Very professional and friendly! They were able to come out same-day to check on a potential issue with my A/C unit. They checked for leaks, ensured the A/C was working properly, and gave the condenser coils a good cleaning. They also answered all my questions and concerns regarding the A/C unit. These guys are truly the best. Our AC had a line leak and they found, repaird it, and refilled the coolant wed lost in an hour. Incredibly professional and timely. Perfect customer service (a rare thing now days). This company came out to troubleshoot a HVAC unit for a HOA clubhouse. They suspected the fix was an expensive part needed to be replaced in the air handler but they continued to investigate throughly to confirm even though it was much more work for them. Turns out the fix was something much smaller and less expensive. I was so impressed I had them perform preventative maintenance on my own home. Would recommend.

I got same day service to repair my AC. I called at 11:15am, and by 11:30am, he was already at my house and working. He explained what was wrong and fixed it quickly. Within half an hour, I had cold air blowing again.

I use Frontline to maintain my HVAC. As usual, Ross was prompt to arrive, did the annual furnace check, and explained the results of his tests. While all is well with my furnace, he said I should start thinking about replacing my system since it is now 15 years old. He did not push a sale but just advised so that I can start thinking about saving some money to replace when needed. I highly recommend using Frontline. Its a small company and you get personalized service without being pushy to replace your system.

Ross and Alec did a fantastic job. I hired them to inspect a dealership that had about 9 unit on the roof and they took their time and gave me and my client a detailed report on every unit. They were on time, professional and did a thorough inspection. As an inspector it’s hard to find qualified professional and Frontline will be my go to company for Air conditioning.

When my furnace broke, Ross came out the same day I called to look at it. He explained my options and told me the pros and cons of each. He went above and beyound.June 2021 I could not figure out how to add an additional review so here goes.I had an emergency service at 8 o’clock at night with no AC and it was hot outside needless to say in the house also. I called and the owner answered and said he was down the street and he would stop by on the way back from a big job he was on. He opened the door to the system and said here’s your problem this is why you’re not getting power to your thermostat. Five minutes later it was fixed and I had cool Air. I asked how much I/O and he said since he was down the street anyway that not to worry about it especially since I am on the maintenance program where they came out two times a year as part of the service package.

A couple of weeks ago we woke up with the house extremely hot. My husband and I were pretty concerned and not really sure what to do.We have custody of our granddaughters, one who has cerebral palsy, pvl and seizures, our adult son also has cerebral palsy and is blind. To top it off Ive been fighting for remission for 9 long years.I had a appointment to receive my infusion treatment and my husband was desperately trying to find someone within our budget to fix it before I was released from the hospital later that day.My husband set a appointment up for later in the evening and took me to Mercy to check me in for my treatment. He received a phone call from Ross about a hour later letting him know that he had a cancelation and would be able to head over.My husband thanked Ross and told him that he was currently at Mercy with me while I got my treatment and would immediately head home. What happened next is absolutely AMAZING 👏!!My husband let Ross know that our adult daughters were at home and he would be there quickly. He told Ross to go ahead and let himself into the backyard and he would meet him there.My husband was pulling into our neighborhood when Ross called him. Ross asked my husband how long I had been on treatment and my husband told him 9 long years.Ross then told my husband that he had a message for me. To f*uck cancer and this fix was on him! Neither one of us could believe it.Ross Im not sure if you understand what you did for my family that day. We werent sure exactly what we were going to do. Things have been so crazy and so tight and when the coronavirus happened my husband lost a great deal of income.Its been so hard but Ross your kindness changed our outlook that day. You gave us hope and showed us so much kindness. You showed us how much good there is in the world.We are complete strangers and your kindness will never ever ever ever be forgotten. I was with my Oncology nurse when my husband told me about your amazing kindness ❤. Outstanding company! We had our AC broke on Friday, called them in afternoon and in an hour they were already at our place! Since the AC (a very old unit) went beyond repair they had a new unit delivered and installed the same day and really saved us because you have to have your AC in Oklahoma Summer. We are so very grateful, you, guys, rock!!

Extremely nice, trustworthy, and knowledgeable!We’ve had Ross out three times now. Once last winter for some heat issues, once for routine spring service, and once more for an AC problem this summer. Each time he was able to come out either same day or next day.He’s had multiple opportunities to take advantage of us in that we had some complicated issues and know nothing about heat and air stuff. Anytime it’s had potential to be an expensive issue, he’s been able to fix it right up without any expensive parts or big labor fees. We’ve purchased one $30 part. When he came out this summer, he fixed our issue for free because he serviced it in the spring. Had it fixed up within fifteen minutes or so. I think anyone else would’ve sold us two new units by now!

Wow! Its a hundred and five degrees today. Our air conditioner decided to stop working.We called Ross at Frontline comfort systems because they had such high reviews by other customers. We thought it might be days before they would have time and they came in less than 20 minutes. They found the issue in just minutes, and even cleaned up areas of our air conditioner that had nothing to do with the problem. They just did it with a heart for excellence apparently. To top it all off, the price tag was far less expensive than we had imagined. We just found our new favorite HVAC repair.

Installed a new a/c and furnace in one of my properties, did a fantastic job! Updated: Used Ross again for a repair to my home A/C system and couldnt be happier, he explained what he was doing throughout the diagnosis process, pinpointed the issue and resolved and also informed me of other small items that needed attention by me and explained what to do to get them resolved. 10/10 again!

I got my AC and furnace checked by Ross Kupac from Frontline comfort systems. He is very down to earth and very approachable. I was able to set up an appointment and he was kind enough to accommodate me based on my convenience. He came to inspect the HVAC and furnace for the new home I was buying. He was very thorough and did a detailed examination of the furnace, wiring, ducts, ducts flow and quality of the install. He also checked my air condition thoroughly. He has lots of high tech gadgets which he uses to check the measurements and functioning from the gadgets and through a phone app. He showed me the readings and explained me the findings during the inspection process. I have used many AC technicians in the past but he was the best among all of them I have encountered. He also had a infra-red camera which we were able to use as the Home inspector who was inspecting my home at the same time was concerned that a certain part of the attic was not well insulated. Luckily that infrared equipment measured the temperature which was even across which helped resolve the concern.There was no sales pressure or pitch during his time. He never rushed and was just focused on identifying if there are any are any problems. He even explained how to get the best performance out of my system and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. Ross was extremely knowledgeable and has a lot of experience so he knew exactly what to look for. He knows his stuff very well as he has been in the business for many years. You can feel the passion he has towards his work when u interact with him. I was so impressed with him that I have asked him to tune up my 2 air conditioners at my current house I am living. If you are looking for a someone to check your HVAC system I would definitely give him a chance .I will definitely hire him again in a heartbeat.
