Very Professional team. Very prompt and little wait time. Very kind and courteous. Dr. Brown is an excellent dentist. Recommend them highly.

I had extraction and filling work done and the dental assistant did my fillings. Two days later one of the fillings fell out. They made me wait over a month till my next appointment before trying to fix it. I never went back. Terrible customer service they acted like they could care Lees. Dont go!!!!!!

My wife and I have been patients here for three years... everything has been all good, until today. I just called to make an appointment to get a tooth treated thats causing me a lot of pain only to be informed they stopped taking our insurance after December. We were never notified of this in advance so we could find another dentist.. Are you kidding me?? We as patients should have been informed of this months ago, but werent. Nothing like needing your dentist only to be informed on the day of my call that apparently we dont have a dentist. Thanks for taking our needs, and my pain as your so called patient(s) into consideration!! They had absolutely no explanation for this, and didnt even offer to help me in any way. Do yourself a favor folks and find a RELIABLE dentist, one with compassion, one thats NOT going to abandon you with absolutely no notice. I am absolutely appalled that we werent informed of this months ago. Im absolutely certain Hardin County Dental knew they would not be accepting our particular insurance after December yet they negligently failed to notify us. Shame on you Hardin County Dental and Dr. Jeffery Brown. Also, we had appointments on February 10. I guess they were going to spring this news on us when we showed up for our appointments. Unbelievable....

The dental assistant Stephanie was rude, except to Dr. Brown. She also did not complete a filling and left a chunk empty. In my front tooth at that. I did go back for them to fix it and she had an attitude about even doing it. They were not personable at all. Customer service needs attention!

Staff is kind and Dr. Brown is patient and nice too. I’d previously had a bad experience and have been so apprehensive about going. They made me feel comfortable and are very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

I have very bad anxiety when it comes to dentists but Dr. Brown and his staff put me at ease right away! The receptionist (I didnt catch her name) was so hospitable and the hygienist, Cindy, was so nice. Its always much easier going to the dentist when the staff is friendly and welcoming.

Finally broke down and decided to make a dental appt and chose HCDA. The ladies in the office are so friendly and very helpful. I was nervous on my first visit and the assistant (name left me )was so so nice. It was like visiting with a friend. I had a broken tooth so had it pulled. Also had teeth cleaned. Today I had another small extraction and a filling. The waiting room was full but I was seen and done in a very timely manner. Had a different dental assistant today and she was wonderful too. If they are having a bad day they dont show it. I still dont enjoy the shots but gotta get them and they are gentle. So glad I chose this place and Dr. Brown is Awesome. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable and explains what he is going to do and how. If you need a dentist you should check them out. One reason I did choose them is because my husband got dentures there years ago and never had one problem. He had his teeth pulled, dentures made and went to a follow up and no problems. 5 plus 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me.

If you ever think about going here, run, RUN AWAY. This guy has no idea what hes doing. Wanted a tooth pulled, and he claims he can fix it, had it and another one filled the same time. Very next day I was having the one I wanted pulled filled again. It took getting an abscessed tooth before he would pull it. My filling came out of the other tooth last night, the dentist I went to today did not understand why it was filled to start with, said it was a total wreck, and this new dentist will be pulling it tomorrow. All this since around February or March. So if you like throwing away money, and having a painful mouth, by all means, go here.
