I have to give them one star because they are no longer at this location. They moved about month ago to Newark and never updated information in google. People keep coming to Edison NJ just to find DHL is no longer there.

Worst service 3rd time scheduled to pick up no one showed up. Never recommend to anyone. They should close business in USA.

I came from long distance but DHL is not here

DHL is no longer in this location, we drove a long way only to find out it’s not there, they need to update their information on google because it’s still says open, we literally walked the whole building and couldn’t find it, and someone finally told us they moved to a different location a while ago.

I’ve been waiting for my package for a week now when delivery date said by March 17th so Monday March 19th I called dhl 8am before they even come out to tell them I needed my package early and urgent which I’m near facility and they so called put a request and note stating I need my package to attend event that evening and here it is 4pm and there is still no package and now I’m going to miss my event that was planned for months worst delivery service and customer service ever
