My mom has had farmers since about 2014. One thing I will give Yvonne is that she physically went to my home for my father to sign for insurance policies since he was unable to go in person due to medical reasons. Not many agents will go that extra mile unless in extreme circumstances so I will always remember that. Most offices will reach out to see if theres anything they can help out with regarding claims etc they didnt.... until I reached out to know the status of my deductible. Im still in the process I understand its not farmers fault. I know yvonnes busy my only complaint is you dont really know her as an agent since you never hear from her. My mother and I always deal with team members such as Jennifer who is amazing no complaints just wish we heard more from our agent or when we file claims. Aside from that we have thought about switching numerous times but the friendly staff keeps us there!

Dionicio and Yvonne Ruiz both agents they have the worst customer service. They don’t help. You try to get help for car and home and they promise the best customer service. At the time you want to do a claim they give you a bunch of excuses and the Make Farmers look bad. Please if you need go to different Agents. The Ruiz Family run there business like if the owner of Farmers. No claims No nothing!
