Circulation pump on our dishwasher required changing. A problem fixed within two visits. She is now working like new. Technician arrived at the allotted time and was friendly, professional and very respectful. Would recommend this company for its reliability and professionalism.

The bake element in our oven failed. Our repair person was great! He called to let me know he was on his way…arrived on time…took care not to scratch flooring when moving the appliance…installed the new bake element quickly…and was on his way. He was very polite and answered my questions clearly. Thank you!

They gave a window for the serviceman to arrive from 2 to 5. We stayed home all afternoon waiting. I had to call them 4 separate times starting at 4:50 and never got a clear answer of when the technician would show up. Finally at 6:30 I called and had to leave a message that I had to cancel, it was too late.

I scheduled a repair for my Bosch dishwasher and gave my address at the time I scheduled the appointment. I had to wait a week for service. They called me the day of service, a half hour before my appointment to tell me they do not come to Alpine. Why they did not tell me that when I scheduled the appointment was beyond comprehension.

I decided to bake a birthday cake for my husband but my bad luck, my oven stopped suddenly. Thank god, I had saved the number of A&B Bosch Appliances Repair and within 30-40 minutes, help was at my door. Thank
