Manicure and pedicure simultaneously. Great customer service. Expensive. Well worth it. Would recommend this Salon to anyone. Owners and staff are extremely professional. Will return.

WORST PLACE ever! I took my mom for her birthday. Waited in the lobby for over an hour others were being attended to and overlooked us. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Service is awful and by the looks of other reviews it seems to be consistent. Two thumbs down!

HORRIBLE place!!! They messed up my nails tried to over charge me & then called the cops for not paying after I had just paid in cash! The owner came out to take a pic of my license plate after I literally paid for my services. They couldn’t even do the marble design I asked for thats easy & trending right now. Joke of a business deserves zero stars!

It was super rushed. It wasn’t even busy at all. I got a pedi and this mani/gel. One week ago! It’s chipping so bad. Sadly it isn’t the first time I go there, and after so many chances still never get it right. You’d think they cared about the business in between all this going on.Oh, and the lady doing them wasn’t wearing a mask.So I think that’s where I draw the line now.

I was def not a big fan of this place. More than 1/2 the people here don’t wear masks. The jobs are super rushed. They don’t clean the nail bits and table areas so there is nail dust everywhere. My friends acrylic nails looked very bad. We had called for an appointment but when we showed up it was like they had no idea we had one so everything was rushed. Yeah, not going back.

The customer service here is the best I have ever experienced. They do good work too.

I liked it because one of my nails chipped and I went back the very next day and they fixed it right away without a problem loooove my nails

Talk about friendly!! Every person I have encountered at this nail spa has been fantastic. They truly go out of your way to make you feel.at home. The gentleman working at the front counter literally walked me out the door to show me the best way to get out of the shopping center after a 3 car accident happened right at the main entrance. Nails look great and they are reasonably priced! Definitely going back!

Yesterday’s pedi was a nightmare. After a long day and trying to find a sitter I finally made it to get a pedi in hoping I’d be able to relax and have my feet looking summer ready. I wanted to go to try Cure but they were booked so I came here. I waited soaking my feet for well over 30 minutes. (My water got cold) The girl next to me was complaining about her pedi she received earlier. Finally the guy comes over and starts my pedi and thanks me for waiting. To get to the point he was really rough. He kept poking and stabbing me with his tool that I know wasn’t disinfected he cut me then put some blue solution on my cut to make it stop bleeding. I asked him what it was and he said it will make the bleeding stop. I told him “ you’re hurting my feet!” What bothered me is that he put it directly on the cut. What if the person before had an STD or some kinda disease and he’s putting this on my foot??? He slapped the mud mask all over . Then put the hot steamy towel on my legs and that burned. I said ouch and he just kept wrapping my legs in the hot towels. He massaged my feet roughly and cut my nails so short that my toes hurt. I’ve gotten a fungal infection many years ago where they had to remove half of my nail from the big toe and it was from this place pulling an ingrown nail out. My nails were filed all crooked and my toes just hurt! Ive been coming here off and on for over 13 years. I think this did it. I’ve moved further away and it takes about 25 minutes to get here. Sorry to say its not worth it anymore. Not to mention I do my own nails because I hate that they use a drill out of pure laziness and the fact that they want you in and out. He also drilled my toes yesterday. A few weeks back I was desperately in a rush and got my nails done too after many years and this same guy I had today drilled my nails so thin that I had to cut them all super short after letting them grow to the length I wanted. IM DONE! I had my wedding party get there nails and pedis done here 10 years ago and have brought many clients to spa on Mesa. The original associates were the best! Michael (he’s gone) Sophie (only by appointment if you’re spending enough) Helen she’s gone too😕😩😞

This is the absolute best place to get your nails done. They use quality products so my manicures and pedicure last twice as long as other places I’ve used in El Paso. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing too.

Such an awesome place, it is so much better than your average nail salon. The pleasant and soothing ambience offers you a nice experience from beginning to end. There is so much I appreciated about this place. Ti, my favorite, is the absolute best Nail Technician that a girl can have. She always does amazing work on my nails and hands. I had a pedicure here for the first time with a lady named Hannah, I was a little apprehensive about trying someone new, I have to say I was not disappointed in the least. As a matter of fact, she was awesome too!Great place to go!!!

The service is horrible. I will never go back. They are never on time- even with an appointment. I had to wait 2 hours and the place was empty. The owner tries blaming the staff, however, its his fault the place is so unorganized. To top it off, the work was horrible and I had to return to get a refund. I dont recommend anybody go there. Its a waste a time, unorganized, and the owner takes no responsibility for the horrible service he provides. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or you will end up wasting your time and money.

After moving from San Diego, CA I was in search for a good nail tech and I finally found one at Mesa nails and spa over the weekend !!! Ti was Amazing she listened to exactly what I wanted and went beyond my expectations. My nails look fantastic and she was gentle, attentive to detail, and we even had a great conversation to top it off !! I really love the salon, it’s very clean and the manager is very attentive and kind. I will definitely be recommending this salon to all my friends!

This nail salon does not sterilize the tools properly they use the same tools for each client. They put them in the same bag and pull them out from the same bag on each client. I watched them do this while getting a pedicure. Sterilization and using a new set of tools is necessary.

This was the best customer service I have ever had on any nail salon. Not only that but they left looking my nails amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Spa and Nails on Mesa has amazing customer service and are very polite. They always make sure their customers are not kept waiting. All the workers are very skilled and respectful towards their customers. I highly recommend.

Ive been going to this place for a few years. I never had a problem, I like that its walk in and their technicians have been skilled. Until yesterday. I had a disheveled young lady do my pedicure, she was belching much of the pedicure, she left a mud mask on my legs and would not wipe it off, even when I asked her to. When I mentioned it to her she decided to put lotion over the mask. She had not moisturized my legs. My feet were so dry and cracked they actually looked worse than when I first came in. The Polish she she used was too thick and it wasnt drying. I got the pedicure at around 1 p.m. and later in the evening at 5:30 p.m. put on some high heels for an evening event and the Polish still came off. I talked to the owner who insisted he wanted to be paid at full price and that he would repolish my nails at a second session and would not commit to repeat the whole pedicure service. I feel that he failed to meet his minimum obligation for a spa pedicure. Super disappointed. Ive been getting pedicures for over 20 years and this is the worst pedicure Ive ever received.

Very good experience here, everyone was friendly and accommodating. I got a mani/pedi and it was the first time someone did my nails from the pedi chair, but it was fine. I would come back again.

Nice, friendly, fast. Like a lot of nail places they pressure you to add things for extra $$. But I like them & recommend! My nails are gorgeous.

This is a great place to be pampered. I am with oxygen and they treated just like a regular customer. All the staff is so friendly

Upon walking in, the staff is very anxious for you to grab a color and hurry up and choose the service. Upon doing that, one of the staff member members came over and wrapped my fingernails for gel removal. After that I waited 45 minutes for someone to be available and actually start on my manicure. During all this waiting, I noticed one of the staff members gave one of their family members/staff member a pedicure. The basin for the pedicure was lined with a protective plastic sheath as in protection from dirty surfaces. I wonder why they dont do this for us (customers), and dont protect our feet with plastic sheets as well

Excellent service, nice atmosphere, relaxing music, the owners and the ladies that work there are very friendly and experienced, they do fantastic work. I have met most of them and like their work, my favorites ladies are Vivian, Mimi, Kim and Hanna.

I will never return. The pedicure was extremely rushed. Received the pearl spa pedicure in about 25 minutes. No massage, and she scrubbed my legs with a hard brush. Would not do as I asked her when I asked to please remove more cuticle. Manager blew me off. Horrible establishment.

This was about a year ago and I hope their work is better. When I went there my nails were sloppy, I had different people doing my pedi and they messed it up and told me it was my fault. The manager made me walk barefoot, which ruin all my pedi since I got dirt on my feet. I also hated my manicure, it was rushed and my nails looked bad. The $100 were so not worth it!

Horrible job and still charged me $50.00 she took forever and still my nails look horrible.

Customer service was poor .Employees chatting about “up selling”’and getting my bill higher. Nails ok, not fab.
