Horrible service. I paid my policy in full the year I was enrolled with Allstate and was still billed $152 before my renewal in March 2021. I cancelled my policy since I found a better rate. I contacted Joaquin numerous times to get an explanation and not one time was I contacted back. He couldnt find the reason of why I was billed but assured me he would fix it. I had to keep calling to ask why I owe the $152 and I was told they would look into it and call me back. Never responded back and now its in collections. Never have I had anything in collections. I contacted Allstate Headquaters to file a complaint and get an explanation of what the $152 was for and they to couldnt find a reason. Now its an investigation on why they billed me that excessive amount when I paid in full. Horrible business practice. I will be contacting the BBB to file on this business.

Very reliable, every time I call they help me right away. We have had different insurances and their service doesn’t come close to the service they have given us at Allstate. We have insured our vehicles and motorcycles with them and they have always given us great rates! Specially to agent Joaquin, he helped us so much specially when my husband was overseas on deployment and someone did a hit and run on our vehicle.

Best insurance office in all El Paso! Joaquin Espinoza respondes right away and did everything to get me the best deal possible. Switched from geico and I saved almost $500. I would definitely recommend and ask for Joaquin. Even though I bought my policy 4 years ago he still takes care of me and responds whenever I need something. Always takes care of the customer and super friendly.

I wanted to add another policy within a certain time frame (as my existing insurance company was going to renew). I had explained to them that I did not want to renew my policy with another insurance company and told them (on numerous occasions) that time was of the essence!Was told that somebody would be going to inspect my property on a certain date - NOBODY showed up! No phone call, email, nothing! This agency does not communicate with its customers - no emails, no phone calls, no smoke signals, NOTHING!Plus, I got a quote from them that was incorrect, they inputted incorrect info - another local agency had to make the corrections. This agency is not recommended due to bad customer service or lack of!
