are the best!

I have nothing but great things to say, I can call ahead and make an appointment or walk in whatever works best for me. They offer new and trendy products at very reasonable prices. Ive been going here since I was a little girl when they were located by the mall. They always are really sweet and they remember me every time! I cant remember the person who does my nails but shes awesome! Always helps me decide on something cute and trendy. I travel all the way here nobody else will do my nails but these ladies!

I really enjoyed my visit, however Ive had my gel polish less than a week and its chipping really bad. Im sad because this was my first visit to this salon after hearing from friends how wonderful it was. Help.

They do wonderful work but the price is getting high might have too find some where else too go and every time I go get a fill in the price goes higher And higher some times I think they rip people off.

Expensive for the service. Needed a last minute pedicure for a wedding. Just got the basic pkg. Didnt clip or shape my nail. Didnt scrub dead skin, a light massage no moisturizer. Just a poor job even for the basic pkg.
