Best dental experiences ever. My husband and I travel 1 hour down and one hour back to go to Willow Street office because it is such a good experience. If only we could find a family doctor as dedicated and personable as Dr. Teschner and the crew at Willow Street. Everyone in the that office seems to have a kind and professional attitude. The knowledge and experience Dr. Teschner brings is phenomenal and we can only hope the younger doctors follow suit.

Excellent Staff & Professional Staff.I had an emergency visit due to a broken molar which needed a crown. I refused to have the work done. Well needless to say the tooth broke and it was very painful. I called Whites Family Dental and they fit me in the day I called. I was extremely nervous.The staff was amazing, calming. I left thrilled because the dentist rebuilt my tooth! He was able to check the nerve & determined the tooth could be saved!I loved how the dentist and his technician quietly spoke over me about everything that was happening in my mouth to my tooth. First time,as a dental parent I felt like I was part of my treatment. It relaxed me & I was so impressed. My other dental office where I used to go, the dentist & technician would talk about stuff. When youre in a dental chair you cant respond.What impressed me is that at Whites Family Dental, was throughout the whole procedure I was able to feel active in my treatment. I actually asked questions when the procedure was done. I felt like I was being cared for & that the focus was on me and not other stuff.I highly recommend this practice. Im 61 and have always feared losing my teeth. I am happy to say they are all still mine now.I know this is a long review, but my experience was one I didnt expect. I felt like my comfort was the number 1 priority.

Just returned from another visit with Dr. White at the Etown office. My wife and I have been patients at White Family Dental for more than ten years and have always been pleased beginning with the friendly greeting at the reception desk to the final Have a nice day as we leave. The office is exceptionally clean, managed better than any office I have visited during my lifetime, and most importantly patient centered. Dr. Whites care is exceptional. He has established a climate by his own example that how patients are treated by every staff member is extremely important.Simply stated, they are good people.

Absolute perfection. They are as good as it gets for customer service and superior dental care. Ive been going there with my family for years but todays experience was far above the phenomenal service I have come to expect. We had a new hygienist today for my daughters filling. Her name is Kayla and I am telling you, she is their best asset when it comes to pediatric care. Kayla took the time to show my 9yo each tool, what it is used for, and the sound it makes. All involved are consistently very patient in explaining dental procedures to me and answering my questions. Dr. White operates a highly professional office practice. In addition, he often supports community programs and projects through generous donations and sponsorships.

I recently had an older filled tooth break. My dentist of 20 years had recently retired; and a new dentist now ran his office. I decided not to return to that office. So, I made an appointment at White family dental.During that 1st phone call...I inquired about the dentists there. I chose Dr. Borowsky.I was very nervous switching to a new dentist, but I definitely chose the right one. He and his assistant Logan were so nice and kind.I ended up needing a crown to save the tooth. Everything was explained as we moved through the crown prep. I have been a patient at White Dental since he bought the practice of Dr. L. Werner Z. Fetter years ago. I always liked Dr. Fetter and have enjoyed my association with White Family Dental since then. Most often I have been treated by Dr. Otto Sullivan and by Dr. Ngan and have found both to be quite professional and caring. In addition, the technicians that have treated me have also been very personable and professional. (Full disclosure: Nancy Sweigart is my daughter-in-laws step mom, but I have always had a positive experience at White Family Dental, regardless of technician and dentist.)

From the time you walk in the door you feel special. Our family has see Dr White since he set up practice in town. I went to my routine cleaning appointment at 8 am on a Monday and told them I had broken a tooth over the weekend. Buy 10:30 am I was walking out the door with a temporary crown on my tooth. They were able to work me in with Dr. White who took excellent care of me. I felt terrible that they had to rearrange their day. Everyone stepped it up, was very kind and worked together to get me taken care of immediately. I was able to go away to a 3 day work conference an not worry my broken tooth was going to cause me issues.

We have been going to White Family Dental since moving to E-town last year. The entire staff is amazing and so friendly; we are greeted like family when we walk through the door. I cannot say enough about the outstanding customer service we receive here! Both Dr. Ngan and Dr. Borowski have been wonderful with my children and have shown so much care when working with them. Great job White Family Dental!! I just left my appointment and I felt 100% safe. The staff called 48 hours before my appointment and asked basic covid-19 questions. When I arrived the floor was marked for social distancing. I had my temp taken and was asked covid questions. The waiting room only had four chairs on each side for social distancing. There was a staff member disenefcting the counter when I arrived. I was called back for my appointment -. all staff were masked. There was even a new machine that sucked the air out when I was having my teeth cleaned. All of the check out counters have a shield. I swiped my own credit card when it came to pay. I also saw another staff disenefcting the counters ( this was the 2nd time I saw this in the hour and half that I was in building). You can tell a lot of thought went in to their new procedures. Great job!!! I felt 100% safe. Great experience.

He would ask if I had any issues and I would continually tell him yes but that was the end of it, basically his attitude was deal with it. It had gotten so bad that I needed to find another dentist. My husband had already switched to Whites and he was very pleased with the entire office & staff. So I decided to go to Whites too. At the time I didnt have any pain issues with my jaw, but I did explain it to them. They wanted to know ALL the details and the doctor said he would do some research in the meantime and if the pain started to call the office immediately. I did start to get the pain, called the office, was scheduled for an appointment right away, saw the dentist and he HAD researched my condition and prescribed medication that gave me relief. What a blessing!! Someone actually LISTENED to me and took care of me!! Im really pleased with the great service from everyone at Whites. Great hygienist, doctor, and office staff. The staff are very nice; attention to needs is excellent. We actually enjoy going to the dentist - hard to believe!

I have been going to Dr. White for over 20 years and have had a lot of dental work done above an beyond check-ups and cleanings and have always been extremely pleased with all procedures. The assistants and office staff are always helpful and friendly. The facility is top notch......and everyone always makes you feel comfortable throughout your appointment. Again, they surpassed expectations. The desk staff is friendly and greets you right away with a smile. Everyone you pass greets you as you walk around. I had the hygienist Michele Weaver. She couldnt have fit in any more tips or suggestions into my brief cleaning appointment. She answered all of my questions thoroughly, she is very into research oral care - she has even done some of her own comparison research, and she gave tons of suggestions and advice while I was mute in a very encouraging and upbeat manner. She even called me later to make sure that all of my questions were answered and emailed me later the following week. Wow. I am a raving fan of E-Town Dental, especially Dr. Baird, she is the best :)

I came for my regular dental appointment a day early by mistake. The receptionist greeted me and may have looked at her screen a little harder but had me take a seat.. The hygienist called me, did my cleaning and the dentist did the exam, all as if there was nothing out of order. I checked out at the desk and went home- where I saw on my calendar, to my embarrassment, that my appointment was the next day. I have been telling people since how kind and considerate the White Family Dental staff was to spare me a red face and public embarrassment over my senior misstep. They somehow found a way to put me in for my appointment without a glitch, or the slightest reference to my error.
