Rocky called me about 30 minutes or so before arriving but within the scheduled time frame of arrival. He immediately started working, checking filters, investigating the A/C unit, etc. He was efficient and friendly throughout the process, explaining everything he was doing, and mentioned solutions to help improve what we could get out of our system. His visit was certainly worth it, and it makes me even more of a permanent customer with Suntech. I love this company!Do it!

Experience was very good with Suntech. They were able to quickly diagnose what was going on the our AC unit and suggested fixes that were simple and easy. Only downside was that a tech ran to do a quick job somewhere else while our pipes thawed and didn’t come back until almost 6:30 that night. But he was apologetic and more than made up for it with his service.

Suntech to the Rescue.We have a Geothermal unit and love it. First time we ever had an issue, a blown capacitor, suntech came to the rescue - on a holiday weekend, with it being 100 plus outside.I went and got the maintenance plan, saves me a ton in service checks.Our current episode though- 60x stars for them. Our unit d.i.e.d. ..died. parts issue on a warranted machine. Suntech did there best and then some. I ended up getting a new unit it was so bad. And the new unit and setup is beatific. The install team - Cody & Freinds - know how to build a Geo. We are still finishing it off but the duct work alone is 1000 times better. Look - try em out- professional and family.Semper.

I had SunTech come out for an AC tuneup. They were kind, professional, easy to schedule, communicative, on time and did great work. We’ll definitely be using them again!

Everyone I worked with and spoke to were wonderful and friendly. We called for a tune up and ended up having to have our entire system replaced because we had a wall bust that was leaking carbon monoxide into our home. They found it quickly, showed us the damages found first hand and gave estimates for all options. As our system was 19-20 yrs old it was time and though something like this can be very stressful to have to do Dustin and all of his wonderful crew made it so much easier with their friendly dispositions and willingness to work with us. My kids and I were here as they worked, everyone was very understanding and accommodated well to us moving around them. I would definitely recommend this wonderful team.

I called Suntech before 7 am due to no heat. They scheduled a service call for 8-12 the same day.Unfortunately my unit could not be repaired unless I waited until May which was 1/2 the cost of a new unit.I agreed to go ahead and have a new unit installed.They were able to install the same day.From sales to service, they all kept in touch constantly and made sure I understood all options.Highly recommendI also use them for regular maintenance on Heat & Air throughout the year.

I think twice before I put out a badd review but..worst $100 I ever spent..Watch it they shoot you ultra high prices. And they charge you just to come and get an estimate. They try to talk you into doing unnecessary repairs. My tankless hot water heater threw a code after a main water line break in the yard. I needed it fixed on a holiday weekend and SunTech got the job done. Very appreciative.

We had the air scrubber system installed at our childcare center. Tony with Suntech made the process easy and had it up and running in a timely manner! A couple of days later we decided to have the air scrubber system installed in our home. Again Tony came out and had the system installed and working in no time at all. Its nice to have a company come out and get the job done in a friendly and professional manner.We definitely recommend Suntech! Very nice people to work with and they worked around our schedule which is always a plus!

They took over the business of someone I used in the past with MUCH satisfaction. I had an inspection of the home I was selling and the contract fell apart. I wanted to be prepared for the next buyer so I hired Suntech to come out and quote the noted repairs and make sure that was ALL we were looking at. I sent the inspection in advance for them to preview. Upon arrival they quoted the noted repairs and found no additional problems. I was concerned they didnt look for other issues but was glad there werent any so I didnt push it. The labor quote was VERY HIGH. I paid a $189 trip charge and they left. We went under contract immediately again. The new buyer hired a new inspector and I was upset to learn the new inspector found NEW PLUMBING REPAIRS. I had JUST PAID Suntech to look under the house. So now Ive paid them $189 for in incomplete inspection and am back to square one unless I want to pay them ANOTHER $189 to come out and quote the new repairs then pay for the repairs. Also, I was informed the trip charge does not come off the repair costs. This feels like a scam.

The total invoice cost of $293 that included $140 for the service guy to drive approximately 7 miles and replace a washer in a leaky faucet was extremely overpriced. Be sure to do your homework before considering using Suntech.

Came home to a warm house, I called Suntech because the van I saw today said “service today guaranteed” and I remembered “that commercial”. Yes…”do it”. Tommy came and brought me bad news, my 25 year old ac was done. Tommy said he could get a salesman by today if I wanted to discuss new equipment. Sure as could be, salesman made it by that evening right about the time he said he would!Salesman(Dustin Mahoney) was super cool, gave me a solid run down on what to expect out of the options that were available. He helped with decision making for what I needed/wanted and helped walk through the financing part as well, I swear if he had a cdl I’d hire him away from suntech.Next day, 3 techs(Zac, Robert and Chandler) let me know they were otw. My expectations were 3 techs frustrated and grumpy from working in the heat, to my surprise I had 3 very personable guys that held very high spirits all day I heard them laughing all day without the expected griping/complaining we’ve all come to know. They cleaned up after install, even moved the old cement slab to the side of the house for me(ty Zac!) all on their own.Summary, I was mad I had to buy a new ac, every single facet of this process was met with surprisingly exceeded expectations. I absolutely will be recommending them from now on.Thanks guys!

Scheduled the $69.99 tuneup, tech gets here and basically says furnace is broken. Charge me $100.00 instead and then the owner has the audacity to come back later with another tech to try tell me it would be close to $2,000 to repair the furnace. Reached out to another smaller company and this guy had my furnace going within 10 minutes of arriving blowing heat no problem. Even showed me how to ignite the pilot light just in case it went out. All Suntech was charge me $100.00 to try and fleece me out of $2000.00 just before the coldest days in OKC this year. If I could give Suntech a 0 I would

Of course our heater went out during the coldest temperatures in years. We called Suntech and couldn’t be any happier with their services. They made sure we weren’t going to freeze to death and got here as soon as they possibly could. Kressy was fantastic! He took the time to show me what the current problem was as well as one that that could cause big issues (and big cost) in the future. They came once before to check the integrity of my geothermal. So I wanted to use them again to go from central air to zoned system. The appointment schedule was a fiasco. First, they didn’t show up on the initial appointment, so I rescheduled for another day. I got notified someone would be out a day earlier. That is a plus. But, he left me with the same issue to resolve after he adjusted the damper. One half of the house is either too warm or too cold depending on the time of year. Since the dampers were adjusted by them, it only reversed the side of the house that was too hot or too cold. I got a quote for a zoned system a few days later. The quote I got was equivalent to getting an entire brand new air conditioner, and then some. So I asked if there was a more cost efficient solution. I waited for a follow up for an entire business week to get a response about other more cost efficient opportunities, and never heard back. Gee wonder if they only wanted to talk me into some elaborate expensive zoned system that I didn’t really need. I get it this time of year is busy and the current environment we are in. That doesn’t negate the fact my house still has an air conditioning issue. Perhaps if i ponied up $7000 for a zoned system they would be here? If you have geothermal, keep looking for a provider!

Suntech did a great job of repairing a busted pipe by the water meter near the curb of our property. Michael coordinated with the concrete contractor to bust up the sidewalk, then he promptly replaced the pipe and insured new concrete was poured. Miranda in the office was great to deal with as well. She was pleasant, efficient and professional. My experience with Suntech has been ALL POSITIVE! Would highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of hiring Sun Tech to come out to my new home in order to check the health of my HVAC system. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to teach me exactly how my HVAC unit operated and he provided honest solutions to help extend the life of the aging system. It is quiet and working great. We had one minor adjustment that needed to be made and they came out and took care of it the same day...a Sunday. Very pleased.

Otha came out to my house. If I could give him 5 stars I would. He was very professional and polite. My complaint is the pricing. They wanted to charge us $939 to change out the fan motor and capacitor. I am a service electrician so I thought this was a little ridiculous. I bought the fan motor and capacitor myself for $76 and replaced it. It took me about an hour to do and it was the first time I had ever worked in an ac other than to run power to them. I do not mind paying to have work done on my house but Almost a thousand dollars for a 1 hour service call and $76 in material is just wrong. I do not recommend this company at all.

I am very impressed with Suntech. We needed to have a thermostat replaced, and Suntech had a technician out in just over an hour.Ace, the Suntech technician, was more than we could have hoped for. He very patiently explained what the issue was and more importantly, what caused the issue so we would know how to handle in the future. Ace also pointed out steps that we could take to make our heating and air more efficient. This is by far the best experience we have had with any service call for a home related issue, and we will call Suntech for any future needs, as well as refer to friends and family. Our heater was going out before a historic cold front,, they did everything they could do to see that we had heat before the worst came in.
