My car was towed in on Monday about 8:30. I was called about 11:30 with a diagnosis, $ quote, and finish time (which was at closing time 5pm). I paid on phone, and asked for receipt and keys to be locked in my car, Id be arriving after 5pm. Over all good.

Helped me get a lot of stuff done that I needed for reasonable price. Got a planned tune up and had brakes checked which also to be repaired due to worn rotors. Also shouldve gotten tires but Id already spent more than I planned. If you go make sure to check for coupons.Definitely plan to go back for other repairs

Was there last wk. Got tires rotated & an oil change. Walk ins welcome but this place gets really busy. They open around 7am. The earlier the better to get your vehicle in there.

Manny and his crew were very courteous! They repaired the transmission in my truck for less than expected! Had more work done on separate issue and they were again prompt and courteous (called to keep me informed!) and affordable!!! I highly recommend Precision Tune!!!!

Called ahead, said they don’t make appointments. Drove 30 minutes on a Wednesday got here at 3:30 when they close at 5 and they said they can’t get me in for an oil change. Don’t waste your time. She wouldn’t even try to fit me in when I told her how far a came to get it done.

Had a great experience with Precision! Ken, the owner, took our car in late Sunday (Mothers Day) after we broke down when other shops were closed and got us back on the road the next day. Jeff, the mechanic, did great work. Ken even gave us a discount for being health care workers in the area. Would 100% recommend and come back for car service in the future.

I took my Nissan to do an oil change. When I told him I bought the deal through Groupon he didn’t to seem happy about it. He said let me see what you bought. So I showed him. He told me Nissan only uses synthetic oil on this vehicle so I can’t preform that. Which is not true because on my car manual it says synthetic oil is not necessary. U can use conventional oil. And I’ve had my car for 5 years I do the oil change at Nissan just regular oil. He just didn’t want to sell the Groupon deal to me since they don’t make much on it. I can take the car somewhere else it’s not a big deal. But saying the car requires synthetic when it’s not is so unethical. You can’t trust what they say anymore with a business like that.

When I go there the owner usually approach has you in the best manner with a smile today a young lady approached me Im not sure if thats his daughter or just a cashier that works there wasnt very Smiley or friendly but the price was worth it she wasnt out of her way to be rude or anything just well maybe a little but I did feel uncomfortable because I got looks when I was talking to the owner about what they do when they give free oil changes if they look at other stuff for I wish I just wasnt sure I am not complaining I was just talking to get information and he explained to me and then I felt okay. Precision has very good prices I usually get my Smog and oil changes there and I will continue to go I just wish you would smile and be a little more inviting.

When I was walking into the building the girl in the front desk was extremely rude and had zero customer service she told us to wait outside so we did and while we were walking to our car before we could get in an employee from Auto Repair 4 less asked us if we needed help very kind and good customer service they are right across from each other and completely different. My car was working and went to change oil. The guy who name Luis called me and said you need to pay 50$ more because is leaking the oil. I told him I dont wanna pay and he said you need to call towing. Actually, I didnt believe him because how could I drove my car to the shop and wasnt any problem.The point is they charge more and they create more problems to charge customers.

Got a deal on Groupon for an oil change voucher.. The staff are really nice anytime I call for a question or take my car for an oil change, they are friendly & helpful :) I dont even mind the 1-2 hour wait. Its a pretty standard wait time. The deal and staff trumps the wait for me:)

I’ve gotten three oil full synthetic changes here. The wait is always horrible (about an hour and a half) but I saved a few bucks. I get the eoilchange.com coupon ($30 for three oil changes) and the upgrade to full synthetic for an additional $26.23 each time. It ends up being $36.23 total per oil change (plus a bunch of time and hassle). In the end it’s an okay deal.My girlfriend had to get her oil changed too so I recommended them, but when she got there they tried to charge her $120 for her full synthetic oil. Not even close to reasonable.

Took my car here for a 50$ ac diagnostic...to my surprise they said it just needed a re charge. Wanted 100 for that so 150$ total to get my ac back that day I said sure go ahead...ac stops working within a few days so I bring it back now they say all these things are wrong and its going to be 1600$?! How did I go from just needing a re charge to needing a new compressor and condenser? Now I spent 100$ for nothing...with no offer to compensate me back. Will not be bringing my car back here again.im also stuck with a system full of freon that I cannot use nor will they recover for me which is ually free from shops. This place is garbage Manny and luis were no help and luis was very rude about my situation.

We have been going here for all our auto needs. Its a good value, quality work and very professional. However I did not like that we had to wear a mask to enter the building since there was a large piece of plastic separating the customers and the staff.

Charged $60 bucks for a diagnostic. Had to get a motel because I had to leave it over night FOR A DIAGNOSTIC. Just to pick it up the next day and then say their nothing wrong with my car. For it to stop on me again. I brought it back and it takes sseevveerrrallllllllll hours to take another diagnostic on my vehicle. That they said nothing was wrong but overheated on me once I began to drive again.

Went there to save money ended up costing me too much. They said they checked brake fluid, they did not. Nearly ruined my truck and nearly lost my life,... they need to be accurate when checking off that the BRAKE fluid level was fine. It was empty! Not good.

Went in for an oil change, then they tried to sell me 4 new tires saying all of them were bald. One of the tires isnt even 2 weeks old because the old one got popped and replaced recently. Figured Id check them all myself, the lowest tread of them all still passed the old penny trick easily. Obviously just trying to scam more money out of people, now Im wondering if the oil they put in my car is synthetic like I paid for or conventional. Will not be returning or trusting them with my cars again

I got the vouchers from eoilchange.com and it says to just pull it up on your phone. Well that didnt work because they dont accept it that way. They also refuse to let you print it out on their printer which is just even more of an inconvenience because you have to drive around looking for somewhere to print it just for them to say they cant service you that day because they wont have time. Oh and lets not forget they also do not do appointments either. Seems they just like to make stuff extra complicated for the customers.

Very very Bad place, pls don’t come in. You will get frustrated. This place don’t have any appointment scheduling. If you call, they will say yes for any service walk-in but if you arrive, they will say no we can’t take your car for service or oil change. Very frustrating, I came here from long drive after calling them but after arriving they simply told we can’t take your car. Please don’t waste your precious time!!!! Check some other good place

Read the one star reviews, they’re honest unlike the reviews that they forge from family members! The customer service and incompetence of their staff is truly sad. After being told I had a leak, they told me they will match any price I am quoted. I have a mechanic, so I told them I will get the leak checked there. I immediately took my car in to my mechanic & there is NO leak. They scam people. Just as they told my mother she needed a new catalytic converter! She didn’t! Do not trust them. Especially Chris. He’s a scammer! Lastly, after paying $37.00 for an oil change I was told by my mechanic my OIL HAD never been changed! What did I pay for? Ridiculous. Have been a customer for seven years. Go to Valvoline oil change. They know what they’re doing!

I was recommended this place by a friend, it was a bit out of the way from me, but iIcalled and the woman I spoke to was so kind I decided to just go. When I got there they we swift to get my car in and out. The prices for services were great. The woman at the front desk provided wonderful service along with the experience there. He confirmed there was a potential issue and had the technician recheck it to confirm the issue. He then arranged to have it replaced at no cost.That is the kind of customer experience that is often lacking in companies today. It is one of the reasons I continue to go back to Precision Tune. Fast work on my dodge, which is great. So I brought in my Nissan for a diagnostic expecting the same quality experience from labor to staff.... (Both Receptionists I met were very pleasant)Husband showed up to pick up the nissan, staff yelled at him caused a scene, and then misplaced our keys(staff said they were having a bad day and apologized... Whatever)Took our business elsewhere (Brake Stop), estimated repairs about $400 cheaper AND let us know we didnt need everything Precision stated in the diagnostic... Of course, never going back here.

I needed service done on my car. I dropped my car off at 8:30am in the morning and I was told that they will call me in two hours. I went to work. I called at 1:30pm because I was wondering what happened to my car and why they didnt call me. They put me on hold for 7 minutes. I hung up, called again. They put me on another hold for 3 minutes. I gave up and hung up. Then a mechanic calls me at 2pm and tells me that they cant do anything to my car. Seriously, you waited all day to just tell me that? it was obvious that they hadnt even looked or touched my car until I called. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I would not recommend at all. Go to Pep Boys or Walmart or whatever so you dont have to waste your time or money on this.

Certainly NOT recommended shop, the so-called 24/24 warranty doesnt mean anything to them. They will make 100 of reason to make you pay for the same service twice! 24,000 mile or 24 month warranty is nothing more than just a false promoise!

Went in for an oil change via Groupon, I was told that most employees would be going to lunch and that the remaining ones would be busy with actual customers. When I asked how long they estimated to take for the oil change if I decided to come back after their lunch they estimated 2 hours for the oil change and 2 hours for the included tire rotation. Thats a total of 4 hours! If you dont wat to deal with your Groupon customers, stop wasting my time and take your deals off the listing.

Ken runs a absolute professional shop. Broke down from out of town and was towed to this shop and they got me right in early morning (1st some 1st served). Unfortunately I had a fuel pump give out which isnt cheap but he gave a fair and honest price. Everyone in staff is extremely friendly and efficient. If you need any auto repair needs in this area, dont go anywhere else. Very impressed. Its tough to find auto shops with consistent, positive reviews...Good people here 10/10

1-The prices is went up to $25 which I really don’t like because I always bring my own oil and filter! and even after the prices are going up they don’t honor me the $5 off of the labor because I’m providing my own oil! Well I don’t need your bad oil quality! Anyway from now on I recommend all my family to switch to Walmart for oil change labor as low as $9.95 which I believe is reasonable!2- this is the second time happening by putting the wrong sticker of the next oil change and I have to go back and make them correct!I hope you take that into your consideration! And be more precise as your Precision Tune!!

Took waaaaay too long! I was told car would be done in 45 min. When I asked about it over an hour later, they were JUST starting. Another 20 minutes! NOT HAPPY!

I strongly don’t recommend this place. This shop is like highway robbery... you go there for one thing, they do whatever it takes to sell you something else. In case you refuse to buy whatever they’re trying you to buy from them that your car really doesn’t need, they’ll use evil ways to make you purchase it to include breaking up things in your car and say it must be replaced or you must tow your car. Pure evil way to make business.

We have been taking our cars to Ken and crew for over 10 years. It is hard to find a shop you can trust but we did it. They have always been very reasonable, understanding and helpful when we need to make decisions about our cars. They are also extremely friendly and personable, so much so that our conversations often go beyond cars and into our personal lives. As weird as it may sound we have made friends in a place where all we wanted was an oil change over a decade ago.
