Horrible service. They just called me and told me I had to pay extra $70 because the box that I sent with used clothes was in customs in Bogota, Colombia. So, I paid the money so my family can get the box. Hopefully they will receive it. I will keep you posted. I wont ever use this company ever again. I paid extra $5 dollar when I first sent the box for insurance. They told me they had nothing to do with costumes and that they arent responsible. so...never again.
