Pleasant staff, but the dentists are extremely incompetent. I suggest you dont trust them with more than a basic cleaning. I regret coming here.

It has it been my experience with private or community insurance to not get the greatest service. I was pleasantly surprised when meeting the staff of NJ Smiles Dental in Edison NJ.I was greeted with smiles and professionalism and when it came time to schedule my appointment for the following week.Before get my dental procedure, I was at ease knowing that everything was going to be handled in the best possible way with the best possible care!

Very welcoming staff, professional and detailed. I have been to many dentist over the years and I can safely say this has been one of my best.

Initially I went for a cleaning & check up. My experinece so far went well. I already have couple of visits and done some work done. The staff is welcoming, helpful and caring. I cant say enough about the great care I received. All Doctor’s handle their clients/patients with such GREAT Care, Love & Concern. I would recommend NJ SMILES to everyone.

Dr Patel is extremely knowledgeable and thorough in his treatment explaining in detail all that one should expect. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family

This location works only once a week, please update the website. Called again and not appointments made, and they do not have days open because each location works once a week, none of them are open on Saturday, and none of them works late til 7.00pm as they post on their website. Please update your website to inform the public correctly.

Very clean office and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The wait was not long at all compared to other dentist office visits with other dentists. Dr. Patel was great and answered all my questions.

They are ROBBERs, Please DONT go this place.They initially told me everything is cover in insurance plan. they did xray services and send me a bill of 94$ of Dr. examine fees. total bill was 369 and 275 xray fees. and dr said that nothing wrong in your mouth, you just need deep cleaning which cost you 1000$ but you get cover so you just pay 200$ and i refuse to take that deep cleaning services and later on they sent me a bill of 94$ of examine fees of dr. for not even 5 min.so unreal, believe me dont go this place.

The dentist, assistants and hygenists are amazing. They are incredibly nice and do their jobs well. I would definitely recommend.

Everyone is very professional at the thing they do. I had my implant done. What a job!!!.. implant was done on time and i didnt even feel it. Doctor Patel has a very good hand, and skills.

This is my second visit and from the front desk check in to the check up and cleaning, the experience was a good one as I am very nervous about going into the dentist chair. Marilyn was amazing and I would recommend NJ Smiles as they have great customer service!

Ive been a patient of NJSmiles for roughly 10yrs..and truthfully, never have I been annoyed, frustrated or even remotely agitated by the service or treatment provided.I also have a slightly different perspective than most of Dr. Patel. Im currently 9500 miles away, traveling in Asia. I recently encountered an issue and was in serious pain. Not knowing where to turn I reached out to Dr. Patel.. literally the next day I was being connected with a Doctor locally that Dr. Patel personally entrusted. Im all fixed up and ready to continue my journey.If someone will get up and do everything he can for his patients when they arent even on the same continent, what do you think he will do when your sitting in his chair?I cant express the gratitude I have for this dentist. I assure you, you will not be dissatisfied by NJSmiles.

Do not go there for many reasons:1) I have visited this place almost seven times in a span of 2.5 months. Seems long for one root canal and extractions...2) Long waiting even if you have appointment. Almost a hour.3) The way they charging is rediculous. Usually provider sent charge to insurance and whatever remaining you pay. But here they charge you estimated amount which is more than you have to pay. Also check your each visit chargw as in my case they charging insurance for same services twice which I even did not have.4) Every visit different doctor. Each doctor has own prospective.5) Usually for wisdom tooth extraction doctor knock you down but they give you at perticular place which is painful.6) Doctors assistance alway looking for tools while doctor is working on tooth.. hold in this situation is painful.There are so manu other good doctors go there.
