If I could rate 1/2 a star I would. Good luck if youre forced to use them as a delivery service. I paid for delivery to room of choice, they decided to drop a pallet off in front of my garage, without ringing the doorbell, or knocking on the door. When I was inspecting the packages I saw that they also broke some of the items which could be seen from the opened box lying on the pallet. Disgusting service.Tried to get on the phone with a representative. I was on hold for an hour before the call disconnected. Awful. Ive never encountered such terrible service.
Update: while the pre-delivery communication is very poor and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone, the actual delivery went well. They arrived on time and we’re both polite and efficient in the delivery.Trying to get information on a 4 hour delivery that I scheduled for tomorrow. Been on hold for 20 minutes when the hold message says someone will be with me in 3 minutes. Very poor customer service.
Had a delivery scheduled for today. I have been home all day waiting. Recently, I saw I had a missed call from them. I check my door and realize they placed a we missed you sign. They never knocked! I try and call costumer service, I have been on hold for 1 hour! This is also after multiple reschedules. Absolute garbage of a company.
The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with for a delivery. They continually delayed delivery by email after closing hours so I couldn’t reach out to them. Not that it would have helped because they don’t answer the phone when you call them. Average hold time before they disconnect is about an hour. The ONE time I got a rep, she was rude and hung up on me. This company has no idea about logistics nor customer satisfaction and I truly hope they go out of business ASAP.
This company is a FRAUD! Avoid IKEA purchases if this is the only company that delivers to your neighborhood. They provide a fake waiting time when you call, make you wait hours (~2 hours) and do not answer anything for you. Would give them 0 stars if possible. I sincerely hope they go out of business soon enough.

Zero stars. Absolutely horrible! Worst delivery service I have ever dealt with. Ordered items from IKEA. This delivery company doesn’t allow you to select a date for delivery. They arrived 3 hours passed the window given on a work day. REFUSED to bring the items into the apartment unit when it specifically stated that I paid extra for in room delivery. “Against policy to bring into home.” Absolutely horrible! They also called me to say they are outside meanwhile they were not and did not arrive for an additional ten minutes while my brother waited outside. Do not use this company. Not enough bad things to say about this delivery service. They should be out of business.
Failed to show as scheduled. Did not call to reschedule. They called to confirm two day prior and on day due, they let 75% of the scheduled delivery window to pass then emailed to give a new date and time without ever consulting the customer. Logistics???? This should be removed from their name. Anyone with any knowledge of supply chain and logistics does not behave like this! Terrible service and do not recommend.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. I purchased a washer and dryer and NAL was to deliver it to my home on a Monday and Haul away my old washer/dryer that same day. They got to my house and told me they could not install the new machines because my building was not up to state law which was a red flag to me off the bat because the house was recently inspected and buildings are regulated by municipal code. They told me I needed to contact a plumber to build a completely new drainage system for my washer or setup my drip pan so that it could use my HVACs drainage system... this is actually against code. They then left and would not take the washer/dryer they were supposed to haul away.I then had an appointment rescheduled for the following Saturday for them to once again pick up my washer/dryer for a haul away. They did not call me, they did not knock on my door, they did not ring my doorbell. I called to see what the issue was and they submitted a statement on the work order saying that I was not home. Needless to say, I still havent received my haul away service and it has now been rescheduled for a third time.This company is trash. The people have no idea what they are talking about and the dispatcher that I worked with was rude. I recommend using any other company or Joe Schmo off the street if you want better service.
Bought a dishwasher from Conns and wanted it installed. I was given a date and that day came and went. Got on chat to see why tech was a no call no show and was told sorry theres not an open date for your install. I asked to escalate and was promised a call back. Nothing happened, went on chat to be told the same thing over again. Now 2 weeks later no call no show and still have a dishwasher sitting in my living room. Buyer beware
These people were in charge of my IKEA delivery for my bed. Day of the delivery I was home and waiting for a knock on the door. Only calls came from the robo service. The people apparently thought they needed access to the floor to deliver to the first floor which is not true. They were unable to find an apartment located next door to the leasing office. So they also didnt ask anyone for help. My delivery failed because their drivers couldnt find their way around an apartment complex that only has 3 buildings. I tried to call their customer service ASAP and could not get through. I emailed and was blamed for them not being able to find it. Apparently they called me but no voice mail. Truck could not be routed back to my place and now I have to wait another two days to have a bed to sleep in.
Most horrible Company in the WORLD! I purchased a over the range microwave from Conn’s July 3rd and it still has not been installed 😡 I have been scheduled 3 times for installation and no service guy shows up! Each time I call and stay on hold FOREVER just to be told for the third time “yes I see your on the schedule but no one is coming out because the order was not assigned to a service company” BS!!! I have been waiting for a manager to call me back for 3 weeks. RIDICULOUS! Conn’s is useless because they got my money and could careless.
My delivery was scheduled from 10:00 to 2:00 - information was received via automated massage.Then I received another call delivery is schedule from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.Then I received a call that my delivery is from 5 to 30 minutes away - never came.Then I received the message that delivery is scheduled from 9 am to 9 pm .This is out of control!!!!!The deliveries are not allowed in my building after 5:00pm- I put a note in the order, but they totally ignored it.This is third IKEA delivery and each time I have the same headache with North American Logistic !I will complain to IKEA- they need to change the delivery company.

This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a tv stand from Ikea, and they were supposed to deliver it on a Thursday. We even paid extra to have the delivery earlier than expected. They gave me a delivery time between two and five pm. I stayed home from work to receive my package because they said someone eighteen years or older had to sign off. They pushed back my delivery time to seven. but it was never delivered. I got a call back from them the next day saying that the driver had too many deliveries and had to go back home. They told me they would deliver the stand on Monday, but the same issue occurred. Long story short we still have not received the TV stand and I missed two days of pay.
So they definitely dont answer the phones. Iam still on hold and its been 30 minutes. Also the people who delivered my kitchen from north America logistics(#garbage people) broke my screen track on my garbage. Its not fixable I tried. I will not order anything from any company that uses north America logistics.
This company alone is the sole reason I will never order anything big from ikea again.They move your order dates without updating/ contacting you.They are the hardest people to get ahold of, I could get ahold of the president easier than I could these people.They have no concern regarding your actual drop off time.I’ve had 4 orders come through them and this will be my fifth and final order.Every time my delivery day & time gets moved & it doesn’t get delivered even close to the time window they give you.Example: my order was originally supposed to come on a Tuesday at 11, instead I get a call on Friday morning at 9 am that the Ikea guy is unloading it all on my porch.Don’t even attempt to “ chat with them online “ or call their customer service. NAL group is legitimately the WORST delivery service. Both my wife and I had 0 missed calls and they did not even attempt to deliver.I called their customer service line, waiting 2 hours on hold and finally decided to leave a message. I reached out to them on chat at their website and the representative said he would have his supervisor reach out to me. No call back. No notification. Nothing. I sent them an email at their email address listed on their site and I got a bounce back.This company legitimately sucks. Terrible experience. I would give it 0 stars if I could.
Moved my delivery date 3 TIMES without even a notification. Keep in mind I placed my order 2 MONTHS before the delivery, so I dont see where the logistical delays came from. Not that they would tell me anyways. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional !!!
Do not trust Ikea or this company to deliver your furniture. This company delivers their big furniture. All other reviews are correct. Spent hours waiting on hold and never got anything delivered until demanded it cancelled. I love Ikea but they need to get another company and no way should this company be in business for as many reschedules and lack of business ability to do what they should do.
Ordered a refrigerator from Home depot July 12, 2021. Scheduled delivery for Friday, August 27, 2021 and the delivery people DROPPED IT!!!!! Now have to wait an additional 7 days for redelivery!!!!!!
Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 11-3. I stayed home and now it’s 5:30 with no merchandise. On hold for one hour 24 mins and I decided to track my order to only discover that it was rescheduled for the next day without my knowledge or consent. Still no one picked up. This is terrible. Ikea really needs to find another service.
Same story as the most other reviews. Scheduled the delivery one and a half month in advance. A day before the delivery, received 2 calls confirming the delivery, but the next day the items never arrived. Without any notice of a change. Spent 2 hours on the phone with Ikea, they confirmed that delivery to be scheduled on the next day btw 9am and 12pm. A few hours later received an automated call from NAL with the delivery window btw 2pm and 6pm. Spent an hour with supervisor Michelle from NAL on the phone explaining that no one is going to be at home during this timeframe, the only solution she suggested was that someone should be at home during this timeframe, most rude, disrespectful, and not helpful customer service. The worst company. Avoid!!!
I was told my delivery was between 8:00AM and 1:00PM, made myself available all day and then an hour before delivery they said they would be there between 1:00PM and 3:00PM. Finally get ahold of someone and they said they would cancel the order if I didnt have someone home. I have to pick my son up from school during that time!!!
Had a window to deliver between 5pm-9pm - paid extra to bring it into the house. Got a call 5 mins ahead of time for a delivery at 3:45pm. Of course, nobody was home so they just left it on the front porch and said it was signed by us. Tried to call, but spent 45 mins on hold before leaving a message. I bet I dont get a call back. Spent hours in the queue until it was my turn….then they never picked up. IKEA said it was supposed to be delivered 7/16. NALG called on a Sunday and said it would be delivered Monday between 10:00-14:00. Teleworked so I could be here for the deliver. Now I see on their website it is to be delivered on 7/22. Why did they call ME and tell me they would deliver on Monday? I love IKEA Europe, but their decision to stop building stores and do mail order in the US has proven awful. Delivery is expensive and you get these clowns delivering. Send it UPS next time.

Dishwasher rude service and gave me my dishwasher on side of road because he was late and behind on his schedule. Be warned of this company is handling delivery and install. Always ASK FOR SENIOR TEAM refrigerators..
Horrible customer service. I waited on hold for over 30 minutes, slowly moving up in the queue until the line just went dead and gave me the busy signal. Terrible hold information, kept stumbling over itself with the recordings, having different volumes and voices and music and all seemed jumbled. This company has terrible reviews for a reason. Cant get a hold of them via phone or website chat for my delivery tomorrow, and Ikea customer service is just as bad, so I am basically SOL for my delivery needing updates.

I saw all the negative reviews and felt obligated to post a review myself. I had a wonderful experience with NAL Logistics. They delivered my IKEA couch within the timeframe they provided - calling 10 minutes before they arrived at my apartment. The delivery drivers were very nice and brought everything inside carefully and placed the couch exactly where I asked them. They didn’t complain once at the fact that they had to walk a few hundred yards to get to my apartment from the street.Overall I had a very good experience

Was anxious about my mattress delivery after reading negative reviews, however I had a positive experience. Was called to schedule delivery in my area. I had called the day prior to find out the delivery window. My mattress was delivered right on time with a courtesy phone call 15 min prior to arrival of the delivery truck. Deducted one star because most places send an email or text confirmation of appointments and this was solely telephone phone communication which seemed a little outdated.
Canceled delivery of my fridge without notifying me. I only found out after calling them for an update after waiting for several hours and after bringing all my food to a friends fridge so they could haul away the broken fridge. Customer service is useless and gives out false information. I have zero confidence that I will receive my fridge on the rescheduled date.Update: As expected, theyve canceled my delivery again and no one notified me. This is the worst company Ive ever dealt with.
Had a similar experience to other reviewers. For reference, it was the NJ office, and I live in Nashville.In short: 2 last minute postponements and ultimately a delivery before the scheduled window on the third try. Everything arrived in good condition, which is about the only positive thing I can say.Original delivery window was set, and I took the day off work to receive the package. About 2 hours before the delivery window, I got a call from their automated system saying that they could not complete the delivery due to weather.... it was drizzling.Had to call the customer service team to get a new delivery date since one was not provided to me when they called to cancel my delivery for that day, and the woman on the phone (after I waited on hold for 20 minutes) was very rude. They said the best they could do was a delivery the following week.Come the delivery day the next week, they called again the morning of the confirmed delivery (about 1 hour before the delivery window) to say they needed to reschedule again, this time due to mechanical issues with the truck. In this automated message they said I would be receiving a confirmation message shortly with the information for a delivery the following day.The next day, the delivery window was supposed to be between 11 and 3, and I got a message at 9am saying my delivery was 5-30 minutes away. That was the only accurate estimate I got from them during this whole process. They showed up about 10 minutes later with my delivery. Luckily I was working from home all day and was there to receive it early.I dont recommend this company, but unfortunately it seems like Ikea doesnt give their customers much choice.
The absolute worst customer service ever - the customer service agents and supervisors are completely inept. Twice I waited for my delivery and changed plans for the full day because their delivery windows are over 8 hours long. Delivery never came, and supervisor told me there was nothing he could do but could reschedule me for TWO MONTHS from now. Absolutely horrendous. DO NOT USE. Find another way to get what you need because you wont get it delivered from them anyways because of their complete lack of care. Not sure how they are even in business. Any business that uses them as the final mile logistics provider should be appalled.
Would give 0 stars if I could. They were supposed to call for delivery but never called and just left our package in our building corridor. Box was broken and pieces were just shoved back in. Probably the reason they didn’t call was because they destroyed what we were getting delivered. Easy to make it our problem not there’s. Avoid at all means. Terrible company. Very unprofessional.

The absolute worst customer service you will ever experience. Not worth your time working with these guys. They dont deliver on time. There is no follow up whatsoever. And it would be a miracle if you get a hold of them on their helpline! Yet to receive my packages which were due for delivery on the 22nd of December!
The company has difficulties with response time to change requests, but the guy who did the delivery & installation was brilliant, courteous & thorough. Very happy with his performance.
The worst experience. If you have a day job, you have to take time off from work. Then, they will not show up and charge a rescheduling fee. They will not show up on the rescheduled day, but they will call the next day and not show up or call on that day either. I cannot believe Ikea uses such a terrible company. When talking to the representative, I couldn’t hear her because her kids were screaming in the background. Very unprofessional!
Got several voicemails confirming delivery tomorrow, but for differing times.So I called to straighten it out.Since then, 90 minutes so far on hold, (including the message an hour ago saying that it will be 4 minutes more), in that time on hold Ive received 4 more voicemail messages with varying delivery times for tomorrow.Nightmare!
Ordered a dishwasher through home depot. Home Depot contracts out delivery and installation to NAL. Our appliance was delivered today, but not installed. I was told I had to schedule my installation that it wasnt getting installed today.... When I called to schedule the earliest they could install was 2 weeks out !! Completely unacceptable on both Home Depot and NAL part. The fact that I found this out the day my appliance was delivered is ridiculous.. Why not be upfront and say your appliance will be delivered on X date, lets schedule your installation now. Transparency is what makes the customer happy.
Impossible to reach or get them to do their job
I was supposed to get my order on Aug 25th between the hours of eleven am to three pm. But after calling leaving emails I didn’t receive it until 9:45pm. What I failed to realize as I went out in the hallway of my apartment building the driver left two boxes. One was my order and the other another person’s order I was missing an item of my order and the box with my Lack shelf was torn and there was a dent in one of the pieces that connect the my shelf! I tried calling them the next day and I left an email about the issue and they haven’t replied. I blame myself because I wished I would’ve went to my local IKEA before the pandemic and bought the shelf and screws instead of ordering it online
Terrible customer service. Hung up on me after being on hold for over 25mins. Sent them a email to customer service and they called me back and told me my order couldnt be delivered because Ikea gave them a typoed address and when I confirmed the information to the driver his supervisor declined the change. Wont let you pick it up from them stating it has to be delivered now I have to wait days for my furniture because of the Ikea delivery window.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company fulfills delivery orders for IKEA in the Dallas area. I ordered a TV stand and they scheduled delivery for 11/24 between 1-5 pm. When it had not arrived by 8 pm, I called IKEA and they told me they didnt have any updates for me so they gave me the number for North American Logistics Group.I called NAL Group and was told the wait time to speak with a customer service rep was one minute. I waited on hold for over ten minutes and it appeared that the office was closed and no one would be answering my call.Hours later, I received an email stating that my item was delivered and they claimed that I had signed for it. No item arrived, and I even checked the mailbox area of my complex.The following morning I emailed customer service to ask what had happened with my order and where it was. The representative I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional and just selected a new delivery date without consulting me or asking if I would be available.I dont need the item badly enough to deal with this horrible company. Ill go to IKEA myself and pick it up. I normally pick up all my IKEA items, but unfortunately the color I wanted was not in stock at my local store, so Ill have to settle for my backup.This company is not worth anyones time, and any positive reviews you read here are bought and paid for by North American Logistics Group. It is truly shocking that they have over one star.
I had an appliance delivered. It was supposed to have been installed the same day as the delivery. I was never called about the installation. I have been trying to call for days but wait on hold over half an hour and then have to give up becuase I am on my lunch break. Thier automated message says that can be contacted on their web site through a chat. I have attempted this several times but after a while it just says noone is available. I will never use thosnservice again. I have wasted more money then the appliance costs just due to all the time I was not able to work due to poor scheduling and an obvious lack of staff and customer service.

I just received my order from IKEA and it was on time, however, neither of the drivers barely said 2 words to me. And then I asked them if they could wear masks (even though I assumed it was common sense) and they nodded but then proceeded to enter my apartment with no face covering whatsoever. They basically dropped the boxes in my living room and left. I had to chase the driver down outside to make sure that I received all of my pieces and he reluctantly got out of his truck and sulked back to my apartment. I would think IKEA would use a much more professional company, hopefully I won’t have to order anything else from them.

They called me 2x to set up delivery, missed the delivery window, and then promptly lost my package: Unfortunately, due to your items not being located at our warehouse we are going to have to reschedule. North American Logistics Group, LLC is the delivery company for Ikea in the Dallas Area. I received a confirmation email for my order for 10/31 prior to delivery. On 10/31 I received a voice mail at 9 am saying they could not find my order and would perform a warehouse audit and get back with me during the week. I called back and spoke with someone and let them know I was going out of town Monday and she said she would expedite the audit and would call me back before the end of business that day.I never received a call back. Sunday night I received an email from Ikea letting me know my delivery was rescheduled to Tuesday. Monday night, I received an automated phone call from the delivery company asking me to confirm delivery for between 11 am and 3 pm Tuesday. I confirmed.At 4 pm Tuesday, I called Ikea. First representative called North American Logistics Group and the person she spoke with let her know that they could not find my order, wasnt sure if Ikea had sent it and they would need to perform another warehouse audit and that they would reach back out to me directly. She had to transfer me to another Ikea agent, who called North American Logistics to talk to a supervisor. The Supervisor was able to confirm that they did in face receive the items from Ikea, but they still couldnt find them and would need to do ANOTHER Warehouse audit and it would take another 24-48 hours. Important note - my order was 300 lbs. Not tiny by any stretch. Hard to lose, youd think. The Ikea agent also asked why I received the automated phone call, NAL says - Its an automated call when our system recognizes an order was received and is ready for delivery, so it schedules the delivery. -- UMMM, THAT MEANS YOU HAVE MY ORDER!So I wait the 48 hours which ended today at 4 pm. I sit down with a nice cup of coffee for my hour long call with Ikea. Agent 1, shows all inventory has been delivered but North American still has not scheduled delivery, needs to transfer me. Ikea agent 2 calls North American. First, same thing, they tell her they cant find the order and need to do an audit. She assured them that wasnt acceptable because they already performed two failed audits. Then the Ikea rep then explains they ended up letting her know they have part of the order, they cant tell her which part, theyll call me to discuss what parts they have to see if I want to accept partial delivery, then the missing items will have to be reordered - itll take another 2-3 weeks to get there from Ikea and theyll go to this same darn warehouse. I ordered 2 shelf units, but one of them also has a desktop, two legs and hardware. A partial desk is just not a challenge I want right now and I absolutely did not believe they would call me, because they have failed to call me twice. Plus, she and I both notice their stock and restock log makes no kind of sense. I included the screenshot below of the order they dont have.So, I cancelled the order. An order a made an entire month ago. An order that has gone through two warehouse audits, 3 phone calls talking just over 3 hours, an entire day off of work for a delivery that was never going to happen. Its just a shelf, its just a desk. Total first world problems. The great thing about first world problems, there are plenty of stores, plenty of desks, and plenty of companies willing to call clients to communicate issues. I love Ikea, but I will never order their home delivery, nor will I ever order home delivery from any company that uses North American Logistics again.
This is the hole North American Logistics put in my wall while attempting to force my brand-new Ikea furniture through the doorway. They scoffed at the suggestion that they open the boxes and carry the furniture upstairs in pieces even though theyre being PAID to ASSEMBLE the furniture theyre delivering! LAZY AND DESTRUCTIVE! They forced me to reschedule delivery on a holiday, the 4TH OF JULY!Rent your own truck if you plan on buying large pieces of Ikea furniture.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with any delivery company. Please do not use them for any deliveries. First they were suppose to deliver my door a couple weeks ago in California. They never came nor did they call to let me know that delivery had been postponed. Then today when drivers arrived they refused to deliver my item to my door but instead said that they would leave at it the curb due to safety issues of walking up a slippery driveway due to rain. I shared that I would need to call the manager to ask if it would be better for them to come on a different day where weather was better or if I should accept my package at curbside. After I was done calling I let driver know that manager would give me direction in a few minutes. The driver became immediately irritated and shared that he was not going to deliver, he would take off with my door and I would have to follow up on a different day. Please note it took 2 weeks just to have the delivery rescheduled for today. I told him that he did not have the right to just take my door back and I ask that he wait. He refused and got in his truck. I had to get in the front of the truck and call 911 as I was concerned that they were going to take my door that I spent alot of money on and never return it. He then backed up his truck and knocked down my construction fence. I was absolutely floored that a company would behave in this way. At the end I made then drop my door off at curbside and then submitted a complaint. Whatever you do, please avoid using this company.
They have the worst costumer service and the delivery drivers. I was told that I would get my delivery today in front of my apartment door and when they should up. They said we cant bring it inside so we will leave it outside. I had been trying to contract the company for hours. Still didnt get a clear respond from them. I NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
My delivery window was 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Your truck shows up at 11:30 pm and dumped our shelves on my lawn near my car WHILST WE WERE SLEEPING!!!Oh...did I mention that we received not one phone call nor notification that delivery was going to be delayed?Now we have this 8 foot plastic delivery capsule sitting in our front yard that we have no idea what to do with. It wasnt supposed to be left here.Maybe I am overreacting but I dont think that is the White Glove service you put yourself out there as....UNBELIEVABLE!And, hopefully, to put an end to this whole fiasco, I just received a call from their automated service (at 7:00 am the next morning) letting me know that my delivery was 5 to 30 minutes away. I hope you all get your act together in the future.
Leaving a more positive review than the others. Had 2 events scheduled on the same day -- delivery of a couch and removal of an old couch. Given 2 different delivery windows of 9am-1pm and 1pm-5pm for each event, respectively.Truck came at ~1:45pm and both did the couch delivery and the old couch removal. Also the guy was super nice.
The absolute worst company ever. Horrible customer service. To date, I still haven’t received my refrigerator.Electrolux uses this company to install & deliver my refrigerator. I paid $200 on 9/3 to the NAL Group who scheduled my initial delivery for 9/8.A few days prior, I started receiving random phone calls w/a recorded mssg giving available delivery dates. In response, I called NAL group & was informed my appt was cancelled. The agent rescheduled me for 9/11.9/11 came and the installer didn’t show up. Still no refrigerator.I called Electrolux and the agent stated that the installer signed for the refrigerator on 9/11 but the installer is saying he didn’t receive the refrigerator.At this point, the refrigerator is missing. It’s impossible to sign for something as big as arefrigerator and not have it. Yeah right, they stole it.

Like may other reviews here, I confirmed a 4 hour delivery window the day prior to scheduled delivery for an IKEA order. 15 minutes before our scheduled delivery window, we received an automated email saying our delivery was rescheduled for 4 DAYS LATER! Both my wife and I tried calling customer service. I have, while writing this, been on hold for an hour. After growing impatient, I also reached out to their customer service chat on their website. That, suspiciously, got through immediately. Like many other people here, I was given the excuse of mechanical issues for the delivery being rescheduled. Either all these mechanical issues are the biggest coincidence in the world, or NAL needs to reassess the quality of their fleet, or who they contract out to. The kicker here, is we not only adjusted our entire Saturday plans, but the delivery was for our young childs bed. We tossed out her old bed after confirming the delivery window, so now she is without a bed for the next 4 days. Wonderful! This may very well be the single worst company Ive ever dealt with. Ever.
Got a delivery from IKEA through this company, time frame was 11-3 I got a phone call at 11:20 that they will be here in 10 minutes and they literally got in front of my door at 11:30 guys were super fast and super nice!! I’m so glad my experience was amazing! Thank you

I was a bit worried after I read all the reviews here. However, they delivered to me on time at the very end of my 4-hour time frame. The two guys may not have looked the part but honestly they were so helpful, they even helped bring in all 3 packages(two table rest and a kitchen counter top). Mind you I was on the 1st floor. They also called, which I think was super nice since the buzzer on my door doesnt work.
This company does not deserve 1 star. My Best Buy appliance order was scheduled for Thursday delivery between 9-11AM. I didnt receive a phone call or anything saying they would be late. By 1PM I was going back and forth with the Best Buy rep trying to figure out what was going on. By 4:30 I finally learned from the Best Buy rep that delivery wouldnt be happening so delivery was rescheduled for Saturday between 11AM - 1PM. It is now 3PM on Saturday and still no delivery. There is no way that this company can survive. And if Best Buy is interested in surviving then they need to dump North American Logistics ASAP because they will bleed customers if they continue to sub their deliveries to them.It is 5:30 and the installers just left. I just want to clarify something. This review is in no way a reflection of the installers who installed my appliances. They were courteous, professional and worked efficiently. It didnt seem like the reason for my appliances being so late had anything to do with them based on their work ethic.
They had told us our order was supposed to arrive Tuesday but, it never arrived, then they told us it was supposed to arrive Thursday (today, the day I’m writing this), around 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm, and it never arrived. The hold in the costumer service is EXTREMELY LONG. The first day my mom called they had her on hold for a long amount of time and they finally answered, they said they couldn’t hear her so they hung up, she had to call and hold again. It happened again today and my mom is extremely frustrated! This shouldn’t be how they attend their costumers!Edit(the star(s)went from 1 to 3 stars) :The reason i added 2 more star was because:the people who delivered the furniture were very courteous and polite.
Made an IKEA order from Houston Texas with a scheduled delivery to Louisiana. Was scheduled to be here between 10-2.. arrived at 3. Our delivery guy was great and professional. Would have given 5 stars but the gps tracking kept showing the delivery 3 hours away and there was no communication regarding the late arrival.
I am very surprised to see the bad reviews for NAL. I can only speak to delivery service from Edison NJ but Ive had multiple deliveries from them and their service was excellent. They kept me informed about the time of delivery. They always came the day that was scheduled. The customer service agent who called was very helpful and pleasant. The delivery men were always kind and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the set-up of products delivered.
Giving 1 star because negative stars are not possible. Have had multiple issues with this delivery service and continue to see the same issues on anything ordered from Ikea. I’ve had the headboard to my bed delivered with a hole in it then because the delivery team would not work with my schedule to deliver in afternoon I had to pester them for two months just to replace a damaged part that was their fault. Ordered a desk and drawers in May was charged in excess of $40 on shipping for items that were scheduled to be delivered over a month out (earliest dates available, global pandemic I get it things are slow) promised delivery date is missed no voicemail left no email to reschedule then when I go to ikea only available reschedule dates are another month out. When it is this companies fault for failing to have competence. This company and ikea’s customer service together is an absolute nightmare I could have probably chopped trees and sanded and built my own furniture from scratch by the time they get it together
Absolute disaster of a so-called logistics company. I wish I could give zero stars multiple times!First delivery was missed due to truck problems. This logistics company couldnt be bothered to find a backup box truck within the whole DFW area to at least complete their orders for the day. They rescheduled for a few days later.The delivery finally arrives, and part of the order was missing! I called customer service right after the driver left and was told they will search the warehouse and get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Well, 48 hours pass with no call back, so I had to call and stay on hold, and explain the whole situation to a clueless CSR, to be put on hold again while he tried to figure it out. He finally lets me know they found the missing package and scheduled another delivery.Day of second delivery, I had to call again because they never gave me a time window. They told me 2-6 pm. It is now approaching 9 pm. NO PACKAGE!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR before I finally left a message for a call-back that I doubt I will ever receive.This 100% the ABSOLUTE WORST service I have ever received from a delivery company!!
The two men from NA Logistics who carried my 2,000 pound IKEA order up to my second floor walk up condo were amazing, professional and incredibly efficient! They showed up early while I was still sleeping, so they went to deliver the other order in the area and returned at their originally scheduled time. They went above and beyond—nothing like some of the other reviews I read about them online.I’d recommend them to anyone after this experience!

Terrible service. Driver delivered wrong furniture,. it is suppose to be for a customer in New York. And iI live in New Jersey to top it off when you try to communicate with the delivery people they dont speak English.
Please don’t do any business with this company if you can, they are really bad with delivering things on time. IKEA costumer service said they have about 5 delivery companies and if you can, don’t deal with NAL, the worst company ever. I wish I can give them a zero stars. Be aware !
I dont understand why does a huge company like IKEA need to use a delivery company like North American Logistics. They are pretty bad as far as customer service and do not understand the concept of a time window. Shame on IKEA for not having their own delivery system and double shame on North American Logistics.
Apparently this is a company IKEA uses for home delivery. The original expected date of delivery was 5/26 with a 9am-9pm delivery window. 12 hour delivery window is definitely not ideal.5/27 comes and I get a call from the NAL automated system that says: “Your IKEA delivery will be delivered on January 1, 1900” .. How tf y’all gonna do that? So I can their customer service and wait on hold about 7 minutes. It transfers me to some random person’s voicemail lmao.5/28 the automated system calls twice and says my delivery will be on 5/29 with 12pm - 5pm delivery window. Finally.. right??Nope.I call CuStOmEr sErViCe, automated system, again and the delivery is updated for 5/31. At this point I don’t know what’s going on. And obviously can’t keep setting aside 12 hour windows for a potential delivery.If you have a choice, I highly recommend to not use this company. All of the negative reviews on Google are 100% correct lol.
I wanted to post because my experience in Charlotte today was nothing like all of the reviews. I got given a window of Friday 12-4pm. They arrived at 2.30pm. They were quick and courteous and I agree while they dont look the part at least they turned up and all of my items were damage free (couch, bed, matrice, coffee table, tv unit). Had the four hour window been given when I ordered and not the day before Id give 5 stars.
Horrible. This company has wasted so much of my time. They were supposed to deliver my IKEA order on 05/12 but never showed. I called and they said they didnt have anyone in the area that day to deliver it, so we rescheduled. They did not show on the rescheduled date. I called again and they said they didnt actually have the order and it was never picked up from IKEA, even though I had received confirmation e-mails from them stating that they had the order and it was ready to be delivered. A few days later out of nowhere I get an automated call to schedule delivery for later in the week. They called me that day to say they couldnt deliver that day and we needed to reschedule, again. When they finally showed up they failed to deliver one of the boxes that I need to put the entire piece of furniture together. But they did leave behind two items clearly addressed to someone else in the next town over. I could not get anyone on the phone for a few days, it just kept disconnecting. Finally I got someone who said they would do a warehouse sweep to look for the missing box and he would call me back. I knew that was just a set up for the inevitable Sorry, but... I never heard back from him and had to call NAL again. When I finally got through I was told that they never received the box from IKEA and I would have to contact IKEA to resolve it. (An ordeal in itself) Sorry, but if you are hired to pick something up from IKEA and deliver it, it is up to you to make sure your pickup matches the packing slip. Clearly NAL Group lost or damaged the package and is blaming IKEA. They also scheduled a pickup date for the mis-delivered items but did not show the first time, or on the rescheduled date. So someone else is still waiting on items and NAL group has made no effort to fix either situation. Buyer beware if you find out that North American Logistics has been contracted to deliver anything to you. I would never, EVER recommend this company and I will make every effort not to use them in the future if at all possible.
Awful, awful delivery company. I had an IKEA product set for delivery. North American Logistics have me an automated call twice on the 10th to let me know it was going to be delivered between 1-5 on the 11th. And... it didnt show up.Then on the 13th, they auto-called THREE times to let me know it would be delivered between 11-3 on the 14th. Great, right? Wrong. Around 1pm on the 14th I received an automated call from them to schedule the delivery for that week between 16th-20th.Absurd and incompetent. Im canceling my order with IKEA, and never ordering anything from them again if this is the kind of bumbling company they entrust to do their deliveries.
WARNING- do not use this company. I deal with a lot of freight companies in my line of work. This is by far the worst delivery experience Ive ever encountered. My IKEA order came damaged & partially delivered. They had no packing slip to verify what was sent or received. No paperwork to be signed or acknowledged. Chris I spoke with said that they would come back to pick up the damaged items. We received an automated call stating that the truck would arrive in approx 10-15 mins. It never showed up, nor have I heard back from them since. Now in speaking to their call center they are passing the buck to IKEA & have asked that we speak to them directly. So, we are left with a partial shipment that is 50% damaged & short-shipped as well with no proof of what was delivered or what was not delivered. Sell their stock they will be out of business soon enough. Simply horrible.
We were told the delivery would take place between 9am and 9pm. We received a call at 8:50am saying that the delivery was attempted at 8:30am and the order had been canceled because no one answered the door... Not to mention the 3 and a half hours we’ve been on hold trying to get in contact with them! We were told we would get a call 30 minutes and 15 minutes before the delivery and the only call we received was at 8:50 saying the delivery was attempted. If only I could give them 0 starts.

Absolutely the worst delivery company ever. Literally broke my copper pipe while delivering my washer and denied it ever happened. Had my elderly mother in law sign a blank document saying they needed it signed to prove they entered the home, and then filled out their document once they left claiming there was just a quick drop off. Spent over $400 on an emergency plumber to come out so my basement wouldn’t be flooded and after originally agreeing to pay the claim then back tracked and told me any further correspondence will be via their attorney. They’re a bunch of lying scam artist clowns, after 190 reviews and a 1 star rating i think that should speak for itself. Do not purchase from Lowe’s or bestbuy or any other companies these jokers deliver for if you’re not ready to deal with a complete nightmare. Needless to say after just trying to buy a washer and have two hoses hooked up, we now have to spend time in court because they refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Also good luck trying to get a manager to give your their real name when you call, apparently first names are all they’re interested in telling you so they won’t be held liable for anything. Nonetheless if “Ben” is the poor excuse for an operations manager who refused to give his last name, After about 13 seconds of research I found his last name is Jasper for anyone interested in revealing this wizard of oz from behind the curtain/telephone. Make sure your cameras are rolling and your phone calls are recorded dealing with these poor excuses for a professional logistics company.
Worst experience in terms of a delivery company. Delivery window was scheduled from 11am-3pm. I called the company at 3:15 and was told that the driver was delayed due to traffic. Waiting continues. Tried to call again at 4pm then at 5pm, waited 29 minutes and then my call was disconnected. Received a call at 6pm from the driver saying that they were an hour away due to traffic. (Here I am thinking what type of traffic can you endure if delivery was suppose to be between 11-3) whatever, I do not give him a hard time as I really just want to get my furniture in good shape. Finally the delivery happens close to 8pm...longest day of my life. My whole Saturday ruined and now i dont even want to put the furniture together. Tomorrow will be another day
Truly the armpit of delivery services. They give a 12 hr window (USA). They promise a 4 hr window, but never call you with it. Then if you call them, youre on hold forever. They offer to take a message and then their mailbox doesnt work! TERRIBLE
Worst delivery experience I’ve ever received.
Ordered Ikea furniture a month ago...after 2 failed delivery attempts (meaning they could not make it within their own window time)...I still dont have my furniture. They also dont seem to understand that buildings have freight elevator restrictions and seem to only be able to deliver OUTSIDE of the hours of 9am to 5pm. Worst experience...writing letters to the CEO of both companies so that they are aware.
This company has been incredibly difficult. Ive spent hours on the phone without being able to talk to a person. Cant seem to get my delivery scheduled at a time that works. For a company who claims that customer service is first, Ive not experienced that in any way.
I had to reschedule with North American Logistics Group 3 times. I understand how holiday schedules work, but when the company gave me my first choice as Wednesday, July 3, I happily accepted. Within an hour the company called me back with a reschedule date of Friday, July 5. OK...sure...whatever. Then today, I dont receive a phone call, but an email saying they had rescheduled me AGAIN for Monday, July 8. My order was from IKEA. I called North American Logistics and was basically told that at the time of my scheduling the company UNDECIDED if their drivers would be working on July 5. Then WHY offer that date as an option or even reschedule me for that date? How does a company NOT KNOW if theyll be working? Terrible customer service. BAD first impression.
This company was used to deliver ikea products. Did not receive all items, when I called i was told they would not call the driver and that at the end of the week they will do a warehouse sweep and if item is found they will schedule another 9HOUR window to deliver the item. Poor service all around...
Delivery (Ikea) was fine, no damaged items. They did leave a big specialized plastic pallet behind but came back later to pick it up.
