I wanted to get the HVAC cleaned after purchasing my home and make sure the system was good to go. Anthony came right on time and was very courteous and professional. He cleaned the condenser and filters, made sure the pressure and fluids were correct and then checked the furnace. I highly recommend this company and ask for Anthony if you get a chance.

Our A/C condenser recently stopped working. After reaching out to companies who we had previously done business with and being told the wait for an appointment was 2-3 weeks out, we contacted Air Temperature Specialists, who were able to come much sooner. Dave, our Service Technician, was outstanding. He arrived within the appointment window and was very professional in appearance and demeanor, including proper COVID-19 precautions. Dave was able to inspect and identify our issue, and had the necessary replacement part in his van. Dave was very thorough to ensure there were no other issues. My HVAC was behaving oddly, pushing out heat when I set it to cool. David from Air Temp Specialists visited and determined quickly that the issue was an old faulty thermostat. He advised me to buy and install a new one myself If I thought I was handy enough, and that he would help me over the phone at no additional cost if I ran into issues. He taught me a lot about how my system worked, and let me know the most cost effective ways to update my setup. I installed a new thermostat myself, and was able to call David a few weeks later to help me get all the settings right. So helpful and respectful of my money. These guys are great!

David Young serviced the AC of the house we recently sold. He explained the work he did and how the system should work. David was very knowledgeable regarding the inspection he provided. We had a really great experience with ATS. Living in a fairly large condo complex built in the 1990’s, most owners have been replacing the original ac/heatpump units as they failed. I got a great quote from David (best of four different quotes) for my unit and he extended the offer to two of my neighbors. So, we had three units replaced on the same day. The crew started at 9 and were out by 2 in all 3 units! The on-site supervisor, Mike, and his 6 guys all knew their stuff. Bare with me - Our AC recently went out and needed replacement due to the age of the equipment. (Santee CA & temps are currently in the high 90’s) 🥵 I called around to 3 companies - 2 of which advised they could schedule an inspection within about a week or less, however were likely a week + out before an install could happen. My 3rd call was to Air Temperature Specialists where I spoke with Chuck Gayden. Chuck was extremely helpful, provided me with a proposal within less than an hour with only a few specific questions about our existing equipment type, size, and square footage of the residence. We approved to proceed and he had technicians on site the next morning!! Here is where I need a 6th star. Enrique & Brandon arrived on time, had all the necessary equipment and went to work immediately! They quickly identified that the new exterior unit was bigger than the original one, and due to some retaining blocks. My wife was home alone and began to work to move them and when Enrique saw her doing this, he stopped her & grabbed Brandon and move all the blocks!! Above & Beyond!! I made it home just as they were wrapping up, and they stopped to introduce themselves to me and me to my new product. Equipment is flawless, works perfectly and I’m in love with my Nest WiFi thermostat!! 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

At 6:00 am this morning 03/18/2021 one of our facility boilers dumped the system through the emergency relief valve, i called air temp 24 hr emergency dispatch within 90 minutes Regan had dispatched anthony within another 90 minutes he was here expertly diagnosed the problem (mis aligned shaft on motor) fixed the problem and another issue as well up running again thank you Brian N. maintenance Supervisor Tamarack Beach Resort and hotel

I don’t know why you guys say on your website that you offer a “free estimate and consultation” on AC needs when you clearly don’t- I called and was told it would be $125 to send someone out and only if I chose to go with you guys would you waive that... very shady. I’ll go with the many other companies that are genuine when they say “free consultation” instead.

David Y is amazing! After he cleaned my A/C and installed a new filter, my unit is running like new. He was also prompt, polite and cleaned up after the job. I will definitely be using Air Temperature Specialists in the future.

They put in our AC unit and then a couple days later it stopped working completely. They refuse to come fix it. 5 weeks later with no AC and our apartment hitting upwards of 85 degrees. I wish these guys cared a little more about their clients!

We turned on the heat for the first time all year and we had a funny smell coming from the air vents. We called Air Temperature Specialists and Joel & Mike came to the house. They worked quickly, they worked clean, and resolved the issue. Also, while they were inspecting our heating system they noticed small repairs that should be covered by our waranty (it’s a new system— so they told us to call the contractor who installed it). These guys are honest and professional, I’ll call them for all of my plumbing/heat/air issues. 5 stars.

Brian answered the call when our boiler went on the fritz Fri Dec 21. We knew we were looking at major issues with that boiler prior to the outage. Brian was able to troubleshoot the issue to the source, and with Toms help our residents have no worries going into the Holidays. Anthony & Brandon were AWESOME...and thats even an understatement! My husband is active duty military and deployed. Our AC unit has broken down 3 times in the last 12 months. Each time, Lincoln Military Housing has come out with short cut resolutions, which only resulted in more maintenance calls, until finally I got lucky with a new install by the Air Temp Specialists. These guys moved ALL our furniture out of the way and back into place to be able to get our new AC unit installed. They could have forced me to reschedule service, until I could move everything on my own, but instead, they went the extra mile for my family and I.
