They unclothed several drains in the house, including the main. Several weeks later, but after their 30 day guarantee, I was having a related (but minor) problem, and they came by and fixed it with no charge. The plumber, Matt, was also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Cant say enough how happy I was with my service from Roto Rooter. I had a severe backup in my basement and their 24 hour service was able to get out to me on a Sunday in only a few hours. My repairman, Mark, was an expert and very professional. There was nothing he couldnt fix. I am a first time (dumb) home owner and he took extra time out of his day to teach me all about my plumbing while not only fixing my blockage issue, but identifying other potential issues I could address to save me money in the future. Thank you Mark you are awesome!

Emailed them with an issue draining. Got a call less than 30min later and got an appointment same day. They were professional and fast. Drained 2 lines and did my sink. Everything is draining great! 10/10 service! (May)UPDATE:Had to call them again because my basement was backing up again. They came out same day and (not sure if first or last name) Curtis arrived. He went straight to work and even told me stuff to buy to help keep the pipes clean. Again 10/10 service! (October)

The difference in clearing a drain with a regular plumber and Roto-Rooter is the size of the snake! If you have a tough obstruction, call Roto-Rooter - hands down they bring the right equipment and attitude to solve your problems.

Had overflowing toilet and water coming up through shower. Called to have someone come out and the lady on the phone was not pleasant. That should have been my first clue. She took my information and said someone would call me. 20 to 25 minutes later, no call. I called another plumber. I called Rotoroiter back to cancel and they couldnt even find my request. Seriously! Glad I didnt wait any longer. Horrible customer service!

When they came out to my house I had standing water in my basement. Mind you this was 2 years ago. They put a new sewage drain plug(which they put in crooked) and still to this day I am still having problems with what they put in. We have called them and asked them to come back out, to put it back in, and they have either taken our number and not called us back or there was some kind of excuse, as to why they cant come and fix it. They have also said that WE put the sewage plug in ourselves, and we did not. I would not recommend for future follow-ups.

I had a backed up sewer system. They were able to come out the same day and got my pipes draining. Matt explained everything he was working and was pleasant and efficient. Thanks so much.

We used them last year & they unplugged our refrigerator that had my husbands diabetes medication in it (we have them on camera) and did not plug it back in. There was an outlet closer to them they could have used or they could have asked which outlet to use but they did not. The mgr turned us over to their insurance agency & they did nothing to replace what we lost after giving them all of the information they asked for. The mgr at Roto-Rooter was very apologetic & said he was going to use the video as a training tool in the future. Needless to say, we were not very happy.

While I am grateful that they cleared my sewer problem, they left a huge mess behind in the bathroom: Damaged the toilet, gouged a hole in the wall, and didnt put it back together again properly so it flooded the bathroom. Not sure I will call them again.

They are very professional and really care about finding the actual source of problem and fixing it right the first time. I would recommend their services to anyone !
