The only place Ill get my hair cut here in El Paso. Everyone is at the top of their game and I appreciate the fact they all try to build their own clientele. It makes it easier to make appointments rather than walk-in all the time and having to wait and ensures your barber knows what you really want once they get into the habit of cutting your hair. I can never understand the willingness of some people to just let random people work their hair every haircut. After almost 18 years of getting my haircut every 2 or 3 weeks for the Army I make sure the barbers know what theyre doing and its nice to be able to get to know them. Everywhere I get stationed I find a good barber and stick with them until I move and this is 100% my spot for El Paso. I gotta stay looking fresh for the wife and the Army.

I just went in today service sucked I waited for 2 hrs as a walk in and then to top it off another person walked in and got the chair before me I never going back agin I wasted my day they should have better customer service

My boyfriend got his haircut as a walk in and the last time he went the same guy did it and was fine. He can’t remember the guy’s name though.This time he did great, but left him with a bunch of cuts and scratches on his neck. He didn’t want to say anything but fr? can’t be licensed and leave a ton of scratches. A couple nicks are fine but this was beyond that..

Best haircut I’ve ever had especially as a walk in I was seen right away. Definitely recommend you check it out if you never have.

I asked for just a little bit off the top. Now I barely have anymore hair. Over priced. Only take cash. Their atm charges 4 bucks just to use it. Hair cut took 40+ mins for an easy trim. Never going back

Apparently I got a newbie. Didn’t do what I asked, took 30mins + for a cut I could have received at Great Clips, then charged me more then the posted sign stated. Definitely would not recommend this place.

I went as a walk-in, spent around 2 hours in his chair to come out with my fade higher since he messed it up, my head was basically bald in the back and sides, and the worst part was he pushed my hairline back with the razor and it was crooked. His name was Isaiah, and there was no point in asking him to correct something when he left me bald with a tiny fade at the top of my head. Could’ve asked someone to cut it with their eyes closed while using their feet if I wanted to come out looking a mess.

This is my first time in a barber shop since Covid hit and I must admit, not a bad experience. If you are a walk in, you sign in and wait outside, and if you have an appointment (I use Booksy app) just hit your barber up that you are there and they will let u know when they are ready for you. Chill atmosphere, clean, I watched a couple of the barbers clean their chair and equipment after they finished up with customers. Sanitized the chair and called in the next customer. Barbers wear their mask while cutting hair. Im not sure how long they keep the mask through out the day though. Need a good hair cut, this place is worth the stop.

The Capones barber shop is excellent, clean, spacious and it has good vibes. I personally get my hair cut by Maurice. Ive had my hair cut by a lot of people in elpaso but Maurice is definitely the best if you looking for clean fades. He is reliable and excepts different methods for payment. All around this is a good place. I have not seen one bad hair cut since I been going to Capones. I highly recommend

Liz was the barber that cut my hair! Did a very good job, nice cut. Friendly staff, clean, and took me as walk in with a 15 minute wait. Will go back!

Great environment. Had the game on. Music was tasteful. Not happy with my cut. $20 is more than I make in an hour and very disappointed in the interpretation from the picture to my head. Barber spent a lot of time on two clients before me and completely rushed my cut after another client came in and did a bro shake with him. I was barely out of the chair when the next guy hoped in forgoing the people that were on the list. Possibly an appointment. Also not a big fan of having compressed air blown directly on me 10 times during cut. Its loud and there is no warning. Undecided on if I want to give this place another shot.

I was told to put my name down and phone number and wait outside to be called to get a haircut. I sat in my car for one hour and 30 minutes and was never called or checked up on me to follow up. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I finally called them after waiting and asked if I was ever going to get a haircut and they were rude on the phone and told me to wait a few more minutes. I left, wasn’t going to wait any longer. Would not recommend this place at all.

Clean place. Nice employees. Saw a lot of great hair cuts coming out of the chairs. But if you are a walk in, then prepare to get the trainee in the back to screw your dome up. Place looked like it was rated by skill from the front of the shop to the back. Avoid the chick in the back right and you might be ok.

Not happy with my haircut. Always heard Capone’s was good. But my haircut didn’t show that. The “barber” didn’t even use a blade to line me up, only the clipper, so because of that it doesn’t look clean. I asked for a part on the side on my head, and again only used clipper, not the blade and he made it so low.

This is an awesome barber shop everyone is friendly. Even waiting is okay as everyone is talking making your wait seen short .Erock is my go to barber always gets it right. The other barbers are awesome too I just prefer Erock .If you want to go in and out I recommend an appointment .

Best Shop in the North East by far. Heard of Capone’s before but all the other shops are out East. Walk-in on a Friday and day rite down cause they got like 50 chairs in the joint. E-Rok hooked it up with a tite bald fade. So good I feel like I’m back on the east coast .

Disappointed in my haircut, had a choppy fade. Probably would’ve been different if I wasn’t a “walk in” and had a different barber. I ended up going some where else latter that day to get it fixed because I was a bit embarrassed and I didn’t want to walk around with that haircut. I give Capone’s northeast 2stars based on the location, but they need to hire more experienced barbers to maintain there reputation they have at the other locations. Wont ever look twice at this place after I drive by.
