Terrible Customer service. The front desk receptionist guy has a bad attitude and does not want to talk he walks off while youre talking. I will not pay a business to treat me badly. I am a paying customer and there should be a mutual respect. The work here is great however the customer and problem solving skills are lackluster at best. I don’t see how anyone gives a company money to be treated disrespectfully. Mind you I spend at least $200.00 each time I go. I’ll take my money elsewhere.

I got a fill and the guy who did my nails was very attentive and did what I asked. However one of my nails fell off the next day…I calledTo make an appointment and to have a color change which I would pay for…the guy on the phone tells me we don’t make appointments for that and to come wait as a walk in knowing they are always busy smh.

This establishment is completely unprofessional. They will have you schedule an appointment and if a walk-in comes before you they give your spot. Its extremely crowded in there even during a Pandemic. Theyre so money hungry, they have customers stacked on top of each other. They talk about you in their language as if everyone doesnt have a google translator to understand. BBB definitely will check on them soon..

Absolutely love the way my nails came out. She did it exactly how I wanted it. She was professional and detail oriented. She really took her time to make sure it was perfect. I only wish I remembered her name, I will definitely be coming back to this salon.

I have been in the greater Sacramento area for 4 years now, and I for the first time found a nail lady who I gladly return to. I highly recommend going to Lynn at Signet Nails Spa. She is one of the sweetest people you could meet and have a conversation with as well as being pronominal at her job! She listens to what you want, takes her time, and takes care of you! Love love love her.

Bella has done my nails for a couple years now shes amazing and so is everyone else in shop! Very professional and I never have any issues when I get my nails done. Clean and friendly nail shop but be prepared for a wait if you dont have an appointment theyre very busy cause everyones good!

I tried calling to make an appointment and I waited patiently and for a long time, which is not a problem I know they get busy. However, when I finally got an answer after waiting 7 minutes they answered and said hello to me, after I said what I wanted they hung up. I assumed this was an accident so I called again, 2 more time and the same thing happened. This is very rude and unprofessional of them. I’ve never had this problem before and I’m honestly very upset.

Busy place, but great service

After spending money at places that provided me crooked nails, nails that only lasted me a week, and couldnt even do the design i asked.... I found this place from a friend. I was skeptical to try another place out but Lynn did a GREAT job!! My nails look great and I have now found my new nail spot!

Very good for my first visit. Just felt a bit rushed towards the end with my nails, possibly because it was busy but overall it was good.

All their nail techs do a great job and can do many different nail styles and designs! Plus its a very nice salon. The man who works the front desk is very helpful.

My manicurist took her time to make sure my nails were perfect. It took her around 2 hours to do, and I appreciated that there was another manicurist patrolling the floor. The other manicurist would catch minor issues with my nails and fix them! Great management, and they really aim to make your nails perfect. They earned a new customer!

2nd time taking my daughter to get her nails done. I cant say that they did an amazing job, but still pretty good. Very friendly service all around. Not just with us, but also the other patrons. On many occasions I will judge a place based on the exit... when you are leaving (any business) the final smile, wave, good-bye, etc. Is huge to me! And this place, I feel has is! I like knowing that the establishment appreciates my money and genuinely cares about my return. This place certainly gives me that feeling.

Customer service is A-1. The entire staff is very friendly. Bella does an excellent job on my nails and Julie is outstanding with the Pedicures. I love the whole vibe.....

A lot of turnover. Only a few talented operators who do an excellent job. They have almost every color polish imaginable as well as all of the accessories for any type of design you can think of. Feels a lot like a school or training on the job but the actual salon is beautiful.

Lisa I think is who my nail tech was. She was super nice! Loved that I got greeted at the door, not just looked at. The guy at the front was nice to help me get settled in. I will definitely be going to here more often

I love this shop. The design, the music && the employees we’re very welcoming. I Visited today for the first time with my cousin. She got her eyebrows done. I got a full set. My set was done by Jenny. At first it was difficult to understand due to a language barrier but a gentlemen who looked like the owner and Jenny assured me i would love my nails. They were right. The shape is EVERYTHING. I showed her a pic from the shop’s Instagram && she delivered a upgraded version. I’m so pleased && will be back regularly to see Jenny.

This place treats everyone with respect; especially African Americans. The customer service and work is great! They do have a lot of male workers, if you have a preference just let them know.

1st time coming in and I must say I am impressed! When I 1st walked in I was immediately greeted by a gentleman that was super nice and friendly 2nd the decorations and cleanliness of this establishment are better then any other nail place in Sacramento let me make this clear it is Beautiful and Clean! 3rd The lady that did my nails her name was Kim and she was awesome I showed her a picture from Signet Instagram and while I think she was nervous about the design she didnt let a challenge stop her from trying and killing it!! (Better then what I asked for) She also made my shape look perfect and one thing I love about a nail shop is when they clean under your nails without me asking!!! So many places dont do this and she did with no hesitation she really took her time and I am 100% satisfied and will definitely be back.

My experience here sucked. Not only the atmosphere being loud and trashy, but the workers. It was like a sweat shop set up. Some friendly some not. They broke 3 of my nails, and hid it under gel polish, broke 2 of my friends nails and hid it under gel polish. Rough treatment of my hands and fingers, also rude sighs or 1-2 word answers whenever I attempted to make conversation. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never going back.

I paid for a Gold pedicure, Im a mother of 3 and rarely get out so I explained how badly I needed dead skin, dirt, etc. All out and this was the outcome.This first style is the explain of how I wanted my nails, the second is the outcome. The nail technician had such an attitude because I didnt want to customize my nails in crazy styles, she cut my fingers up, did not take care of my cuticles, hangnail, nothing..I didnt ask for much, just wanted some good looking nails😭🤦‍♀️

Bella is always onpoint ... This will be my new nail place . I’m glad she is much closer... the other nail techs are good as well .. you will not be dissatisfied
