Great service! Very fast and took their time on my nails

Still waited 30mins even tho I had an appointment. They are very slow and not professional, they almost took 2hrs to just do a regular gel manicure! Been there twice and never going back again!!

Lee is great!!! He pays attention to details. My nails look amazing. Hes not only great at what he does but hes also has a sense of humor. The location is clean and staff is friendly. Thank you Lee and Nail Impressions for taking care of my nails. 💅🧡

This place is absolutely disgusting, they use dirty materials and they have no system to how they treat their costumers. I know their things are dirty because they gave me an infection on my nail, and it hurt me for three moths straight. Seriously find a better one.

Came here for a pedicure, the wait was minimal but the service was mediocre. The atmosphere is flat and pretty dull, maybe I arrived too early (10am) Wont be returning. Prices arent bad but I dont feel relaxed here. Also the guy nicked me with the tools and I bled and it wasnt a big concern to them. Thanks but no thanks

I love my nails. My nail tech was so nice and gentle with me. Im a nail biter so I was nervous but they were great. The price is amazing for the quality! It was $35 for a full acrylic set with gel.

I went to that place for so many years, getting my nails done by Jazmin and my pedicure by Emy, honestly best two you could ever find, I stopped going because I moved to another state but every time I come back I make sure to book and appointment.

Have to give this a great review. there was a discrepancy on my credit card bill and it was an error on bank side. not sure which side but it was an error.all fixed and i want to say how awesome impression nails are and a thank you to kim amd the manager for being so polite while i had a meltdown.i will be back if allowed. nails look great and were done in under and hour.!!!Love it!!

Got my nails done for my 21st birthday here best nails I’ve seen in forever and finished off with a lotion arm and hand massage smells so good :)

I love this place so much and not only because of the convenience but because everyone is so nice and it doesn’t hurt that the prices aren’t that bad! I don’t always get my nails done but when I do over the last 3 years it’s always been here. Thank you guys for always making my nails look fabulous!!

Less than ten minute wait on a busy Saturday afternoon. The staff were very courteous and did amazing work on both myself and my sister. I would recommend this nail shop to others

They have the best customer service and kim and lee do my nails and they are professional. I love that place they do really good job i have been their costumer for 2 years.

Jasmine and Amy are wonderful. Experience is relaxing. Results are excellent.

Jasmine does an amazing job. She pays attention to detail and shes fast. Unfortunately she is very busy so you must make an appt with her. And even more so unfortunate, Ben who makes the appts double books her all the time which I feel he does to sabotage her clientele due to jealousy. Today I could tell sweet Jasmine was very upset with this happening again and again. I have had to deal with this three times. Today is the last time. I wont be back anymore.

I put nails by them and after 3 days they all fell and i went back so they fix them they said we are not fixing them which i had one week if something goes wrong with them they have to fix them. So disappointed I will never go back there anymore thr worsef nail salon ever and also very very bad customer service

Its a very bad costumer service. When you call they told you that its busy and booked but if you go the same day you wanted, theyll take you. Theyre not nice with costumers at all.
