We believed we had the fan motor going out in our air conditioning unit. Prudhom came out late the same day, found the fan motor was going out, ordered a new motor the next day, had it overnighted and installed it on Saturday. Both technicians were friendly, courteous and professional. We always call Prudhom for our heat and air needs. Thanks again.

Don’t think we would use anyone but Prudhom for anything related to heat & air, and think their service guys are great. We are always very happy with the work they do. When some of the other guys told us we needed a whole new unit several years ago, we decided to try Prudhom. They repaired the unit, didn’t try to play games to get us to buy a new one, and we’ve been loyal customers ever since. Their service pro, Dustin just left our home for repair and service, and as usual, he was great! Trust these guys to take good care of you.

We had a scheduled maintenance planned for next week with Prudhom, but I woke up in the middle of the night to our AC not working. I called Prudhom at 6:30am on a Saturday morning and our unit was back up and running by 9:30 the same morning. We have a 15 month old and I was up nearly all night worried about him. I needed my A/C checked because it wasnt cooling as much as it should. The scheduling was great, and the tech was on time but refused to use our freon. My husband is a plumbing contractor, and we can purchase these types of items without getting the mark-up from the A/C companies. We run our own business and always allow customers to use their own materials. Why wouldnt we? Its what the customer wants! The tech stated he wouldnt be able to guarantee it, so he couldnt do it. I never asked for anyone to guarantee the quality of the product I purchased. I wouldnt expect that. For him to make such assumptions and then refuse to do any work at my house is ludicrous! Thanks for wasting my time.

What impresses me about Prudhom more than anything else is their honesty and integrity. They have the knowledge and are very professional, yes, but I also know that they are truthful unlike many of their competitors. I know. I have had others come to my house whose only consideration is to make a quick buck. Thats the majority in this industry. Not so with Prudhom. Thats why they continue to retain my business...because they have earned it in an honest way. Their service has always been outstanding. Theres a particular Technician who stands out. His name is Eric. When Eric comes to your house, you can rest assured your heating and air system will be in good hands. I recommend Eric and Prudhom because they are the best! Period.

I requested a second opinion after being told by another HVAC repairman, representing a company which is regularly advertised on TV, I needed a new system. The representative told me there was mold in the plenum, the coil is rusting, the freon is low and he couldn’t determine how low it was. Or have some expensive repairs done which may not resolve the problems he found. The reason for the initial visit was annual maintenance.Upon arrival Eric asked if I was having any problems with a/c cooling, which I wasn’t. He was friendly and kept me informed as to what he was doing. The only thing he found was a part not operating at the recommended voltage level, which was not mentioned by the other company. I thank Prudhom HVAC and Eric for a professional and ethical response to my situation.

Ive used Prudhom twice now, once for heat and once for cooling. Both times they were timely (seriously, like same day appointments), ridiculously courteous (fixed the bolts on my gate when he noticed they were loose), and pricing was amazing (repair cost me almost 2K less than the other quotes I received). I cant imagine using anyone else and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.

So I had originally scheduled for my AC to be serviced and the night before the appointment the unit stops working. Talk about perfect timing! Anyway, I can’t say enough about this company. 1. They don’t advertise their company and clearly are doing extremely well. Which says to me their word of mouth means a whole lot. Even though I stumbled upon them I will refer them to anyone who needs heat and air services. They communicate extremely well, whether it be about what time they’ll be there or the process and what’s going on with your unit. I had a few things that ended up needing replaced and he serviced the unit and it only took an hour. My air conditioning has never felt so cool in the house. I felt the pricing was reasonable as well. Beyond pleased and a forever customer.

Eric came on time. Wiped his feet before coming in (its pouring rain outside). He was just servicing our unit making sure everything was working well and safe. Explained what he was gonna do before he did anything. Asked if I had questions, concerns, etc. Friendly yet also professional. Didnt take forever, so I can go along with my day. I dont know about price since we are renting and our landlord kindly takes care of this kind of stuff for us. Told me if I wrote a review just to be honest, so thats my two cents!

He cleaned my outside unit the most extensive that it ever has been done. We were pleased to find this company due to the fact that the company we previously used was not available for at least 2 weeks. We talked to Ernie Prudhom when we first called and he was very nice and gave advice on things to check over the phone. The wonderful thing is that he could send someone out the next morning. Eric showed up for the service call and he was very knowledgeable about HVAC operation and was confident he knew what our problem was. He did not mind that I wanted to see and understand what he was doing and what he found. He went above and beyond to get the unit in good working condition.
