The lady who took care of me was amazing and very cautious not to cut me or applied lots of heat to my nails. I have short nails and it was my 1st time at this nail salon. I was the last customer that walked in.I believe her name was Kerry or Kelly I dont remember but she was honestly exceptional! I told her I didnt want tips or my nails to be so long because I dont like them long. She when off shaping my nails based on my natural length and not applying lots of products so that way it looks more natural. I am so impressed with her work, I would definitely recommend this place. Outstanding customer service and excellent attention to detail.Thank you nail lady!

Awful, awful, awful. Super unprofessional - got my acrylics done, and she rushed. So they were extremely chunky, but whatever, you get what you pay for I guess. What’s absolutely not acceptable is the fungal infection they gave me under my nail after I took the acrylics off. Absolutely do not recommend, so unsanitary!!!!

Honestly the best place Ive ever gone when it comes to quality. The nails are always perfectly shaped never crooked, polish never chips, nails never fall off lasting over 2 weeks. The ONLY thing that sucks is they have terrible choice in color options

Worst customer service. I took my daughter to spoil her to do her nails. And the lady refused to put her feet in water ( because she doesn’t have time). I was going to pay more anyways. The owner didn’t want to cut her nails and kept saying I don’t want to do it. She was also bad mouthing my daughter as we’re walking out the store.

Be prepared to wait for awhile but it’s worth it. It’s the cheapest in the area and they do a decent job. Is it the best ? No. They don’t really take their time with you but do your nails come out looking great? Yes! I always leave happy with my nails from here. I’ve tried going to other salons but I find myself coming back here even if there’s a long wait.

I like this place. Ive been going for about a year now. The prices are what got me to go. The girls got me to keep coming back. For Halloween I showed them a design and she nailed it. Theres a guy that works there too try not to go to him. Had him twice and never again. Hes just not as good or as friendly as the ladies are. I usually get Lydia or Linda. They are amazing.

My gel nails came off the very next day, and now my nails are breaking to the core because they used a thick file on them. Staff is rude, and wont explain anything, or even try to communicate.Two stars because its cheap, and its my own fault for ignoring all the red flags about the place.

I went to this salon by accident and just decided to do my nails their. Usually when I go to a nail salon I always pick the nail polish brand black swan because I thought the polish stood longer on my nails, turns out the lady that owned the salon told me “It’s not about the brand of polish, it’s about how the polish is applied.”. Usually my polish falls of in 2 weeks but the polish stood for more then a month because the lady applied it beautifully, and did a job well done. I will be sure to come back.

Kelly and Nile are true professionals. Olivia, though, rushes through her work and seems to prefer to socialize with and have the attention of Philip. She is definitely not as meticulous and customer conscious and positively communicative as Kelly and Nile. Philip, though, is the serious problem here. He is outright rude and disrespectful. He is quite full of himself and distracts his coworkers demanding their attention. He stands over his coworkers clients shoulders disrespectful of or at least unconscious of others personal space. When trying to respectfully explain such boundaries to him, he expressed no concern whatsoever and just laughed about it. He dramatically diminishes the professionalism of this facility. The owner needs to seriously follow-up with him. Utterly unprofessional! Once the Philip factor is rectified, this review can be updated with a much higher rating as deserved by such professional staff as Kelly and Nile.

Waited 2 hours for dip, which was fine, but the powder used was old. The color was darker than what I picked as a result, and my nails lasted 2 days. For $5 more, go somewhere else and get them done well.

Worst place ever!!! Service is bad. The wait is bad. And the outcome is not at satisfactory. If you decide to go here I will tell you right now#1 You May. Or find parking. There parking lot is tiny and hard to get in and out of#2 when you get there a small Asian woman will tell you REGARDLESS of what you need or how many people are there that it is a “ long long wait” how long you might ask her response will be “ long long time”#3 IFyou wait this same lady will be very rude to you as if your trespassing or bothering her being there#4 you’re nails will NOT LOOK GOOD! They are limited in design they can do and they do not evenly apply the powder so your acrylic or gel nails will be bulky and lumpy. They are also prone to fall off or crack a week after they’re done.I write this from EXPERIENCE PEOPLE! I’ve given them more than 1 chance and each time this has been my experience. Don’t let it happen to you!!!

Ive been getting my nails done here for years. Linda and Olivia are my favorite nail techs, Amy is awesome with pedicures. They do not accept appointments, walk-ins only. Wait time can vary from 1 minute to 1 hour so be prepared to hang out for a while.

After she double charged my credit card, I went to try to get it corrected. She was belligerent and rude, and said she never makes mistakes. She told me it was not her problem (??) and to call my bank. I tried to tell her I already did that, and it was the merchant who charged me twice, so they had to fix it. I was not upset about the double charge, as mistakes happen. However, she insisted she does not make mistakes and its not her problem. After she took the time to look again, she realized she DID double charge me, but offered no apology. She said she would offer me a gift certificate or refund, but then proceeded to say no gift certificate because I may turn around and steal the gc and still insist on a refund!!! So basically calling me a thief! I have never experienced such awful customer service before, especially when the business is in the wrong! Buyer beware here! If you go, use cash and be ready for a poor attitude from the owner/employees!

I have nothing else to say but....they are so GOOD ‼️ They all do a marvelous job but Kelly does the BEST ❣. Im not gonna lie she does take her time but its so worth the wait 😊 She always has many people asking for her so try to get there early. And she can basically do anything u tell her especially if u have a pic 📸‼️ Me and my cousin Jazymn feel that shes like a perfectionist because she just does it till it looks perfect 💅🏽. Ive been coming to Tips for nails for years now and I must say I love the service and the prices. But lately things have changed its a long wait anytime you go and they no longer make appointments. When you wait long periods of time trying to get into the chair it can be really frustrating and sometimes their not polite when you ask them how much longer you have to wait or offer to come back at a later time. Even when you come back at a later time you still have to wait so that makes no sense. But once the waiting is over they do an amazing job on you nails so youll get your nails done at a great price and a great job will be done but you will have to wait a while to get a seat

Long wait always... they don’t have enough people. Gave me an hour wait when walked in waited over two hours because she didn’t know someone was waiting on her. That means ur organization sucks. Hire more people so you have more turnover.

If I could rate this place any less I most def would. They are unprofessional in every utmost sense of the word, not to mention the prejudice that openly takes place here. I have tried my best to give them the benefit of the doubt, but as a black women if I am paying for a service, I should not have to decider between being respected as a customer and a mediocre manicure. Bottom line, if you can tolerate the unprofessionalism and prejudice of this environment, they wont respect you or your money and will dictate what they are in the mood to do.

They do a good job on manicures as well as pedicures and eyebrow waxing. They are hospitable and listen to what you would like to get done. There rates are one of the cheapest I have encountered in the area.I would not recommend getting arm/leg waxing from there.

I’ve been a regular at this place for a while, because of convenience, unfortunately not a good excuse. Not customer service oriented at all, they trash talk about you with the others, you’ll only realize it when they would looked at you and started laughing. Olive had been my steady manicurist for a while, with tolerance. Yesterday after waiting 2 1/2 hrs for her, during my pedicure I told her I’d like to have my nail buff she refused to by saying my nails are too thin and that she knows what she’s doing. It escalated during my filling. Just because I’m telling her what I wanted done. She has become very pompous. They all need to learn how to respect everyone that walks into their salon. Linda as the owner is very rude, especially Phil, his wife Olive. Kelly is so and so.

I came here at 9:45 AM. Almost 1.5 hours go by, I asked the nail tech that sits in the left corner by the door, if I could come back in 10 minutes. She said it was up to me .i come back in literally 5 minutes. I finally almost get seen at 11:30. The nail tech puts someone in front of me . All because I left for literally five minutes lmao. She stated since I left I lose my spot in line. I went to go grab something to eat because my sugar was low. This is a very unprofessional establishment stay away from this place. Then she had the nerve to tell me I should know I’ve been here plenty of times. I never left while waiting because I was always seen at a reasonable time. I never had to wait this long ever . This place stinks and it’s dirty and needs a huge renovation and they don’t look like they Sanatize that well. STAY FAR AWAY.

Very unprofessional, workers are rude & rush any job they’re given. Don’t properly clean your feet, when getting acrylic tips their shaping is absolutely terrible and thick. They purposely deny people of services an hour before closing time so they can go home early, and the place just looks like their utensils are bio hazardous.

I called to see if I could make an appointment, the lady on the phone stated they do not do that. However I said I will be coming in shortly. I literally went over 5minutes from the phone call. I walked in and the lady said what do you want come back tomorrow. Are you kidding me you clearly did not just say that on the phone. Now you make appointment for tomorrow? Horrible customer service and bad business you will not be getting my money sorry not sorry.

Today was my first time there. I asked about Next Gen because my friend recommended it and the two people I was asking wouldnt take the time to explain that I needed to have tips to get it. They instead kept trying to push it on me and rushed me to pick a color. After they finally stopped to explain, I decided to get a gel manicure. The entire time I felt like the technician was rushing, choosing speed over quality. He did not care about the health of my nails, which is something I expect when paying someone to do them. Heven made my cuticles bleed then was disgusted with ME. On top of that, he used nail glue to close the wound which I cant imagine is proper. Looking at my nails, there are bubbles beneath the gel and it could have been done MUCH better. My friends nails look nice so if youre going for tips, I guess this is a good place. For work with your natural nails, I would not recommend.

So if you want to get insulted only than go to this place, such a unprofessional staff, they are very rude. They told one of the customer infront of me that dont come here because she was telling the lady that nails are not fine. I am surprised how people are still going to this place. The worst service of all, we discussed with some of the workers because we were waiting for another person and she wanted to attend us obligatorily. It was very embarrassing. He started shouting and telling us to leave the place. She treat my mother rudely without asking her what style She wanted on her nails. Dont think i will be coming back here. Not even 24 hours after i got my full set done with gel polish the gel polish chipped off. I called to ask if i could come in the following day to get it fixed and the woman on the phone said we dont do appointments, and when i asked her if i would be charged for the fix she said she didnt know? Not even 24 hours after spending 3 hours in their nail salon and spending 60$ the day before, they say they dont know if they will charge me for a polish fix? Unacceptable. Did not go back to get it fixed because i did not want to be told i would have to sit there for over an hour to have a 5 minute fix on the nail polish.

The prices are affordable but the customer service is not great. They rush you to get a color, rush through your mani and pedi, not very pleasant. The owner is the main circus act, soon as you walk in she is “what you want?” And if you ask her how long of a wait and it is a long wait she says “you want wait or go somewhere else” not very professional. The staff had seen them talk in Chinese arguing with each other across the room while doing clients nails.

On paper this place is great...lowest prices around and open 7 days a week. Truth be told my nails always look beautiful and hold up for weeks. I can deal with unfriendly technicians but there’s a difference between that and downright rude. The owner knows nothing about how to run a business and doesn’t understand that just because she personally has not done my nails and I am not her regular client I am STILL her customer and she should value my business. When my regular technician was not in and I planned to use whoever was available, she told me to go home, after I had been waiting for forty minutes, and come back later. When I said I was going away the next day and didn’t mind waiting, she started YELLING about me to her client, saying that if she’s not good enough to do my nails any other day she has the right to refuse to do them. She went on to say that she only makes $6 (or was it $3) off me when someone else does my nails, thus implying I am not a valued customer. When my regular tech did arrive and do my nails, she continued to rant and rave about me loud enough for the whole salon to hear. I should have walked out but it’s not my style to make a scene. Based on the rapidly declining reviews, I expect they’ll be out of business at some point.

This place is amazing. Hands down my go to spot to get my Mani/Pedi done. For 25 bucks a mani and pedi combo, most amazing deal ever! The have all quality products, from massage chairs, to relaxing service while getting a pedi, you get the stone rock massage:) It last a long time as a dude if i come once every 45 days, and cut my hand nails in beetween twice. I am good to go. Great place i hope they open a second location!

The wait was very long during the time and day that my daughter and I went. I will never go back on a Saturday. However what I didnt like was that another lady that came in an hour after me without an appointment, she just assume that she was getting a pedicure before me and others.I told Phillip that I wanted a pedicure when he was giving me a manicure, and he kept asking me if I wanted to come back to get my pedicure. I stated to him no I have been waiting for over an hour, and whoever came after me will have to wait.He complained in his native language of course but I didnt care. He did a good job but I wont go back to him due to his hasty attuitue, he kept complaining about it being busy. He actually wanted me to leave and come back so he can do someones else pedicure, even though I was there first.He sure didnt rush me when he got paid SMH.

This place has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I was a regular and wittinessed and experienced horrible treatment every time I came here! Every single person is rude and disrespectful even over the phone! The only thing good I can say about this place is Eimy does good enough nails to keep me coming back. After today I actually won’t be back due to the fact that I walked in and was told I was next after the current client. Then after an hour 1/2 waiting Eimy decide that all of a sudden she had two pedicures to do before me. If she had told me that instead of saying I was next I wouldn’t have waited. This place is just very unprofessional and have no care towards their customers even regular good paying customers!

My new jam!I was a desperate walk-in on a SUPER busy Friday afternoon and they fit me in for a gel mani-pedi within 15 minutes.Despite the place being packed, I didnt feel rushed - my tech was friendly and relaxed and did a beautiful job - even letting me experiment by layering two gel colors that made a unique effect. Over two weeks later its looking as fresh as new and I am still getting stopped by people wanting to know the shade and where I got it done.I will definitely be going back, not only because the quality was great, but also because the cost for a full mani-pedi was almost HALF what I was paying at my old salon!!

I used to come here all the time even at their old location. It was always PACKED, but NOTHING like it is now. I used to be able to walk in, wait like 10 mins then get a pedicure while someone was doing my manicure (yeah it feels a bit drive-thru ish but I didnt mind bc I like to get in and out) Currently that tiny parking lot is overflowing. Yeah they are the CHEAPEST around, the quality isnt amazing, you get what you pay for. The long waits are irritating but i could deal with it if they were more professional. Last time I came in, nobody even looks at you or asks what you want done, you stand there like an idiot. they make you feel like youre annoying them by showing up. then when finally you say what you need nobody tells you to sit down or relax. Theres also NO where to sit. When I was there all these teenage kids were there with their backpacks taking up any free chairs. super inconsiderate. (they need to go home and do their homework before coming in for nails.) Anyway Im done with this unprofessional tiny place, they can keep their teenage clientele that probably doesnt even tip.
