My package arrived damaged and opened! When receiving my package I noticed there was a huge hole in the box and someone already opened the package and tapped it back together. Despite the box stating “HANDLE WITH CARE & FRAGILE” In multiple locations the package was completely damaged! These Items were gifts that my sister brought back from another country (and were sentimental). They can not be replaced and to have them broken when receiving them is disheartening and ridiculous ! I reached out the USPS and they basically told me “sorry” but nothing could really be done about it.

This post office is horrible!!! Several times I have sent a piece of mail return receipt and never received the green card back. Today I went to the post office checking on something that was sent certified mail on August 10th and as of today has not been received. Tracking shows package is in Philadelphia and this post office says there is nothing they can do about it......way do we pay extra money to make sure a sensitive piece of mail is received and it still gets lost!!!!!. This is the second attempt at trying to mail this package. First attempt was July 2nd and never received now second attempt was August 10th and still not received!!!! How do we get our postal service to be responsible for sensitive items going out by mail?????

Ive only lived here for six weeks at this address there was major problems with my address and not getting any mail but when I started not getting the packages I paid for that was a problem. My mail carrier Bob the supervisor Brett and the postmaster at the other location Natalia they fixed me they found all my stuff and brought it to me within 24 hours. And if thats not all I even got a phone call and I have never ever had a post office take care of a customer the way they took care of me. I am in the wow factor. Thanks guys I appreciate you so much.

If youre trying to locate a missing package and want to call your local post office, only for the clerk to refuse to help solve your issue and abruptly hang up on you AND let their phone ring and ring and ring when you try to call them back - this place is for you!

The best post office ever especially Richard Maibach always there always helpful. Going to miss him now that he retired.

My mail was not delivered today. It is possible I didnt receive any mail today, but the mail carrier didnt take the mail in my box I wanted, and needed to be delivered. No wonder people are loosing confidence in the US Postal service. This is not the first time this has happened. Ive been told in the past by the dedicated government employees at the post office that it was not their responsibility to take the mail in my box. I dont know, I was under the impression that delivering the mail was their job.

Best Post Office Ive been to. The attendants are nice and voluntarily give you recommendations on different package options to save you money. One even gave me a box for free to save me on packaging costs and stayed open a little later until I finished taping it up.

Always pleasant

The worst costumer service I have ever seen. Went to mail my tax documents, today. Politely asked the clerk, for the priority envelopes. She looked like very angry and resentful. They don’t properly respect or help the costumers, when asking a question or need help.
