Sent out by American Home Shield. Technician could not replicate the problem (a leak). I asked him if he ran a full cycle and he said No. I told him I was going to run a full cycle, film the leak on video and ask him to come out a second time. I said, lets save you some time and do that now. He got mad at me and canceled the job forcing me to wait for him to submit his report later that evening and have AHS send out another technician. Called Tony the alleged owner. Dogs barking in back ground. Very unprofessional. Poor English. Tony said I fire him.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Home Warranty uses these guys as their preferred vendor so we had to use them for the unit we manage. When they werent calling us to schedule, we called them and let them know we needed them out there ASAP since the fridge in the unit was not working and the tenants food was spoiling. You know what these guys said? What do you want me to do? She has to wait till we call and if thats another 2 more weeks then to bad for her, she can wait. I will make sure to report this to home warranty. Expert Appliance Services...the only thing theyre experts in is being UNPROFESSIONAL.
Horrible service, please stay away.I was using a translator to talk to technician for 1.5 hours as he didnt speak english, did a wrong diagnosis and when I pushed him to prove that part he mention is not working is really not functioning. We finally found part was working as expected and then he left saying he cant fix it.These guys came through American Home Shield, another scam company with no respect for customer. Now when I call American Home Shield they are saying these guys ordering a part for me (Which part?)Please keep away from these guys as well as American Home Shield.
This company is horrible. Very unprofessional. No communition.They were contracted by American Home Shield and they had to make 2 trips to my house . Never use them.
This company has horrible customer service. They were contracted out by my home warranty company to fix my dishwasher. They called to schedule an appointment and wanted to show up today while I was at work. I told them tomorrow would work better and we agreed on a time. About an hour later I get a call stating they are at my house. I told the guy I wasn’t home and wouldn’t be home for him to do the repair. He got angry with me and told me I was wrong about the date of the appointment accused my of lying and abruptly hung up on me. I’m sorry but someone with that kind of anger problems does not deserve my business so I got their contract canceled.
Stay away from this business! Total rip off. My Kenmore gas dryer was not heating up. Tony came by, looked at the dryer and diagnosed the problem was my aluminum exhaust duct was too dented and my air duct needed to be cleaned, then he left. He never opened the dryer to see what was wrong. Tony said that his 22 years of experience told him this. He took my money and left; never did a single thing. I called Sears repair a few days later, a repairman came out, took the dryer apart, found out that it needed a new thermostat and ignitor. Wow! the things you can find out about a machine when you actually take it apart and diagnose it!Stck with a real repair shop and stay away from this place! I would give it a Zero star if that option was available.
Bad company! did not repair my freezer, after almost 3 months of original visit, did not fix problem, and got paid :(
