On my quest to find the perfect hair salon in the Covid 19 era I decided to try Yes We Do because of the overwhelmingly positive reviews. I didnt make an appointment and showed up. When. You arrive you wait for the receptionist to come out and inquire about your visit. I arrived at about 1032. The receptionist will also take your temperature. I requested a walk in hair cut and she verified an opening at 1045. They only allow 2 people, one on each side of the lobby, to wait. Thats approximately 8-10 feet apart. Excess people will be asked to wait in the car or schedule an appointment at a later time. At about 1043 I was taken in and was given a prompt to-the-point haircut. Still with the friendly conversations youd expect. I did feel this approach is streamline and made for efficiency and safety. My hair was cut pretty nicely. I wasnt offered a rinse or any other services or products not sure whats available due to covid-19. My stylist informed me that they work within 15 minute scheduled blocks to efficiently attend customers. I witnessed 4 haircuts all performed within these time blocks. I like that. I was also advised to make an appointment because its the preferred option due to covid-19. Lastly, they disinfect all their equipment between customers including chars and arm rests. They even change the covers. They wash them constantly and have clean ones available per customer. I recommend this place. I wish Id look a little more tidy (burned out lights, dirty signage, blocked off chairs in lobby just upside down, signage indoors fallen off).

Amazing job done for a great purpose. My son donated 22 inches of hair to Locks of Love and Yes We Do did an outstanding job with his free new look. I absolutely love his new haircut

My husband has been here twice now, and they do a great job on his hair. This was my first experience and it was a joy! A great hair cut and the environment is very friendly and kind. The ladies here are wonderful!

Good value! Very friendly staff. Never have a problem getting an appointment. The people there also work well with children and curly hair. I’m happy with my cut and color. My husband likes going to get a trim and they offer a military discount plus a hey have a rewards program.

I walked in and wanted some bangs and they came out great! I am very happy. It was very clean inside and my hair stylist knew what she was doing. :)

My hair cut was fine but I didn’t like the results of dying my hair..I have red hair and asked for them to dye my hair golden blonde. Instead of bleaching my hair since the color i wanted to dye it was lighter than the color i have, they just put the color straight in. 2 times. And when i told them it wasn’t light like i wanted it they tried to fix it with toner. The result looks like nothing changed and they told me it would get lighter and lighter after washing it(it didn’t). I would’ve stayed for them to fix it but i had no time and was already there for 3+ hours. The total cost was $110 for, pretty much, a haircut and blowout.

Always go here for my haircuts. Great price with quick and professional service, easily set up appointments which is nice because this place does get busy. Dont forget to tip your hair stylist!

My first experience here was great had a cut and all over color. I called and made my appointment the day before. Sat down in the chair and advised what I wanted and then was told I needed another appointment for my color. Its straight forward all over color not highlights or anything complicated. What do you mean I needed another appointment? Why didnt the person who answered the phone and made my appointment verify the services? By the way I was the first appointment in the morning someone couldnt have made the time to do the all over color?

I normally come in for hair cuts and I really love the way it comes outAnd so I then decided to come in for hair coloringwhen I first walked in I came in with healthy virgin hair and I was looking to get some blonde highlights.And I ended up leaving with a full head of blonde hair.Nothing close to what I wanted.I am extremely disappointed.My hair is now over bleached and damaged.

Dont go here if you have curly hair. They dont have the experience. Im highly unsatisfied with the cuts done to my both of my daughters hair. They attempted to brush and cut their hair dry, and they left with their hair dry and frizzy. After coming home and giving their hair a wash I noticed both were extremely uneven.

Very professional Myrna and Xeleena are excellent stylists.Very clean and comfortable environment.Had a very nice experience they use excellent top line hair products and was very happy with my hair results.Totally recommend going to this salon!!

This salon has excellent COVID protocols. There were only 2 customers in the salon at a time, and stylists/receptionist wore masks. Temp check at the door. The stylist was kind and professional and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was unaware that hair donation would give me a free cut so that was a bonus, and was still able to charge my card for tip since I didnt have cash on me. Great experience!

Worst place, they close at 7:00 pm but if you came 20 min before close, they wont cut your hair, lazy people

I managed to absolutely murder my hair by bleaching half of it this summer. Went and got a big chop with Karina & followed up with a deep conditioning treatment with Karla. Ask for them! Literally the sweetest & most attentive people ever. My hair is finally in a good place after I put it through hell

5 Stars in Every Category!I got my haircuts here during my time at Ft Bliss, and definitely the membership is worth it if you are in the military. Every single haircut was done well over this time, Im actually pretty picky... Id request they thin up parts of my hair, try different fades, and help me grow out my hair on top without looking out of regs. Got lots of compliments this year on it.On time, cheaper than anywhere (for two military haircuts its like $18 a month) and when they have to shut down because of COVID they called me to offer a refund or a product next time I was in. The owner gave me a $30 hair styling product to make for the $18 I was charged.Killer service team! Keep it up!

Being my boys every other weekend. Adriana is amazing!!! Mirna does a great job as well. Wait time is as to be expected for a busy salon so if you’re in a hurry it can be hit or miss in terms of how long you’ll wait but it’s worth it. Always leave satisfied with the haircuts.

I had the best experience getting a hair cut today. To start, Brenda and Myrna greeted me with a big HI! Making me feel as a value customer. Then the haircut that Brenda gave me was amazing. Her technique to do a fade is second to none. I will definitely come back even when I dont even need a haircut. Feeling good and looking good.

They did an amazing job on my youngest sons first haircut. She knew what she was doing with baby hair and checked with me throughout the haircut to make sure we were satisfied. On a side note, they also saw and immediately knew what was wrong with the horrific haircut my other son got at great clips.

Ive been getting my haircuts here for the past 6 months or so. They have an awesome staff, very friendly. They will give advice and recommendations on what to do about your cut and style.My favorite is Brianna, she is very enthusiastic and loves what she does. She greets everyone as they come through the door and thanks them on the way out. If you get to sit in her chair, she will get to know you as a person and will carry the conversation throughout your visit. She is a true professional.

Definitely go here if you’re seeking a quick 5 minute haircut that leaves you with pieces of hair still coming off after you leave, but if you’re trying to get a haircut that’ll provide you with some TLC for your hair definitely go anywhere else. This was honestly one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten in a long time. I was really disappointed with how good the reviews are from this place.

So I bought a deep condition and trim. That is literally what I got. I left with wet hair. Trimmed but wet. My son loves how quick it is. I think he can keep going. Hard pass for me.

I went here due to the reviews. Please take my advice: do not go here.I brought in pictures of the hair style I wanted. The stylist happily agreed. I had mid-back length hair and wanted it cut just below my shoulders.To my horror, she began cutting at the middle of my neck. I have no idea why she thought that was what I wanted, the pictures I showed clearly were below the shoulder.I went to another salon to have my now bobbed hair blended and evened out.I’m in tears. I cannot believe what my hair now looks like.

Gene is very pleasant to customers who enter the facility and I always have a great experience with Brianna Avilla! Aside from the awesome experiences with Brianna, the rest of the staff are exceptionally happy and joyous when greeting regulars and new customers, alike. Honestly the best yes we do here in El Paso. Staff is always friendly and even when busy you usually get in and out quickly. Hair cuts come out nice and professional, you can’t beat the price!!!

I didnt like my hair cut or my kids...they need more experience.

Worst hair cut of my life! My hair was absolutely butchered. I asked to simply have my layers and ends trimmed, no more than an inch and a half. She took off over 2 inches and did not blend the layers at all, so I basically had 3 straight-across layers on the back, and 2 choppy pieces on each front side. She also didnt even attempt to dry or style it, so I asked nicely if she would dry it a little. All she did was blow my hair around a few times. I didnt realize just how bad it was until I returned home to finish styling it. Fortunately I found someone to fix it later that day, but I will absolutely never return to this place. I wouldnt even take my 2 sons here. I dont remember the ladys name, but she was an older woman.

My family have been getting haircuts there for the past 3 years. Military discount means the cut only cost $7, which is really great! Id give this place 5 stars if I were rating the work of the hairdresser who cut my hair yesterday and did an amazing job! Allysa was REALLY great, I went in for a complete new look including bangs and she took her time and really cared to give me the haircut I wanted. 5 stars for her for sure! However, this place at times has been a hit or miss for us with other hairdressers. Try to go there in the morning during the week because they wont be so rushed.

Found this place after moving from the west side to the east side. Great prices for military. I purchased the membership and pay 20$ a month for haircuts. I go every week so its a great deal. I do agree with some of the other reviews when it comes to being a hit or miss. It seems when theyre really busy they get rushed. Find someone you like and stick with them. Thats what Ive done and Ive been very satisfied for the most part.

I showed up at 9, there were already people waiting. But I only waited about 3 minutes. Adriana did my trim last time, but she had 3 people waiting for her, so I said Anyone is ok. I cant remember for sure, I think my stylist was Vanessa? She was friendly, and she did a good job, not cutting too much. She also did a little side swept bang ive been scared to try, and it came out subtle, but cute! Both of my times there have been good experience! Nice atmosphere, everyone is nice and friendly. My daughter and I went to get a haircut at yes we do on Edgemere. It was a very bad experience. My hair was cut so uneven that it’s beyond noticeable. I asked for a specific haircut and obviously didn’t get what I wanted. My daughter just wanted a Trim and they couldn’t do that right her hair is just as uneven as mine. we will not return to this place again. Very un satisfied.

I have gone here several time and each time it just gets worse. I took my son a few months back and the lady took too long to cut his hair so he got fussy. Now granted he was 1 yr and a half so that’s not her fault BUT I kept telling he what I wanted and she didn’t understand. I even showed her a photo and you could tell she didn’t know how to achieve the look. It wasn’t a complicated style just short on the bottom and longer on top. I paid full price but she barely trimmed anything. I then went for myself. Once again I brought a photo to show her the style I wanted. It was a long bob. My hair at the time was half way down my back. When she was done with it, it was a short bob and barely passed my shoulders in the front and in the back you could see my neck. She did however did a good job on my eyebrows so I figured I won’t come for a haircut just to wax my brows. It took me 2 weeks to find out how to style my hair where I like it because of how short it was. So today I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I was called right away but ended up sitting in the chair for an hour and 10 minutes because they failed to have the wax machine on. I went at noon they opened at 9am. So I sat there for an hour waiting and then 10 minutes for the actual waxing. I only wanted them cleaned up and I told her that but instead she took off some on the ends of my brows so now they’re short and she didn’t even wax near my Tzone so after paying $15 I still have to go home and pluck. So three different “hair stylist” three different visits and three different screwups and waste of money. Going somewhere else because it’s not worth the risk of not getting what I’m paying for.
