A&R was easy to work with for the septic installation. Their crew was professional and work completed on a timely basis. Everything was backfilled and smoothed out better than expected.

I had them come pump septic tank that went well. Was pleased with service. What I am not pleased with is my inquiries about other services I was told they offer. Have called them a couple of times about what the technician told me, I would have hired them to do additional work but they will not call back huge disappointment. This reflects badly on them. a yes or no is all I need. When it comes time to get tank pumped again in a few years this will be remembered.

Ive been trying to get these guys to send me an estimate for months now. Theyre the only ones who showed up to do an assessment, Ill give them that; but its been so long Im beginning to wonder if it even actually happened. It may have just been a hallucination.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. A&R came out to our house to complete an analysis on our septic system (which took them 2 weeks to do even though they said it would take them 2 days.) They informed us that we needed a new septic system, which is fine. I called to get a quote done on the septic system, WHICH TOOK THEM 6 WEEKS after they said it would take a week for them to complete. When I finally called a month and a half later, they conveniently told me they would have somebody out the next day (which they lied about) and they would have a quote to me by the end of the week (which they also lied about) A week later I call again to see where my quote is, and they surprisingly never did it and said I was on the schedule for the next day. This is where I lost it and exploded. This is NOT the way you treat a customer. I would never go back to A&R even if they offered me a free septic system install, they are completely unprofessional.

I submitted a service request using the online form on the website. I received a call in under two hours and was informed that a representative was in my area and could be there in the afternoon. They arrived in about an hour. The representative assessed the problem and it was looking like we needed a new pump. However, the representative continued to investigate and found an easier (and much cheaper!) solution. The problem was solved in the space of five hours.I would recommend A&R to anyone with septic issues. The response was incredibly fast and the integrity was superb. If I ever need such services again, I will not hesitate to call them!

The guy was so nice he came out in the snow and explained everything to me, he helped me find my septic really fast and got in and out!

I had emergency where my septic was backing up into my basement on a Sunday evening. I called and spoke with Jacob. He was very helpful and had a guy out within 2 2 hours. Sam came to pump the tank and he was quick, very nice, and so helpful.Its not every day that you have a wonderful experience with a company but these guys were awesome and made a very stressful situation more than manageable.And the price was affordable. Especially for being after hours and a Sunday.

Had problems with a grinder pump in very cold temps. They came out the same day and got it running again and informed us a replacement will be needed, but go ahead and run that one to failure and they will have a replacement researched and come up with quotes as our system is a unique set up. A few weeks later it failed and they made it out the same day, which was again very cold and installed the new one. Very prompt, fair, and knowledgeable service. I would definitely recommend.

Being a ex-electrical service tech myself it was heartening to have a qualified, friendly person to repair the problem I had. His knowledge and demeanor are top knoch. I will definitely recommend your company in ever asked.
