Abby and Dr. Van Zant are so good with our kids!! Front desk employees are so polite. Dr. Van Zant is not like most dentist we’ve encountered. Usually they just pop-in, say: “ It looks good” don’t do any of the work, and are out in the blink of an eye. However, Dr. Van Zant actually works on your mouth himself! It’s refreshing! All of his staff seem to have a good rapport with him. Overall, we have been very impressed with the care we received so far.

The office of Dr. Hammer & Dr. Van Zant is always extremely professional. They have a unique way of making my children and I feel welcomed with each visit. I am always impressed how they are able to put my kiddos at ease during their cleanings, that they remember details about our family, and engage in relaxing conversation throughout our visit. It is obvious that they truly care about their patients!

The dental hygienist I always get (forgive me but her name is escaping me at the moment) is amazing. She is so friendly and considerate. Dr Van Zant does great work and is so friendly and gentle. The front office staff is always very friendly and helpful. I am new to the area and I do not think I could have chosen a better dentist. My husband, my kids and I all go to him. The Best Dentist in Elizabethtown, KY. I have been there with my 5 yr son and for myself. With utmost care they check patients and make them feel at ease. I have been going to this office for about a year and a half now and it is by far the best dental office. The dentists are amazing along with all of the staff. Everyone is pleasant and they do a wonderful job. I took my 2.5 year old daughter for her first dental visit this month and they did AMAZING with her. Showed her all the instruments, let her play with them, and even got her to let them brush her teeth. She now tells me daily she wants to go back to the dentist. Thank you for giving us both a wonderful experience.

We had an awesome experience at Dr. VanZant’s office. All the staff is friendly and professional. They took extra precautions to protect everyone from coronavirus. While you can’t see someone smile with a mask on, you can hear it in there voice and see it in their eyes. They are a wonderful family practice. God Bless Them and keep them all safe.

My career has led me to travel all over. All of which I used dentist everywhere I’ve lived. Some places multiple dentist due to dissatisfaction. But I’ve been using Hammer & Van Zant for approximately 4-5 years now. And will continue to until one of us are gone. Best dentist ever! Awesome environment of friendly staff. Always feel welcome and and can feel that they truly care for my well being. Prior to using H & VZ, I always seemed to have cavities or need root canals every single visit. And was doing everything those dentist told me to do. But since using H & VZ, he initially fixed me up one last time, redirected me on how I was doing self care, and I haven’t had a single issue since! Simply go twice a year for cleaning and exam, and leave feeling great with no issues. I’d give ten stars, but it only allows five.

My appointment was at 4 and I was in a chair at exactly 4. The hygienist was amazing - kind, informative and understanding. I had Van Zant and he was amazing. He thanked me for coming, was incredibly in depth in his explanations and testing (for a second opinion on a root canal), and overall genuinely cared about my experience and my tooth! I highly recommend this office.
