Dropped off my truck on Saturday for a Monday appointment to get suspension inspected. Paid up front. Went in on Wednesday to pick up and they didnt have any information on what was needed. Nothing in writing. Had a lenghty discussion with assistant manager. He informed me that they didnt know what kind of lift kit i had on my truck. After a couple hours of discussion turns out it was a pro comp lift and they had the bushings i needed in stock. Prior to this they were trying to convince me to buy a whole new lift kit for $$$$.

Shout out to Rick and his team for helping find the perfect setup for the wife’s 4runner. Install was fast and clean work. Definitely recommend, 5-stars!

Pretty good place for offroad accessories. Prices may be a smidge higher than other places, but, convenience makes up for it.

Never answer the phone and when they did, the 1st thing they said was they were 2 weeks out and needed a deposit for half. The desk jockey was hella rude and will never go back. I didnt even get a chance to explain what I needed to put on.

Got headlamps installed and ended up with cart he’s on my truck . Called and sent pictures as they asked for and wanted me to return so that manager can see my truck. Unfortunately was unable to do to having to leave town . Manager never had the courtesy to even call. I’ll never go back that for sure

Was on the phone for 45 minutes trying to set up an alinement 2 weeks out and after giving them my down payment and hanging up I got a call back say they couldnt do it on that day and needed to set up a different appointment do to they gave my appointment to someone else. I have used this store in so long do to issues on part and custumer service. I guess they havent changed one bit.

Bad customer service. Wanted to buy a winch but the two guys at the counter were basically holding each others hands while looking at a computer. I was the only one in the store and couldnt get any help. Finally left without any help. Going to buy my $1000 winch some place else.

Never loyal to customers that spend their hard earn money with them. The sales representatives are horrible and unfriendly as if they are doing you a favor when you need service or a price quote. I as many others will spend money elsewhere which is always less inexpensive than 4WHEELPARTS. Buy online and have a local shop install or do it yourself thumbs way down 4WHEELPARTS!

The guys behind the desk were very helpful and did a great job looking for what I needed in the back so I wouldnt go home empty handed. They are very knowledgeable and even if you dont buy there they help point you in the right direction.

Each time I walk into the store I have never been asked to be helped. When I wait in line to speak to an associate and reach my turn they make me feel as though it’s an inconvenience to answer my questions. I would not recommend this place at all and advise folks to go somewhere else that values clients and are happy to be of service. Perhaps this is why the online industry is forcing store front to close down

Called 5 times within 2 days and nobody answers, when they do answer I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold for 27 minutes and no manager ever answered, I called back to speak to the manager the second time and was put on hold for 15 minutes until a gave up! taking my business to 4 wheel parts Phoenix

Purchased tires from here and made an appointment at 11 am to get my tires installed. Just tires no rims or anything else. I told the team I would be waiting for the truck they said an hour or maybe a little bit over. So I said fine, no big deal I’ll go eat and come back. It took almost three hours to install four tires. Went out to the shop and they’re all hanging out in the back. Asked the guy and they said as soon as I get the paperwork. Cmon man three hours to install tires, they should have at least been honest and I would have gone home and left the truck. Not coming here again.

Good price on exhaust, level kit, and cold air intake. Be sure to deal with Steven G. He made the experience smooth. I dont think I would have had the same level of customer service with the other guys.

Been here several times and customer service is good.. last visit i purchased tires and i got the best price in town and i did check around.. installation was exactly as promised.. ordered flat flares for my jeep and got them for 25% less over the other online supply houses...

Got new tires and rims there. They forgot to put the sensors in, so I had to go all the way back and waited hours while they did that. Months later my tire light is BACK ON. Took it it to a tire shop and they told me that 4 wheel parts never even put them in!! Ill give my money elsewhere

Called to ask about getting and alignment and was told I would need to pay up front for the service and they had no availability for at least 2 weeks. I will never pay for a service up front especially if it can’t be done the same day I pay for it.

Worst auto shop in El Paso. I’ve waited an hour and a half over schedule for a bumper installation without a winch or lights. The worst part is I created the appointment a week beforehand, to which I had to pay half the price of the installation then. I’ve also checked and they haven’t even taken my stock bumper off yet. People are better off going to hammer performance, custom sounds, Al’s performance, etc. Please, just don’t give the jerks here your money.

Right to the point.. 4 stars because yeah, they are a bit pricier than other shops. Customer service? One of the guys was not as friendly as he could have been but I attribute this to everyone has a bad day now and then. The gentleman that helped me out, really helped me out. He did more than he needed to and was thorough in explaining what needed to be done to get another shops shortcomings behind me. He decided not to charge me for a few small things because he could not prove that they were not at fault. Thats the most honest and about the nicest respectable action Ive seen since lifting my truck. As far as Im concerned, theyve earned my business. Thanks Daniel.

I have been shopping on line for 20 yrs and I have never encountered anything like this. Offer parts pay them 2 months later and after several calls they don’t have an estimate time to deliver parts. Is like they don’t care about coustomers. Finally got money back and will finds another retailer. The time will never be reimburse!!!!

Seabass and Danny are awesome! very professional and knowledgable. scheduled a regear and locker install, dropped off the jeep monday and they had it done and ready to pick up the next day.Install was nicely done and gears and lockers are working perfectly. If you need anything off road related hit these guys up!

I went on 6/21/16 and was greeted right a way by Mike. He helped me in finding out the problem. The service was great and to the point with no marketing sales. I will defiantly be going back to get my lift when Im ready! Great place! All you have to do is listen to what they are informing you of and not go in thinking you know everything.

I had my front end done on my truck by another company. Needless to say, it was done poorly and created more problems than what I started with. I brought my truck to 4 Wheel Parts hoping they would fix what happened previously. They went above and beyond my expectations. They found other problems (which I expected considering the age of my truck). They fixed those problems as well. I loved their service that day.My appreciation goes further. About a week later, I started to hear popping sounds as I turned left. I called them right away to inform them of the problem. They told me to roll in and theyd inspect the problem. Sure enough, a problem existed at a place where they werent responsible for. They fixed it right then and there... despite me knowing I needed to wait my turn to get my truck inspected and fixed.Anytime I have a problem with my truck, I wont think twice. Ill take my truck to 4 Wheel Parts.

Extremely poor customer service. Came in ready to buy a kit and wheels for my truck and got discourage very quick with the service. Seemed like a great place until you talk to some employees hating their job... Dont waste your time coming in.

Great customer service and very courteous. They will not try to sell you parts if not needed. Every time I order parts they arrive within the week and are much cheaper when compared to 4 wheel center.

I use them for ordering the parts I need. I research before going in. You never know if the salespersons knowledge is motivated by the commission any one product will pay.

Great customer service. Was running late on my way to buy a Warn winch from these guys. My wife called ahead and they told us that they were closing but to knock on the door and they would let us in to pay for and pick up the winch. Sure enough they opened up for us, had the winch ready and even carried it to our jeep. Appreciate that!!

My wife and I walked into the store on 11/23/2012 interested in a brush guard for my truck. For 15 minutes we walked around the store. Not once did any sales staff acknowledge us. They were apparently too busy being amused with the conversation they were having amongst themselves. Horrible customer service. We most definitely will not return. One of their competitors was more than willing to assist us and answer our questions.

Was not helpful in what I was looking for. Not a very wide range of off road custom equipment. Dont seem to cater to earlier model/late model rigs. To bad for them. And didnt seem to me that the parts man wanted my buisness. Also wasnt able to answer my questions.

I’ve been a customer of 4 Wheel Parts for the last few years and have never had an issue. Upon returning from my most recent deployment I brought my 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited to get an estimate on having it re-geared to 4.56. I spoke with Steve Galindo and he helped me with a package to get it re-geared and was able to answer all of my questions about the process. I scheduled a time about 10 days later to get the work done and dropped it off the day prior. The day before the work was scheduled to be complete I got a call from Danny Candelaria that they found a problem with the front, passenger side u-joint and that he wasn’t comfortable releasing the vehicle to me with the u-joint in the condition it was in. I went down to the store the next day to look at my u-joint and talk to Danny about the repairs. At the end of the day, after being told it wouldn’t be ready for a few more days, Danny was able to source the parts from a dealer, get it fixed, only charged me the price for an after market part (not the OEM price) and charged me no labor and had it ready two days early. I truly enjoyed working with Danny and Steven and will continue to do business with this company. My Jeep is now a whole new vehicle and a lot more capable. Thanks Danny and Steven, great job and let your mechanics know I appreciate all the work they did on my rig!

Seems as though there is a bad customer service theme among most of these reviews and I have to admit its true. The sales people will ignore you or brush you aside if they know the item youre looking for is not top $$. Wish they had more stock for older Jeeps too, have to resort to the web site or different stores for this.

This place has horrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to go to this place. I spoke to a guy named Mike who seemed like he would rather go to lunch than make a sale. I was willing o drop 6k into my truck but since my first and only experience was horrible I decided to go somewhere else who was willing to take my money and offer me great customer service. Needless to say dont stop in this store unless you absoultely have to or just order your parts online.

Horrible customer service, if there was a half star I would rate them with half star. I tried buying my husband a part for his TJ and Ralf Villa said they dont make it anymore so I went to a local shop right after I left and they had it in stock and brought it home same day.

Wish I can give No stars for this place. Cant seem to get a simple order correct. Puchased a set of shocks online and requested to pick up in store. Received a call stating the shocks were in. Arrived to pick up the item and only the front pair of shocks came in. Sales rep said he wil have the rear shocks delivered on the following Monday. No shocks were delivered. Called to fnd out what the issue was and sales rep had told me that it was not in yet and will be in Tuesday. This is no way to do business and I am not a satisfied customer!!!! 4wheel parts needs to fix this. You will be losing customers!! FAIL!! Will not do business with anymore.

The place is horrible, no one should ever go here. I called asking what time the closed they lady said 5 I got there are 4:15 there was absolutely no one there... Ive had this happen to me a few times by them... whats a disgrace, they look another costumer.

The prices were withing reason. Shop was small but you can order and have it to you or there in a few days. Alot of.people I know use them for modifications to their jeeps and they always talk very highly of their service and work.
