Go see Daniel Martinez at the Oil Changers on Fletcher Parkway. Even though it was a hot and busy day, he made the experience a good one. Personable and professional. He took the time to explain things and answer any questions I had. Top quality service and then some. He would be a credit to any business he worked for because of his excellent people skills and on-the-job skill set.

Truly so disheartening to leave this type of review, and I’ll explain. I have gone to this location and had such a great experience myself with the services provided here, but maybe new people were hired who just were not as kind, or professional as of recent. Specifically technician 9794 and those that were working 8/21 around 1230pm (if managers Eric, or Daniel see this). I loved this place so I referred my sister here who had a horrible experience. People speaking to her condescending, having disrespectful conversations, not acting professional ect. I am so embarrassed she had this experience when I told her to go there!

The manager was great and Friendly and professional he let me know what I needed to get done with my car. All the employees were great👍🏼!!!

The guys here were friendly, worked super fast and were really honest and helpful. I’ll be back and would recommend them over any other location I’ve tried in the SD/ El Cajon area.

Never had much of an issue with this place. The staff is friendly, although a couple of them are a but unprofessional in my opinion. They let me provide my own oil and filter, which I always like to do. Overall a good place for an oil change.

Special shoutout to Vince, Jose, and Daniel!! They were super nice and efficient with my oil change, and even checked my tire pressure while i was there. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be back in the future!

I love this place. I can just pull up and sit in the truck while they work on it. Its always quick service and very thorough. They even let me know what needs to be worked on.

Oil Changers is good because they don’t try to hard to up-sell you a whole lot. This location did a little bit, but not as bad a other commercial shops. I just want an oil change; nothing fancy, nothing more. Just let me get this done and on my way. Customer service was good, nonetheless. I also like that they do light checks and what not, after the oil service.

They showed me that the previous oil services company put the wrong seal and I was leaking oil... Will definitely come back again

Quick service while waiting in your car, the crew is really helpful and check everything.

Good, fast service. Seems cheaper than others nearby, when considering synthetic blend oil. Lights checked, windows cleaned, tire pressure checked. No hard sell on Air filters, Cabin Air Filter, Radiator or transmission flush.

Best place to go for any fluid service and even advice on what might be wrong with any other part of your car. These guys are most helpful and relaxed dudes that make me feel comfortable with paying for the work they do, unlike other place where I feel like I wasted money. I love coming here for even just for advice cause they wont just say I don know, they give me auto repair shop recommendations and take care of me every time I come here for help.

All the positive reviews are spot on. Oil changers was awesome. The employee that performed my service ( oil change) was very thorough. Oil Changers does several checks ( fluid levels, blinkers, filters, etc) in addition to your service. They do a check for future/ needed work but are not pushy. I highly recommend Oil Changers if you are in El Cajon.

So, i went to Oil Changers because my service notification has been ON for me to change my oil for like 2 months now, but i get full synthetic. (2015 Nissan Altima) The gentleman working there informed me that at the LEAST i can go another thousand miles up to 3 thousand more. He even checked it to make sure and then added wiper fluid and air to my tires. I thought i was gonna have to go in and spend $100 today on an oil change. They really saved me from having to do that. I really appreciate the honesty and the great service. I will gladly be taking my business here when i am actually in need of an oil change.

I have come to this location 3 times for an oil change and everyone is very friendly and efficient only had to wait about 20 mins as there was a car ahead of me and the best part they never badger you to get more service they suggest service if it is time for a particular service they explain what it is how much and how long it will take all up to you to choose so thanks guys!

This is the only place I will go for an oil change. They check head lights, brake lights, turn signals etc in addition to oil change. The same tech are here since I first started going. They even wash your. windows. Great place

I never even noticed this place until they repainted, but Im glad I went here. I usually go to Walmart because its affordable, but I took and chance and glad I did! The technicians, Kody and Daniel, were so sweet and very professional. It was very fast and efficient! They kept me updated on what they were doing and made sure i was comfortable with any service they could provide before doing it, an issue ive had with other car service before. Id gladly pay the extra $15 to get my oil changed here for the convenience and customer service!

Great place, pulled up the fellas that were there, were spot on with up most professionalism.

Oil / transmission fluid and fuel filter changed in 20 minutes. Try that at the dealers.

Took my car in to get a oil changed and the first thing they do is check the oil. First thing they told me is that my oil was good and should be changed in about 1000 miles since I used synthetic oil. So typically it lasts longer but my car said it was time to change the oil but its just set on a mile counter.

I think they have a deal with fletcher hills automotive. I didnt even get my oil changed they guy said go over to the shop and have him look at everything your oil is fine for now mind you I was over due by months and 3000 miles dont listen to them if they try to send you over to the mechanic her will scam you

Worker prove to a T that they are hourly.....way too much personal chatting than working. Oh and by the way they double charged my credit card and when I drove 18 miles back to get it fixed they told me the regional manager refused to offer me a discount on my next oil chang for my hassles.Way to really stand up for your customers Erik and Daniel. Freakin wow.

Vince and Bobby did an excellent job. I let them know that I had to be back on the road by 4:20pm and they respected that and finished up the oil change in less than 30 min!Super cool, don’t really mind getting an oil change now knowing I got a cool spot where I feel I’ll be taken cared of.

These guys are great - not the cheapest in town, but you really do get what you pay for. My wife goes in with minor stuff (engine lights, trouble with wipers) and theyve always cheerfully helped her. Get the Oil Change Card - its a buy 3, get one free deal - brings the $45 oil change to $34 - and they are FAST! - typically in and out in 10 minutes - recommended!

I have been coming to this location for years. Now with my Chevy this is the second visit and I must say these guys are awesome. I always feel like they are honest and know the vehicle I bring. Also reasonably priced.

Staff is great and move quickly and efficiently and do their best to get customers through and keep them informed when busy. Aren’t pushy with other services that need to be done but always bring up what’s recommended. Eric has great customer service and is attentive, helps that he remembers the customers 👍🏻

I didnt end up getting my oil changed here even though there was a really cute guy with a beard that helped me. He told me that because my car was electric the oil appears dark and dirty on the dip stick. Thats ridiculous!

I was literally parked/services/paid and on my way home in 16mins! Eric is the man w/a plan. I always take both mine and my wife’s car there. Excellent and highly recommended for any woman/wife/mom...you never have to get out of your car! They check your lights, put air in all tires, top off all fluids etc. Highly recommended! We have been coming here for 2yrs now...with no end in sight!

I have been going here for years now. They always do a great job! Staff is nice, they work hard even when there sick. Today I over heard a conversation about one the guys he was eating crackers and sprite trying to make it threw the day. Another guy (sorry don’t remember names) offering something to help his stomach. Today I got a full service oil change, and coolant service. Tires checked and one is bad (I was told to get that checked out) it keeps going flat. Offered to clean my window before leaving who are we kidding I need to wash my car. Anyway no complaints! Thanks oil changers. You guys are great!

I always come here its fast and convenient but today when I left I saw they put synthetic blend in my 2011. There is no reason to put synthetic blend in my car. They should have asked me. So when you get an oil change here ask what they are putting in your car before they do.

The guys were quick to let me know how long the wait was. 30mins to wait and 25mins for the labor. I planned ahead and brought lunch. because I knew id just be sitting in the car. They were professional and answered my questions. They kept everyone moving and even topped off all my fluids. Yes I saw them do it. Right in front of me. These guys as well as every oil changers chain Ive been to have been very respectful and have great attitudes. They dont try to pressure into getting an extra work done but will offer suggestions and leave it up to you without being annoying about it.Also the buy 3 get one free deal is nice...might be buy 4 get one free but either way theres a free one. Always fast and courteous. One time I went to have my oil changed following the date on my sticker. Forgetting it had been in the shop for 2 months. They sent me home with no charge. They couldve changed it and charged me anyway.
