James usually does my manicure beacuse I get a lot of hang nails. Im very basic so I do not do coffin, acrylic, or rhinestones. There are other ladies who specialize in those type of nails such as Rosie. Each person is unique in their own way, so I would suggest to ask or look so you can get an idea who will work better with you. Ive seen some of the reviews in reference to the customer experience. To each there own. I fully understand everyone but its their personalities. Plus its hard to hear with masks 😷. Im not excusing them but I only do my nails with James beacuse he honestly does a great job. My pedicures it doesnt matter with whomever is available.

Pedicure was excellent but when it was time for the nails I was not fully satisfied they were not done correctly, there on the pictures you could clearly see that it smeared and oval shape is Not done correctly and they charged me 65$ for this set hopefully some people find this helpfull

Where to start, well as soon as I called to make the appointment the lady on the phone(turned out to be the owner) was rude. Still I gave it a chance & went. Walking in wow, it’s crowded they don’t have room for anyone to wait inside & the guy James was extremely abrupt & short. Next, employee who did my pedicure (Martin) did not take his time & even missed critical steps for a pedi! After that employees were literally arguing about who’s turn it was for next customer. Mind you customer was right there. & James had no problem yelling either way. They should charge less for this horrible service. Please go anywhere else but here.

I went in needing a refill and a pedicure. First off the the wait time was a while. When I was finally attended to get the refill on my nails, the guy who did my nails was very rough while pushing my cuticles back and filing my nails. But the part that upset me was the pedicure. The guy who did my pedicure, cut my nails so badly. He used a nail drill to file the top part of my toe nails and did not even cut the cuticles. Then when he was removing the minor callus I had, he used the cheese grater looking callus remover and used that on my whole foot and was pressing hard.I was so frustrated with how hot it was in there, the long time I waited, and the service that I was ready to get out of there. Once I got home, I removed the sloppy nail polish and fixed my toe nails myself.

I went in for a Pedi yesterday,staff was friendly,very clean place of business however I went in and clearly asked for a shellac french tip Pedi and I didnt get what I asked for,I ended up getting my full nail painted white and when I told the person doing my Pedi that I had asked for french tip the reply he gave was that he had an appointment and to come back tomorrow. Im not one to complain but the fact that it wasnt fixed right there and then and having to go back the next day was upsettingInstead I went to another place to get what I asked for,right after I leftits not the fact that I paid two places to get what I went in for its the fact that the professional shouldve paid attention to my requests. On top of it all the polish was on my skin not once did he clean the polish around my nail. Super unsatisfied!!!!

The gentleman who does my sisters nails does a great job and is really nice every time we go their.

Hospitality was OK. My nails were perfectly done my james. On the other hand make sure to ask for prices I was over charged on the pedi $10 more. I decided not to say anything because money comes and goes and karma will get them soon. And I just read another review stating the same thing, so this may not only have happened to me in one day.2 stars for stealing money.So I did not a leave a tip of that reason because they had already stoled $10

I went in at 5 I just wanted some simple acrylics 3 people went infront of me I left at 7pm still with no nails.....

Worst place I ever in my life been too!!Not only is it very unsanitary i walked out with cut nails because the little boy didn’t know how to do the shape I wanted which was not coffin but they insisted on coffin ! Then before that he got my nails crooked and before that I waited 30 min with cold feet on half finish job finally got someone I understand family owned businesses but the professionalism wasn’t there !!!! I shoulda took a step out as soon as I saw the place but I wanted to be a nice person especially with everything happening but keep in. Mind I called for price and also confirmed price only to be charged 10 dollars more 15 for a pedi I didn’t get while waiting for a full set my feet were basically just washed which I had clean feet a way to ruin my birthday !

Old lady was doing good in the beginning, then started rushing, so my nails were totally messed up! 10/10 wouldnt recommend.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I have been coming here for the past 4 years. I normally get James because he does acrylics really well. I went last Saturday and the owner did my nails this time. I asked for a simple square shape with pink polish and she DID NOT DO A WELL JOB !! AT ALL !! My nails were not filled right, and I had a lot of bumps on my nails, they looked like DUCK NAILS!! NEVER AGAIN am I coming here !!

Toes and nails was done great. She listened to what I wanted and did exactly that. The only problem was she was paying more attention to her Facebook and phone and took even longer then what it should of and my skin would get caught by the file when she would do this. Otherwise, they did great

Mind you that the person that did my nails was the owner. She has no skill whatsoever. My nails came out bumpy and uneven. Very little acrylic was used. She accidentally scratched at some gel paint on my thumb nail and didn’t bother to fix it. Had me cure them under the UV lamp after she had messed it up. Worst place ever.My request was kept simple and short, I had decided to go in for a medium length coffin tip and received basically a short French tip. On top of that, I saw how she didn’t care for the fact that my nails were literally coming out crooked. I made it a point to mention this to her several times and her answer was always, “Oh when the acrylic goes on it’ll be ok”. That’s not how this works at all, I hate my nails because they were supposed to look like a clean job. For what I got done I was overcharged. She burned my fingers a few times, which I also let her know yet she kept doing as she pleased. I have an injured wrist, yes I told her to be gentle, and it was as if I had told her to play arm wrestle with me. Very unprofessional and no skilll/technique whatsoever. My nails were out of shape and uneven. For how they turned out I should’ve just left when she “cut the shape” before the acrylic was laid. Biggest mistake was going here. Never again.

I always get compliments about my nails. So I strongly recommend Valley Nails. Their service is spectacular! They do amazing work on pedicures and they even make cute drawings on my nails when I get shellac. Martin is hilarious and both James and Jonah are so professional. If I could leave a zero, I would. Customer service is horrible. There’s a lot of Spanish speaking people and they are always using bad words in Spanish. They are always talking down on the owners in front of clients. Very UNprofessional. Lady took nearly 3 hours on my refills. All my nails look bumpy and NOT smooth, I got home and bit them off so I can get a new set somewhere else. The nail tech kept getting distracted by the girl next to her or going to her phone. Very disappointing. To top it off they overcharged me $6 on my total, I called and all the guy had to say to me was “oh idk” they didn’t go into detail as to what service I got nor ask how they can fix it. Very poor and dirty place. Overall would NOT recommend!!!!!!!!!!

I’m not one to complain I don’t like to, Ive been going to valley nails for a while. They have a kind staff but the nail services are okay. The owner and James are the best. Today I went in and was there for almost two hours. My nail tech would constantly stop on my nails and use his phone for several minutes just texting. I asked for rounded shape and wasn’t pleased with the work. He didn’t seem like he knew how and when I saw he kept looking at a picture I knew he wasn’t familiar. I offered to change my shape but he insisted he could do it. I think employees should know how to do all shapes and should use their phone only when they can not during a clients service and abruptly in the middle of it too. Sweet people but the work wasn’t the best. Too little powder on my nail it’s see through and flimsy.

I would have given them 5 stars . I simply love Magee who does my nails. She is extremely creative and I get 5 star nail art and shellac .The owner or the supervisor I am assuming was very unfair with the pricing this time that I went there. There was no logic to what he said the price was. I paid $60 for nails with nail art and 1 shellac color. He first said $65 and then I told him in the past I had done complicated designs and 2 colors and I was charged $50 or 45 . Thats when he brought it down to $60.All this is based on his visual calculation and judgment because prices written on their walls are in the twenties. I think that was very unfair and makes me sad and upset because I like going there and I like magees work. I would have tipped her more if I didnt have to pay the over price. Not fair!

Not from the area and I decided to check it out because of the reviews it got. I got a pedicure and acrylics on my nails My pedi was ok but I have gotten better. I got yellow acrylics and if I can go back I wouldnt get them. The quality was poor, even the UV light didnt work. The messed up on my nail and didnt bother to fixed it. Over all its overpriced for the quality, I have gotten so much better from an area that charges less.

Had not been to valley nails in a while.never again will i go. Feel bad for the owner .wome. working there were talking about him in spanish and other coworkers.complaiming they didnt want to do a certain cumtomers nails. To top it off my nail fell off a 5 days later.besides the bad work, the bad vibes from the workers are even worst.
