Asked for my manicure to be better done the lady try to say it’s my skin that’s why nails didn’t look good plain rude still wanted to charge me got rushed service did not take her time feet look just as bad not happy with service at all horrible customer service. On the other side the lady did my daughter hands did amazing work and took her time they have good massage chairs will make u fall asleep but I will never be back again !!!

Would give zero stars if I could. Seems like they have a lot of new employees now, many of whom are not trained well. There are some amazing employees who do amazing work, but it was rare for me to get one of them. Went several times this summer with family and each time was a disappointment. Just a few examples of sub-par work: nails cut unevenly or not at all, weak massage/scrub, horrible paint job (bubbles and streaks), toes not cleaned thoroughly, and little work on cuticles/calluses. Some techs are sweet and try really hard, so I looked past the mistakes. But my tech today was lazy, didnt even try, and even asked me for a large tip after doing a horrible job. Never going back again.

This place is pretty consistent. Fixed the mess from the place that did my nails 2 weeks ago. Only reason not five stars was no massage for my hands or arms this time but my nails were done well and they are clean!

I had my girls get a full set of nails and both of them had nails that popped off less than a week later. The staff is wonderful though and I’m sure if I called and let them know, I’m sure they would have fixed them. It was just disappointing that so soon after paying over $120 for mani & pedis that the nails popped off.

I rarely submit reviews but i felt like i needed to because i’m so disappointed with my visit. i wish i could submit pictures because i had inspo pictures for the woman doing my acrylics but what was done to my nails was not at all close to what i asked for. i wanted thin sleek medium length nails but instead i got think stubby nails not even in the actual shape i asked for that aren’t the same length on both hands PLUS the acrylic is thicker on one side of the nails than the other making them look so uneven. i asked for the nails to be filed down & thinned out but the woman acted like i was asking too much and said that she can’t go much thinner due to the risk of them braking, which i appreciate the concern, but that is the style i wanted. instead, she did her own idea and didn’t do what i asked for at all. very disappointed and will not be going back.

This particular shop does in outstanding job on my girlfriends nails therefore that is the reason why we keep coming back and they are a five-star establishment in our eyes

I gave it 3 stars because the Woman who did my nails did not want to do anything but a fill. I wanted her to take a nail off and replace it and she said no. So I was going to pay for it, but she refused to do it so 3 stars it is. 🙄

Best pedicures around town! All pedicures come with a massage. My go to place for pedicures.

Good nail salon! Owners are very nice as well as nail technicians. My favorite is Lyn, I always leave there happy.

I like this place they always get me in right away. The 2 guys there do a great job. I got a lady last time I was there but I did not really like how my nails turned out next time I will stick to the guys who do it the 5 stars are for them.

Have not had the best experiences with nail salons but I love this place. The guy who did my nails worked hard to get them right and thats why the 4 star rating. This is my go to shop for now.

I start a new job tomorrow, came here for an eyebrow wax and walked out with my eyebrows looking worse than when I came in. I tried talking and guiding the woman through how they are supposed to be shaped (she kept putting them into a horizontal line) needless to say, I am out $10, the brows are absolutely terrible, and obviously nothing I can do until they grow back. Overall a terrible experience for me.

Great customer Service, clean, professional... You do not feel rushed..great care and attention given to you and your nail needs, large inventory of colors, scubs, offer massage services also... Have been coming here over a year never disappointed!
