Friendly helpful staff and in and out fast. Trailer worked like a charm.

If there is a way to rate with a negative number I would. Second time used them second time they have screwed up, all on their side. First time were told wrong information for picking up a trailer before 8 am made us extremely late for what we had to do and be at. How embarrassing for us, sure they could care less they got their money. This time we were told they are not open on a Sunday and we were forced to keep for an extra day. Also mind you charged as well. Received a call that ar first could not understand the person calling sounded foreign so spammed the call they called back and left a message that trailer is overdue and scheduled for someone today. Hmmm interesting we were told closed and told we had to return on Monday. Contract states 16 days she wanted to argue the point. Her name I believe is Joan, so unprofessional. We are so tired from driving 17 hours yesterday and driving my dad to his home this morning and driving back to our home just to find out we have to drive it back again another 16 miles because of their SCREWUP AND LIES. Now I need the refund they charged me today for the trailer plus the recharge for today that we paid and extra 16 miles in gas. Gas aint cheap these days. Will never use them again or recommend EVER. THERE WILL NOT BE A 3 STRIKES YOUR OUT WITH ME. YOUR OUT NOW!!!!. MAKE THIS RIGHT U HAUL.

I loved that they got a bigger truck than our local u haul place. It was definitely a good choice to pick a bigger truck just in case. If you have a one bedroom apt & with a lot of stuff, its better to rent a truck that can fit 2 bedrooms.I paid for a dolly, but they forgot to put it in a back, so make sure you check. They still charged me for that. It wasnt that much thou :))

I schedule ahead to pickup a cargo van. Call that Im going to be later and the door to shop where closed. No one able to rent me wehicel. It was closed 20 min before close time posted. Im disappointed.

Asked if they could email me the bill later, I agreed. Then they sent me a bill 30% higher than actual charges and denied wrongdoing. Had to go to corporate customer service to get a resolution.

No one, besides the old guy (who doesn’t really do anything) is certified to be working on any vehicles. Don’t trust them working on anything

Great customer service the girl that hung out was very friendly and she took care of me right away. Also the truck was clean disinfected especially during these times while done. Keep up the good work and thank you again..

Its a repair shop that is partnered with U-Hauls. Friendly staff that were helpful with making sure that my gift card/discount went through. Its just too far for me to use all the time.

I called on Saturday a young boy answer the phone asked if they had a pickup truck he said no I asked him if he could look at the other stores inventory he said NO because they dont have access which I didnt believe but I let it alone I call back today Tuesday April answers the phone and I asked for a pick up truck and she said no but what she did differently is ask me if SHE should check OTHER stores to see if they have a pickup truck WOW I thought you guys didnt have access to the other stores inventory due to one of your employees there.. Rented a truck at the beginning of the month and I only put about 16 miles on the truck. An employee miss-read the mileage on the truck confusing an 8 with a 0 and Uhaul Addison charged my credit card for an additional 80-100 miles or so. I was lucky to find out that same evening and reached out to this location the next day. I was told the mistake will be corrected and a refund would be issued to my credit card swiftly. I checked my credit card statement at the end of the month, and sure enough Uhaul never issued the refund. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the worse place Ive been to get a U-Haul rental. Cat litter was strewn all over the floor. The washroom was dirtier than most gas-station washrooms. The rep behind the desk reeked of smoke and complained about how computer-geeks should get a real job. The worse is they tried charge me a penalty for bringing back the truck with less gas than it had when I picked it up. (Take pictures of the odometer and the gas meter when at pick up and drop off). It took me weeks and several phone calls to get it her to refund me the money.

Rented a moving truck, the staff was polite and made the rental easy.

They may not be the Rolls Royce of trucks but the staff there is great and they arent trying to scam you. When moving this is where I always get my truck.
