One of my favorite nail salons in Sacramento.My favorite part about this nail salon is the fact that they TAKE THEIR TIME cleaning your cuticles and dry skin. Most salons go through the motions of cleaning ur nails doing a spotty job, but here they take their time cleaning ur nails (which is why I pay for a manicure/pedicure). I also like the designs theyve done on my nails when Ive requested them in the past.Lee & Tammy took care of me today and they spent almost 1.5 hours on my gel manicure and pedicure including stone massage, scrub and parafin.The salon is also VERY clean and airy. Not dusty and dirty like other salons as Ive been to.

I set up an appointment for three mani pedis, four pedicures, and one pedicure plus full set of nails. This place handled us all wonderfully. They have kids’ services which includes the tub soak for feet; I’ve taken our girls to other salons that have refused that, leaving the girls disappointed. At Elk Grove Nails, they felt included and happy.Health procedures were followed and I was never uncomfortable. I’ll be visiting again when I’m ready for another pedicure!

If i could give them a ZERO i would. Too bad that is not an option. Do not waste your time. It took two hours on my manicure that has always taken 1 hour max at every other salon i have gone to. And not because they took their time and were detailed. The lady had NO idea what she was doing. She finished and my nails were terrible. Uneven, clumpy, and sloppy. I asked her to fix them and she started all over again and they were WORSE. A second girl took her place to “fix” them and they are still the WORST nail job I have ever had. DO NOT GO.

It was nice until they got busy and then I felt like I was rushed I really didnt appreciate it. Because it was closing time I felt like they were rushing me out so they could do the new people that came in.

The ladies did a great job on my daughters and mine!

Love this salon. They do excellent work, especially during the pandemic when they are working outside and complying with all of the safety guidelines. Fun people and great job!

Ever since I was a young woman, I have been to sooo many different salons through the years. This is by far the most cost efficient, most friendly and talented salon I have been to. Monica was always my favorite to go to but I have been helped by other ladies and they’re always very friendly and do a great job. Lee has since become my new fav for how efficient she is! I will usually get pedicures and gel manicures which always last a long time. Never had a problem with chipping or peeling. They always take time to get to know me and make sure to do my nails as requested. Love these ladies!! Highly recommend!!! Just attached a picture of my manicure done 2 weeks ago still intact, no chipping or peeling!!! Definitely grown out long and due for a visit but proof of Lee’s amazing work!

If I could give them a zero, I would. My nails came off less then a week after getting them. She overpriced me for a simple white short length set. She did not cutt the cuticles nor file them enough. Would not recommend.

I got acrylics for 35 and they were amazing. This company is super professional and their place is very nice and welcoming. My nails are super good quality and the nail polish was done really good as well. Totally recommend!!

Le does an amazing job on gel manicures & nail repairs! They last a long time. Only had a pedicure once (not with Le) and noticed that one of my big toe nails turned black underneath. Not sure what she did, but wont get pedicures done there anymore. Four stars for Le!

I walked in a thumbnail fix. The lady literally said Sorry, too busy. Two women were getting pedicures and thats it. Seriously?? Wont try this place again.

The first time I went, I got a pedi and a gel mani. 40$ even. I loved them, had never been that happy.The 2nd time I just got a gel mani and pedi same technician.. Came off two days later, horrible cuticle job. Charged me 10 extra dollars on my receipt Just a horrible experience. Not sure what happened but I never went back. Theyre talented when they want to be.

I went in for the first time yesterday for a gel manicure. I usually always get gel because it keeps my nails strong and they were very long. I told the lady (who never bothered to tell me her name) that they needed to be trimmed and gave specific instructions and showed pictures of the length and shape I wanted. Unfortunately she could not understand me and ended up cutting my nails way too short and thus I ended up with a shape that I did not like. One of my nails was broken but she kept trying to file it which pressed the sharp edge into my finger and was bending it down while it was still half attached, and when I told her to cut it, she cut down to my skin which was very painful. I Also asked for a tip on it but she used acrylic powder which stung so bad and left me with a chunky, misshapen nail. Before coming in, all my other nails were long as can be and now I can barely scratch an itch, and she accidentally cut one of my thumbnails down to the skin which is not matching the length and shape of the other thumb...Also while I was there, the phone kept ringing and they would ignore phonecalls, or be rude to the customers calling by saying only Were busy In response to the caller inquiries. Horrible experience, very unprofessional and left me so unhappy with my nails. Set me back on months of growth, I will not be going back, wish I didnt pay for this....

Very friendly and clean. Can get busy at times but they will always fit you in.
