Matt,Is a great guy he was there way before I expected and was very courteous and professional and was very knowledgeable about his job.He even explained to me things I had no idea about and gave me recommendations on how to avoid expensive problems in the future. I was with him side by side as explained to me exactly what he was doing and was friendly the whole time. They are very reasonable on there pricing and he got the tank cleaned the first time . I’ve meet a lot of shady companies over the years and dealt with them . Norway septic treat you like a person and not like a dollar sign like most companies nowadays I will definitely be using them in the future.

Matt showed up promptly at the appointment time, explained what he will get done today and got the work done efficiently. He gave me good information about how to keep septic system healthy and offered to answer any question I may have. He was very welcoming and has great pride in the work he does. I have used Norway twice now and the service is outstanding. Our system requires a long reach from the street so is not the easiest They are very knowledgeable and helpful and share good advice along with doing a great job. We relocated into a different home with which we were unfamiliar, so were not sure of the condition of our system.

Matt (owner) and Bailey came out last Friday to pump out my septic tank. They were quick, efficient, friendly and informative. I’ve lived in my three-bedroom with my wife for just over two years. Wasn’t sure how long it had been since being serviced. Not since we’ve lived here. Anyway, Matt pumped, back-flushed, pumped, back-flushed again, and finally pumped nearly the full 1,000 gallon capacity of my tank. (The first pump wasn’t even 700 gallons.) So he really made sure to get it all, not just the liquid. Gave good advice, including not to waste my money on products like Rid-x. (Thanks! That will save me over 60 bucks a year!) If you want to add beneficial bacteria to your system he can tell you about a couple of ordinary food products you probably already have in your house. All in all, very good service for $225. I’ll have him come back in two years to pump it again, and go from there... maybe 30 or 36 months between pumps. Don’t hesitate to engage his services! You won’t be sorry.

Excellent customer service, I highly recommend their service. I called on a Saturday for an emergency service and they were very responsive and timely. Their work was thorough and he answered all of my questions and helped me better understand how septic tanks work. Ill be recommending them to friends and family.

I called to get a quote. Jodi was friendly at first but when I told her I was going to compare prices she hung up on me immediately. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.

SPA, located on the east side of Elkhart, had an emergency problem with a full septic tank and Norway Septic was very fast to respond! He was timely, professional and extra helpful. When he was done with his work, he even helped us locate the water main turn on, in our basement! I would highly recommend their services.

Probably the best service Ive ever dealt with. When I had an emergency and needed my septic cleaned unfortunately I called a different septic company on one Thursday. They told me they would be at my house that next day on Friday and gave me a 4 hour window. I took off work in order to meet them and they never showed up. After panicking, I called Norway Septic and Matt (owner) answered right away. I told him my situation and he walked through everything with me and even sent me pictures of what to do (this was a holiday weekend and since it was a Friday at 7pm, Matt was trying to help out while on another job). Once he walked me through what needed to be done to get me through the weekend, Matt showed up right on time. Service was completed within 45 minutes and he even informed me that I had a secondary pump (I moved into the house 3 years ago and had no clue) which in turn will save me $ and help my tanks last longer. Matt was highly personable, professional, and affordable. I highly recommend Norway Septic and they will be my go to septic service for now on!
