Most of the people so rude desrespectful specially one yung adult girl . Parking always full of durt i dont have pribesy i cant open my blinds even if blinds are closed people still can look inside ur apartment and talk about ur buisness ur doing and other bad experiencess i have had 👎🏼

Prudent is stealing your credit report money!We gave a credit report payment and waited. We called and asked if the place was rented . This was a place for my girl They denied my girlfriend and when she asked why she was denied, she was told she would receive a letter explaining. But my girl was told denied and on her credit report it was not ran for three days after she was denied and only because we asked for a refund!

So far this company has no respect or care for its tenants. There is no emergency number to call in emergency’s and your held responsible for neglecting any leaks. The maintenances people bearly talk English and for the few times I have called try to have you trouble shoot your own issues before wanting to show up for any repairs. My last straw and why I’m writing this review, we have had no hot water all day since 6AM and several tenants have called and spoken to a rep to have this simple issue addressed. I called and spoke with someone as well at 5:30 and was told a request has been placed and someone will show up to address is and they even told me they had multiple reports as well. It is 9PM no one has shown up or repaired any issue. Called the number on my lease agreement 15 times have left voice mail and nothing. Finally a resident with plumbing experience repaired the simple issue but it is beyond me how we have to repair our own issues with such negligence on this property!!!! Would never recommend these Appartments or any of prudent investors Appartments to anyone avoid at all cost go with anyone els!!

My husband went there on 08/23 /2016 at 10:00am to ask if there is any available apartment for rent, a lady met him, I am not sure if she is the manager, she did not want to tell her name, actually her customer service was very bad and she wad very rude with him, she refused to show him the apartment, he was asking her about the utilities and she just does not want to give him any information, she wants to rent him the apartment with no any details about it, i have not seen this behavior before, i will not go there definitely again and i will not recommend this community to any one even to my enemy. There should be a phone number to call and address this weird behavior. This review regarding 725 Washington heights rd in El Cajon.
