I usually come here when Im unable to go to Paris nails on University. Their customer service skills are mediocre at best but do an okay job with manicures. Globs of acrylic though. Its just a hit or miss for me.

Claudia did a beautiful job on my nails the first time but I was never able to go back because they are not very kind. Always short on staff and refuse to hire more people. They do not accept walk ins. I prefer going to University.

I am not one to normally critique, but today I had a horrible experience. I went for a full set, the lady I normally get my nails done was not in. So they sat me with the next manicurist. I explained my likes to her regarding the nails and she proceeded. First red flag, she placed the tip on crooked. I asked about my regular girl, and she says she no longer works here. I then ask how long have you been here, her response 2 months. We proceeded, she applies the tips and then starts on acrylic, second nail in, 2nd red flag. She applies globs of acrylic and I say oh my that is alot of acrylic, I like them thin, she responds, oh but Im not done, i still have to file them. I then, politely say, Im sorry but I am not liking the way it is looking. I am guessing she is addressing the owner/manager, of my concern. I was appalled by her response if you dont like it then just leave I said what, and she repeats herself. EXTREMELY poor customer service. No one has the right to be so rude. Especially when I was not being rude when voicing my concerns. #neveragain

I have had 2 amazing experiences. Lucy, the owner I believe? Did my nails for my bridal shower and my wedding! She does an amazing ombre acrylic!!

The lady who painted my nails wasn’t rude or anything she just kept cutting my fingers. She kept cutting me around the nail literally on every single finger. She even manages to cut me on three different fingers behind the acrylics with that drill machine. And then she kept putting acetone because she would paint outside my finger and oh my god, did I want to say “stop putting acetone.”

This place sucks I chose it cause it was close and not too expensive....but i would have definatly paid extra for good service....the girl doing my nails wouldnt even talk to me. I told her it was my first time getting a pedicure and it seemed clean they used all new tools but the girl doing my nails cut my toe then told me to put my foot in the water when I asked her about my toe bleeding she said it was fine and that was the only thing she said the whole time.... now I have an infected toe and they look bad because theres gaps where she painted them. I mean I guess its my fault for not wanting to pay too much but i will never go back there

The nail tech was alright. however Lucy believe she is the owner has horrible customer service skills. She allows her friends and other techs friends to be serviced first while others wait (they just walk in straight to the back); not notifying customers who have been waiting patiently. Then when brought to her attention she was she had appointment (just a minute prior she told her friend youre 20 mins late) . Will not be returning

Im originally from Brownsville but recently moved to Edinburg so I have been looking for a nail salon near me. I saw this one had good reviews so I decided to give it a try. WORST SERVICE EVER. As soon as I walked in the ladies working there didnt even acknowledge me. I picked my color and sat down. Another lady walked in, wrote her name down on a clip board, and was called up to be next. When I asked why she was going ahead of me if I was there first they rudely said well you didnt write your name on the clip board, how are we supposed to know who goes next? as if I was a regular customer who already knew the clip board even existed. They handed me the clipboard but I just walked out. Never again will I ever go there. I will continue to make my biweekly trips to Brownsville and have my nails done there.

I went in there with confidence think they would do a good job based on their reviews and come to find out I was wrong. I showed the lady a picture of exactly what I wanted and completely failed. Wrong style and wrong color. Not only did she mess up but she was in a rush throughout the entire process and even charged me extra for a coating that supposedly made my nails last longer. The next day a nail came off. So I went back In the next day to get them fixed (no problem) but left it crooked. I asked if she can please change the color but wanted to charge me $15 more for something she got wrong in the first place. Throughout the whole time I was there she was extremely rude and made a disgusting face towards me all because she decided to rush through it and not take her time.Do not recommend.

The ladies there are just talking about others, I got a pedicure and the girl didnt even do it right she cut me and didnt even bother. Horrible staff and place!

OMG NO, zero stars! Hate this place. Ive given them 3 chances, the first time it was great, the owner of the salon knows her stuff, shes quick and pretty good. However, she employees interns I guess so the 2nd time I went in I did a pedi and while being moved from that chair to the nail chair she lost the color i had chosen and I had to try to pick a color that matched as close as possible, it took 4ever and I didnt even get an apology!! It took me almost 2 yrs to go back -- yesterday 12/13, i was desperate to get my nails done because my regular place was closed and this was the ONLY time/day I had to do them for an upcoming wedding. I got there at 4:15pm and the owners interns had 2 people doing nails and she had one doing a pedi, well 65 minutes later the dang interns were still doing the same persons nails and the owner had just finished a pedi & full set so she took in the next person. Well by this time, I was thinking, am i desperate enough to wait another 65 minutes for the owner or would i have to suck it up and use an intern. Well needless to say I was NOT that desperate. I ended up leaving at 5:20pm and went to a new salon Ive never tried before, I had 3 services done and was out in an hour and a half!! NEVER AGAIN will i go back to Juicy nails, ever.

Worst place! They have a total disrespect for your time. Even if you have been waiting for an hour, theyll attend the friend that walks in. Apparently they do not care about running a fair business. They care more about showing favoritism towards their friends.

Had a mani and pedi done...did a great job on both but the pedi was a little rough, but then again it was my first pedi. Over all great service!
