Of the many places we called, Grubb’s was the only one that returned our call. They came out the next day, were on time and very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Called about our septic being pumped....why do they expect the customer to open the tank? Isnt that part of the fricken business?

The Harold/owner came out he pumped the septic was on time the price was reasonable great service I would recommend them to everyone the owners very personable and knows a lot I will rate them a 10.

Septic was backing up on a Saturday. Called our normal Septic company - no answer. Called Grubbs and Harold answered the phone. He walked me through a couple things to make sure it was a septic issue. He was in the middle of a busy day but made it happen for us in the afternoon. Great people and great service when you need it. I called many others with no response or would come for 2 1/2 times what Harold charged us. Great service and reasonable price.

Quick and complete service

On a Saturday morning, we were in need of service asap. Grubbs responded immediately and came to my fathers home in less than two hours. The gentleman who came to provide service was very personable, professional and provided excellent service. Grubbs was the only provider that did not double the charge because it was a weekend and the fee was one half of what others were charging. They earned the five star rating.

Called for a quote and the amount of rudeness they have answering the phone is an professional. Dont even waste your time calling. If I could give a negative star I would.

I am not sure where sweet and polite comes from. Woman on the phone was rude and not helpful at all. In the first 15 seconds of the call it was clear she had no interest in helping me.
