I was very happy with their service. I called after hours and left a message. They promptly returned my call the next morning. The technician was very pleasant and professional and had all of the parts with him to repair my Whirlpool dryer. He fixed the problem in about an hour. I hope I wont need their services in the future, but if I do, I will call them back out.

These guys helped me big time when my moms fridge went out. It had a super bad leak but they were able to repair easily!! Wouldnt mind using them again for any future repairs! Affordable and customer service is very nice! You wont be wasting your time here give them a shot

I was really impressed with the level of service provided when we had our dryer checked out this past week. We were given options on how to resolve the main issue without spending a fortune. I chose to ask a couple questions about our washer as well (which was not part of the initial service call), and again got a couple great options for resolving a leak that had been a real pain over the past few months. His fix was a quick one... the previous appliance company told us there was no solution but to buy a new machine.I am definitely going to be a regular customer of Whirlpool Repair Center!

Daniel & Felix came highly recommended to us by a friend that had used them. Were so glad we called! They came out right away, assessed the problem quickly and had the parts on hand to fix it right away. When a new problem presented itself, Felix helped me troubleshoot the issue by phone and after confirming the issue they came right out and handled the new issue. They even worked around our crazy schedule & handled payment by phone. These guys are great! I would definitely call them again in the future & would recommend them to friends and family.
