I was visiting El Paso for the weekend and wanted to drop in during open gym. I had contacted the owner days before and gotten the okay to drop by. We show up during that time and the door was locked. The members that went in unlocked the door with a key code but no one would let us in with them. No one answered the phone when I called and the owner stopped answering my emails. Very bizarre experience and unfriendly atmosphere.

The only gym I had ever attended was a plant fitness so I was pretty scared to try going to KILO. I went an instantly loved all the staff members. They are always available to help, give feedback and most importantly encouragement. The staff is also always reassuring and aid to modify all workouts to help everyone individually. Since then more of my family has joined and we all really like the results we are seeing!!

Kilo has been one of the best choices when it came down to a gym memberships. I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and I still look forward to coming here everyday. The staff and the members are friendly and very welcoming making the gym feel like a second home. The workouts are second to none. They push you to a limit and break that limit and make you come back for more. I highly recommend this gym for beginners, intermediates, and hard gym enthusiasts. They have something for everyone

Kilo Lift provides everything I need to obtain my fitness goals. What separates this gym from others is the staff that works with you no matter what fitness level your beginning with. The environment is very friendly, fun and motivating. I highly recommend Kilo Lift.

My experience at kilo has been a journey and not just for me but for my son and my partner. We have transitioned from never working out to attending the classes on a daily basis. The staff is very helpfully and very willing to assist with any concern I had about attending the gym. Overall amazing gym for our family and one of the gyms that has amazing trainers. I love this gym! Everyone is super friendly and they definitely push you to your limits but don’t over do it to the point of injury. They are very safe and take the time to work with you to make sure you have right form and that you are working out correctly.. definitely worth every cent!

When I first got to El Paso, I needed a gym to go to and Kilo definitely fit what I needed. I’m usually a quiet introverted gym person, but it feels more and more welcoming every day I go. Their classes are a great offer for newer gym goers too. I doubt I’ll change the gyms while I’m here for the next few years

I’ve only been at this gym for a few months but I already am head over heels in love with the trainers with management overall the gym is everything I have been looking for. Juan the owner is professional and courteous which I really appreciate. I’m happy I found my gym home I recommended 1000 times over.

Compared to other gyms that I’ve been too, this one took the cake for me the minute I stepped in. Kilo lift is basically heaven if you’re a powerlifter!! Not only that but the staff are very professional, very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been coming here since June 2020 and I have no bad things to say about Kilo lift. Really pleased!!

I’ve had good experience in my time going. They have friendly staff members and the workouts are pretty thorough. If you’re looking for a new gym, check them out!

I have LOVED this gym. It feels more like a community than a gym. Whether you work out individually or in a group class, you are bound to encounter others who truly cheer you on and want the best for you. The owners and trainers are very present, knowledgeable, personable, and supportive in assisiting you in meeting your health and fitness goals. I always feel challenged and supported through group or individual sessions. I appreciate the effort put in to keeping the gym clean, organized, and equipment accessible. After visiting many gyms in El Paso, I am so glad I settled on this one. I look forward to going each day!

Just started, and as a novice, no gym experience, they employees and members, welcomed me and are showing the way. The people Ive met seem great and supportive. I am sure if I am doing this, anyone ever thinking about it; well give it a shot. Do yourself a favor and have that conversation.

Kilo Lift is the beat gym. Prices are good. The STAFF is Awesome!!! They always greet you with a smile and ALWAYS make you feel welcome!!! This gym gives you the ultimate confidence.

Everything you need and nothing you dont. They do drop-ins for $10 which I did when I was visiting town. Highly recommend it. If I were in town longer I would definitely sign up.

Only gym I’ve ever paid a membership for. Dumbbells up to 110lbs, plenty of Rogue barbells, rogue bumper plates, speed ropes, squat racks for days, more than enough benches, gymnastics rings, sleds, 20yds of turf, cold filtered water, concept row machine, weighted vests, awesome bathrooms, and more. If I ever own my own gym, I will model it after Kilo Lift. Nice job guys.

Kilo caters to its members. Hands down! Ive been a member of many gyms but this is the only one where I felt like the owners care about you. They are constantly looking for feedback on how to make it a better gym and respond to it by actually making changes.Kilo has awesome equipment that is centered for those who are into powerlifting, Oly lifting, and general strength and conditioning. They also have a turf area where you can push sleds, flip tires, etc. Cannot recommend this place enough.

This is my favorite gym. A bit pricey, but the environment is friendly, uplifting, and non-judgemental. They also have a very good meal-prep program.
