I will be switching office. The agent who helped failed to mention I can have roadside assistance for a dollar more. She should be trained better or at least be informative with your customers. This just shows how much she cares about customers.

The owner is SO NICE HERE!!! We actually liked when he helped us! but the girls there were SOOO RUDE TO MY MOM and saying she wasn’t a client there and didn’t want to help her! 😡

They do not directly help you. They give you a number to call. Not happy with the customer service. They were not able to answer our questions about our policy.
