Had a good experience at Gentle Dental. Dentist assistant was patient and thorough in explaining the process - Jennifer. Dentist - Brad was busy you could tell but was thorough in looking for any issues with my teeth...infection cavities etc. Recommended visiting for cleaning of my teeth regularly but I left satisfied with the professional and not time consuming manner things were done. Couldnt come up with any issue with my visit to Gentle Dental .

Been going to GDC for over 20 years. Always found the doctors to be both very friendly and most professional. Ready to answer any of my questions. Techs and front-end staff are great. I really dont like going to the dentist but it makes it easier to go knowing you can trust your doctor to do the best and with the least discomfort. Need a dentist? Make an appointment.

My experience with this dental office was amazing. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and very compassionate. As a person terrified by dentists, my fears subsided as they put me at ease and made me feel as if they really cared about me. The dentist was very gentle and the technician made sure I was comfortable there entire time I was in that chair. Since I needed extensive work done they explained all my options and patiently answered my questions. They even helped me to obtain insurance to defray the costs. I would never go to another dentist and would highly recommend them to anyone. In fact I already recommended them to my son whose regular dentist retired.

When I came to the office everyone was very welcoming. A very nice doctor Dr. Strober saw me and fixed my tooth. My crown came off Friday evening. The next day, I looked for a dentist near by because I just moved to NJ. I decided to try Gentle Dental Care for its high review score on Google. I went there at 8:00 am without an appointment. I would expect to wait for a few hours. But, luckily, they squeezed me in and put my crown back on my tooth in 1 hour. Dr. Stroberseems to be very competent and an assistant lady is very nice. I felt very comfortable while I was in the clinic. I definitely recommend this dentist.

Im not a very trusting person but I have entrusted Dr. STROEBER for over 20 years and that has not changed. He is not only great and good at what he does but even his staff is wonderful. When I walk into the office, his receptionist is kind and supportive. Adele, who handles accounting, treats me as a friend. Then theres Jen. She assists Dr. during the procedures but we talk about everything. Its quite incredible to feel like a part of their family and not just a patient. Of course, that would not keep me going if they didnt take such good care of me medically. Dr. Stroeber doesnt stop until the patient feels better. Thanks to all of you.

I was willing to pay out of pocket for my brother to have an emergency dental repair. The woman who answered the phone immediately had an attitude with me and wouldnt even let me finish my sentences. The minute she heard he was on a medicaid she took a bad attitude which wasnt relevant as I was going to pay for his repair in full had she just been more pleasant and let me finish explaining the situation. Never going here ever. Very horrible attitude.

These folks have been caring for my family’s dental needs for about 35 years. They have always provided top notch care. For example, I had an emergency away from home last year. The dentist I saw where I was staying missed the diagnosis and sent me off in the wrong direction which wasted time and money and left me in a lot of pain. Once back home, Dr. Messer spotted the subtle issue immediately.

I came in simply to have an exam and a pulled tooth for the tooth fairy. So all the while I am so scared and in tears I FaceTime my husband who simply says rid the tooth and the fairy will come or keep the tooth and sleep in the car. So this nice brown eyed looking dentist came in and even though I was a HUGE whimp, he was super nice and he made it comforting. Well as comforting you can get at the dentist. All in ALL I love this place and I would come back if I have too!

There was no waiting when I arrived. New safety procedures were explained and appropriate PPE were worn by all. All-in-all it was not as intimidating as I expected.

Everyone is kind and very professional. The clinic has adjusted to Covid-world - I called once I got there for my appointment, and they were ready for me to come in right away, and screening and temp check was done. The staff donned complete PPEs - masks, gloves, cap and jacket. They have even added equipment and extra procedures to make sure the room and equipment are all sanitized.This is my first time at the clinic and I came in for a general dental check-up. My dental hygienist was very kind and gentle on my teeth. All of my questions were answered clearly and professionally, even my questions about insurance and co-payments. Unlike other clinics Ive been to, they did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Overall I am very impressed, hence 5/5.

I have been going to Gentle Dental for over 25 years now and they are the absolute BEST!! The entire staff is phenomenal from the doctors to the hygienists to the girls at the desk (shout-out to Adele who is an absolute sweetheart). Pre Covid they were already 5 star for being sterile/sanitary and post Covid they have taken even more measures to ensure patient and staff safety. They have even as gone as far as upgrading their ventilation system as well as using sterilization lights and purchasing new equipment to reduce dental aerosols. Dr Strober is the best dentist I have been treated by so far. I went to him after my regular dentist gave me a grim diagnosis and I was in the danger of losing a tooth. His diagnosis was spot on and he saved me a tooth. He is knowledgeable, thorough and understanding. He does not pressurize unnecessary procedures just to make money and always keeps patient’s well being at top of his considerations. Apart from this his staff is very pleasant and accommodating. I will always come back here in a heartbeat although he is out of network for my insurance.
