Decided to start using this location because it is closer to our house. We are really pleased with how professional the staff is here. Every time we go here we get great service. No one is pushy, they show you what may need to be serviced and leave it up to you. They are great at triple checking their work and are incredibly pleasant. Chris, Patrick and Harley serviced our Chevy truck today and did a really good job. Chris has a very pleasant professional personality and we appreciate his knowledge and assistance. Great group here!

Kyle, Andrew, and Gabriel were fast, efficient, and professional. They clearly know their jobs and enjoy doing it. They know the products available and easily explained each one and gave me recommendations on what to use and why. Lube X-press Rich Beem has a permanent customer now.

Every time I come here always greeted with respect and kindness. Usually, when you go to get an oil change they try and force filters and stuff you don’t need. Here they inform me and are honest about when I should get any kind of other service. HONESTY goes a long way. Awesome customer service.

I went for an oil change the morning of Thursday 05/20 around noon and although the service was complimentary, they left my caps from the oil and the coolant open and it splashed all over my engine. My car overheated and the manager came over and brought oil but took a while to came back with the coolant to replace that fluid. I needed them to come as soon as possible and he did but finished the job halfways. This could of damage my engine and I hope they pay more attention to the job that there performing. My father is a mechanic has been in the game for over 30 years and I should listen and not took my car to this place.

I went to the Lube X-press on Zaragoza 79938 and the employee told me the computer was frozen for inspection. I decided to drive a bit further to the Montana and Rich Beem location and Im glad I did. Both employees Kyle and Andrew were very attentive, professional, fast and kind. Great customer service and I will be returning.

Was nice to stay in car while having oil change. Also like the fact that they showed you what they were doing as they were actually doing it. Very friendly and like the added touch of providing a water while you wait.

Went in for first time to get my car serviced. What upset me is that before I went to lube express my car was 100 percent fine. I just purchased it from dealership about 6 months ago but after I went to lube express one thing after the other keeps breaking and it doesnt make sense. After my oil was changed I came home but the following day my car started smelling bad like burnt oil or something. It wasnt until the next day I cked my car to see oil splattered all over the engine. And the temperature gage on the car was beeping. After taking it to the shop I had to pay more money to fix the thermostat housing that was broken when someone changed my oil but I didnt get out of my car so I know I didnt break the peice in my car. But since I cant prove it nothing I can do. Will never trust anyone to do my car again. First and last time going to a shop to change my oil and now Id rather learn to tune up my car right than pay a bunch of strangers money to break it..

I have been to this store several times cause I don’t like the store closer to my home. It is worth the extra couple of minutes drive. The young crew is always nice and the service is great. They are really quick which is great specially on a Saturday, at other places I’ve had to wait hours for my car, have been turned away or told to come back hours later. Good place give them a chance!

Super fast and friendly service, took my truck right in for the inspection sticker and was finished quickly. I cant remember the gentlemans name that helped me but he was awesome!

Drove up to get my oil changed, I was ask to pull up and opened up my hood, manager walk by the service guy who was helping and told him its not 8am yet. Its 7:58... the guy parked outside was first service member ask me to pull my vehicle out and pull around again. I told him never mind I will find another spot. So if you are close friends with the manager you have special privileges and able to reserve a time.

I get my state inspections done here. One of the things I like about this place is that it is always clean! I’ve never seen a cleaner shop which speaks to their professionalism and customer care experience. They’re always fast and the staff is beyond friendly. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles back.

This is the best lube place Ive been to, they found my oil pan was leaking and instead of being shady and doing the service without telling me the issue they let me know so I went and got it repaired then i went back with them. They even gave me some free quarts of oil to get me to my destination. Chris Q, Chris I and Julian are true professionals!! Thanks guys for the good job!!

Today i had a great experience with Chris and George at lube X press, great costumer service, all the information that you need they will provide, not only they start with a complete check on hows the vehicle doing but they also offer different prices to fix each and every problem that you have specially if youre on a budget. Came in for a state inspection. Process a was quick and very smooth. Ensued to notify me of anything that concerned them even if it was within passing range. Instantaneously updated the state system and was able to register my vehicle online within 30 minutes of them completing inspection.

I went to Lube X-press Rich Beem this morning and was very impressed with their service!!! The whole drive thru oil change in where you dont have to get out of your car was a huge game changer for me!!! The manager Jeff and Technician Josh took car of my car in a very timely manner. Jeff gave me a $5 coupon right on the spot. The whole process was less than 20 minutes! They are now my go to for future oil changes and car services!

Awesome service! They were friendly and professional. Got an oil change and a new filter, took less than 30 mins. These guys went out their way to check my tires and even gave my windshield a little cleaning as well. Over all I will be using them again for future services.

Went here for the first time today to get an oil change for one car and a state inspection for another. The entire process took about 20 minutes. This is the fastest service I’ve ever had. Jesus and Victor took care of my car and helped my wife while I got the state inspection. The entire staff was professional, quick, helpful and friendly. The prices are good value for what you get. I will be going here for all my vehicle needs.

Experience was great until it came time to do the oil change and they were all running around trying to find there tools to replace the filter, took them about 10 mins to finally figure that out then was told in order to get the discount I have to download the app because that’s the only way to do so. Other than that the customer service is great.

Never going back! I spend over 200$ on oil and antifreeze service, after 1 month my car was empty on oil no way it could have leaked if i bought a new screw, also had to buy new oil. they didn’t add antifreeze even though i paid for that.

Guys were great and professional! I was there for an oil change and state inspection and it didnt take long at all. With the COVID situation, I didnt have to get out of the vehicle. Definitely confident in this location! I will definitely return!

Prior to performing my state inspection service, I had to show them my renewal policy information, even though I was currently insured. They informed me my policy must be 30 days over the expiration date.On the Texas Department of Public Safety website, it only states drivers must be currently insured in order to receive state inspection services, and nowhere does it say anything about a policy having to be 30 days before a renewal date. Perhaps they need to inform themselves about the rules before spreading misinformation.
