Pretty calm and easy going atmosphere, refreshments while you wait. Genesis was extremely nice and very professional going about what I wanted. Executed it better than what I couldve asked for. Very relaxing experience. 10/10 recommend.

Unfortunately I have to post this as it is a fault in their system that they fail to look at and fix. For the second time I have booked a haircut online for myself and my son to arrive at the place and find out that the system booked me with someone that isnt even working that day. After talking to the personel no attempt was made to accomodate both of us because of the faulty system. Last time I gave them the benefit of the doubt but I cant after a second time. They might have great stylists but everything starts with customer service. I wont be returning anytime soon. Be careful when booking online you might just arrive and find out that the appointment booked just doesnt exist.

Had to reschedule more than once due to my plans not working out. They are always so nice and understanding. Most other places get upset these barbers are the best I have found on the west side.

I had a scheduled appointment at 5:30 I walk up at 5:28 and the entire building is shut down. Never in my life. I feel like they discriminate against Black people and I’m a women, needing my hair cut. I won’t be taking my 9 year old here ever again.

Atmosphere is awesome, thus 2 stars instead of 1, but I will not be back. I expected a lot more and to be honest, I get a better haircut at sports clips. I get my haircut every 2 weeks and wanted to try something new. After a cost comparison OHairs would have been about $7 more per haircut. I figured this would be worth it as they are a barbershop. My appointment was at 10:30, arrived 10 min early not to be seen until 10:40. Genesis spent 13 minutes cutting my hair and then asked if I wanted my hair shampooed. I thought this was included in the package but was confused at this point so answered, No thank you as I wasnt sure why she would ask if I wanted it. I felt as though I was led to say no by the tone and way she asked. The most disappointing aspect was they DO NOT do razer fades. What I hate most about going to sports clips is they wont use any type of razer. I figured this being a barbershop that I could get a razer on the back and sides. Upon asking I was told No they dont offer that. Left at 10:55 and got home to be less impressed with the cut than I am at Sports Clips. Could have had my business every 2 weeks but I will stick with sports clips. At least if I am not going to be happy with my haircut I pay $16 there versus $23 here. No military discount at OHairs either.

I scheduled an appointment 24 hours in advance and they call me 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment to cancel it because they were “full”. I rearranged my schedule and shifted some other things just so I could make it to this appointment. Poor poor customer service. If someone makes an appointment they should honor it instead of getting too booked up by walk-ins. I’ve been going here consistently for 2 months and have been pleased with the haircuts, but today I just felt like a number. No problem, I will be using another barber from now on.

Had an appointment - I was in time and 20 minutes after it was sceduled, they finally called me ⭐️Nice environment ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Face coverings required inside the store (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) - however, not even all of the stuff did wear one ⭐️I asked for some hair and face treatment - have received only a haircut, didn’t get a hairwash nor hot towel (both are in the price included) nor any other stuff which is advertised NOR the face treatment ⭐️ (actually 0 stars)my hairdresser wasn’t actually unfriendly - she said hello, asked for the style I wanted and „please come to the cashier“ and that’s actually it ⭐️⭐️I‘m not a picky person, I don’t want to be treated like a lord BUT this what happened today wasn’t what I was expecting 😕

Our family won’t be back. Very disappointed in the customer service this weekend. This was the first and only salon we visited since moving to El Paso a year ago. We hope to find a salon that honors customer service standards and also respects the time of it’s customers. Anyone have a suggestion?Booked an appointment online a week in advance. Received the automated confirmation text message and noted the appointment on my calendar. Appointment day arrives, I make the drive to the salon. I show up at 11:30 AM and I’m told the appointment isn’t listed anywhere in their records. I show the hostess my confirmation text stating the date and time. She explains they’ve been “having some trouble with the site”. 🤷🏻‍♀️ She asks if I can come back at 5PM. No. I can’t come back at 5PM. We’re busy.She offers to book the haircut for the following morning at 11:30 AM. Alright. That works. I’m frustrated, but I get that tech issues happen. ....I make the drive home.Next day arrives. I make the drive back to the salon again. Arriving 10 mins before the scheduled appointment and check in. Hostess remembers me from yesterday and checks me in. Too easy. I take a seat. I proceed to watch Alyssa, the stylist I’m scheduled to see, chit chat with her current client for 40 minutes. 40 minutes and she’s still nowhere close to wrapping up his cut.At no point in that 40 minutes does the hostess check in with Alyssa for an estimated finish time, nor does she let Alyssa know that I am in fact stilllllllll waiting. At no point does the hostess approach me in the waiting area to check in or offer any sort of apology. Mind you.....I’m the only person sitting in the lobby!I don’t have hours to drive back and forth to salons, or sit in lobbies waiting. Hence the point of scheduling an appointment versus being a walk in client. Or at least that’s what I thought scheduling was for?!I walked out and made the drive home.....again. Beyond done with O’Hairs. Who has time for this nonsense?

Very cool and trendy place. Mini arcade, large waiting room with couches and chairs and refreshments. You can make appointments online and skip the long waits. Staff was friendly and professional. Alyssa did a great job on my hair! Highly recommend the experience!

I show up on time every time without fail since they opened, I wait every single time I am there and I am always patient with the business. On average THEY are 10-15 minutes late with me, so be it. This time, for the first time, I was tied up at work and was 15 minutes late and they turned me away for being late. Thats not good business, the place is empty, whats the point. I will not be coming back and I will stop recommending people here as well.

Your appointment will always be 15-30 minutes behind scheduled. The hair stylist seem to be in a rush and do not cut your hair like you asked. Do not use this business. You are better off shaving your head.

I’m very particular about my hair, and I’ve always been really impressed by the cut I’ve received from every barber / stylist here.One thing that separates this place from EVERY other spot is that it is amazingly nice inside. I really loved my new hair cut at this place. I have never had a hair cut with so much attention to detail. My hairdresser ( Diane) put a hot towel on my face to soften my skin, it felt awesome. I’ll keep coming back and next time I’ll get a beer for sure.

As a gift, I made an appt for my son for a 24mins *facescaping* - which is a beard service/shave with hot towel and facial massage. Alyssa was the requested chair.The service he received was a shave with the same electric razors he uses at home. Took her about 5mins. She then removed his drape, said “all done” and walked to the register for check out.It was his first visit, so he wasn’t aware that he didn’t actually receive the Facescaping service. His complaint was that she left patches on his neck – which he could fix at home.When we realized what happened – we called to speak to the Manager, which we were told is Alyssa.She apologized and said *She forgot*. How do you *forget* when it’s the only beard service you offer???She could not answer that question. When I told her she was losing 2 customers – she then proceeded to tell me that *Well, he got up and left*.Of course he did – she TOLD him she was finished and walked to the register.So not only did she not perform the service, he booked and paid for – she then decided to blame him for it?Beyond unprofessional. It also gives the appearance that she took advantage of a young adult, who didn’t know better.After the fact, we then found out that they overcharged for the service, that she didn’t even provide.If this is the service their Manager provides – I definitely won’t be going back.

I enjoy this place very much. Each employee is an expert in their own sense. They are all friendly, timely, and available to customers on an appointment basis as well. I asked for a recommended hair cut since I have a big head and was recommended accordingly. Their prices are great too. My stylist is Whitney. I recommend them to anyone interested in having their hair handled with care or getting the cut they are looking for. Definitely, going back for more. Compared to other places I have been in El Paso, this is the best I have received.

A great place for a cut. Only a few prices to pick from, the highest being 23, and you can usually play billiards, some arcade cabinets, or drink beer. Many precautions have been taken with Covid- tape marking the cabinets and some of the seating as off limits, to enforce distance requirements from each other. Very nice and upscale place if that is what youre looking for!

Horrible haircut. Not worth the money I paid. Now I have to go to a different barber to fix what they did. I’m sure there are better barbers but I got someone that didn’t not know how to cut my hair.

Located in a hip, up and coming area. The whole shop is warm and inviting, and I had a complimentary beer while I waited (which wasnt long). Emily was especially patient and listened to me about what I was looking for, and then knocked it out of the park. Excellent staff and service. This is my new go to spot, and for whats offered I think its super affordable.

I can’t say enough about this place. I’ve been here three times since it opened. I’m from Dallas and this was really cool to see a place like this in El Paso. The best part is that it wasn’t expensive. I had to wait a few minutes and it was no big deal. Refreshing complimentary Corona, free pool, free arcade games, and sports on every TV. I brought my nephew the last time and he didn’t want to leave after we got our cuts. Oh yea the hair cut! Shout out to Whitney for changing my style up. All my co workers commented on how good my hair looked. I normally go to the chain hair places Never again! Same price haircut but nowhere near as nice. I’ll be back for sure!

I’ve had a really long beard for years and finally decided to go shorter. Mackenzie did a fantastic job! I took my family with me and they enjoyed their time while waiting for me. I thought the price was more than reasonable. I will definitely be going back.

Was really good when it first opened. They had great barbers that were experienced and consistent. However, it seems like its turned into a super cuts recently. Lots of new barbers, inconsistency among all of them. Its gotten to the point I cant recommend anyone and avoid a few.... looking for new place.

My buddy and I went here for the first time today. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this establishment. The haircut was perfect, staff was very friendly and great conversationalists, customer service was of the highest I’ve seen in the area. Very clean. As soon as I walked in to OHairs I was immediately greeted with a smile. I looked around, amazed by the modern vintage look and all the furniture. The free root beer was a great ticket in. I loved the environment. Subtle, simple and very welcoming. I felt like I was being cared for, like I was a person. The employee talked to me and honestly I have never had an experience like this before at any other barbershop. Before OHairs I never had a single haircut place to go to I kept jumping around, but now, you have won my loyalty. The advertising online says they’re open until 7pm. We walked in at 5:50 pm and the women at the salon said it was too late to get a haircut. Their last cut is at 5:45 pm. The sign on their door said they closed at 6pm. I was disappointed especially since there wasn’t anyone in the salon.I drove down the street to a different hair salon who also closed at 6pm. I walked in at 5:55pm and they were more than happy to help me. In fact, 3 more people came in after me and they did not turn them away.

Ohairs was a nice change and i really enjoyed the haircut they gave me. They did exactly what they were supposed to do and even surpassed my expectations. The arcade, sports and people made the salon awesome. Now I know where i will get my next haircut!

Update: I scheduled a 645 appointment. I recieved a message informing me the stylist I chose was not working although I can still recieve a haircut. No problem? Well yes. I arrived at 630 and I was met by two employees telling me they just closed. I reminded them of my appointment. They claimed they tried to calm me. After proving them wrong they confessed they were slow so they were closing at 7. I reminded them it was only 640 and I had a 645 appointment. They explained I could reschedule the next day when the appointment line opens.... If this was my business I would have two spots open for employment. Needless to say they just lost my business. Thanks for nothing.Love the environment. The stylists are ther to cut hair not look like some sex object (like some places). Still trying to find the right stylist for my hair. All are fairly good and very polite.

OHAIRS is a barbershop that immediately when you walk in you are embraced by the warm hospitality of the barbers, along with the modern and sophisticated look of the interior. OHAIRS adds an exciting spin to the classic barber shop, from modern chairs and utilities, to the classic arcade games enticing you to play while you wait. My haircut was done better than I had imagined in my head. I am definitely coming here again and would recommend do everyone I know.

The place is modern, very appealing and the barbers are very polite. Arcade games, sports on the TV, complimentary drinks all very nice touch. The haircuts and price not so much. Went in for a haircut with my son. The hair cuts took very long and werent what I had asked for (didnt ask for anything out of the norm either, medium skin fade and a kids haircut). Overall I paid near 45 bucks for the 2 cuts to include tip because Im not a jerk. Were new to El Paso and are still looking for our go to barber shop. Luckily hair grows back so this bad haircut wont last long. Maybe it was a bad day but I dont see myself going back.
