I was helped on multiple occasions by Alma, super attentive and very knowledgable. I started off with one vehicle covered through them but she was able to find me better prices and now i have all my vehicles insured through them. Excellent follow up, made the transition very easy for me and worked around my schedule always. Definitely would and already have recommended this service from this office . So we kept this stupid insurance. And big mistake . Stay away from this insurance . We renew our plan . They say they wont charge us since its a new plan. We wake up and are charged 190 dollar when we just paid them cash . They are so unorganized and honestly dont know how to do their job . This is is the second time .
