I was referred to Greg by a plumber that had previously provided me 5-star service(Rightway Plumbing-Jeff & Eric).I called Greg and asked if he could check out my furnace boiler as I have radiant heat in my home which was on the market for sale. We found Greg and his crew extremely honest, professional and just great guys to have around. They delivered as promised. Came into our condo with drop clothes etc. to keep some of the dust away. When the job was done they went to move the furniture back. My husband asked them not to and they kept trying to finish job. We cannot say enough for the professional service we received from Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory during our recent AC installation. Due to the age of our condo building this install required professionals who could trouble shoot the unique nature of replacing our AC units. Greg, Keith, Brandon and Cory were wonderful to work with. From start to finish they were careful, polite, and clearly knew their profession as the age of our condo building challenged them to be innovative and creative as they both removed old equipment and replaced the new. Since this company has the capability to do sheet metal fabrication each of our two installs took one day each as there was no need to wait for custom parts to be ordered. Greg and his team replaced our water heater after ours broke suddenly. Greg was overbooked with work but made time to help us. Within a day we had a brand new water heater! His team worked quickly and efficiently and left everything clean and tidy and they disposed of the old water heater. I’d recommend them as trustworthy, professional and skilled.

I’m so pleased with the service and staff that came. The first gentleman that came to give an estimate for the job was amazing. He listened to what I wanted/needed and helped me understand my options. The estimate was so reasonable, less than what other companies gave me.The tear down crew and installers came on time, got down to business and completed the job in less than a full day. They even streamlined the pipelines on my boiler...it gave me more utility room space.Greg also took the time to answer a few questions about what other companies had said that needed to be done. Zahler Heating did a great job on our furnace replacement! Very honest upfront in their assessment and estimate. Installers Keith & Brandon were very professional and went the extra mile in reworking our gas main to allow for easier access to our other mechanical equipment. AC stopped working and blades were not moving.Called Zahler Heating and Air Conditioning at 7:45 am and they came at 9AM.COREY WAS OUR SERVICE REP.He diagnosed our issue immediately.He put in a new compressor which was more efficient than our old one that failed.He cleaned out the outside unit and we were up and running 9:35 AM .It would have taken a week or more to get it fixed with Centerpoint.I would recommend them to anyone anytime.We can enjoy the day as our home cools done.

Our AC went out at the beginning of one of the hottest weeks in Minnesota history! Several days were in the mid to upper 90’s. All the HVAC repair places were swamped, and the wait for an appointment was over a week! But Greg remembered us from an earlier visit (he had checked out our radiators about 7 months previous) and when we texted him, he fit us into his schedule in a few days. He diagnosed the problem, which was a faulty compressor motor. He ordered a new motor, and discovered that the old one was still under warranty so it didn’t cost anything! He was also super patient with my wife and me, showing us how to maintain the unit for longer life. He got us back up and running quickly. Outstanding service!!!

Very quick response to all of our questions! We had our furnace replaced 3 years ago. Their work was exceptional and they left the area very clean. We had a faulty geothermal system installed on our new home which didnt work from the beginning. Greg rebuilt the system and it has worked flawlessly ever since. Greg is honest, responds to phone calls in a timely fashion, does excellent work, and for us has been a dream come true.

Zahler Heating & Air saved the day for my family when our Triangle Tube boiler went out unexpectedly in mid-December, just before a major cold-snap. I’d never heard of Zahler prior to contacting them. I contacted them because they are one of only a few authorized TT contractors licensed to work in Minneapolis and because they garnered positive reviews on a well-known home improvement website. I tried to contact a couple other HVAC specialists on an emergency service basis, but said contractors either took too long to return my call or failed to respond at all. I talked to Greg at Zahler at 7:05 am on a Tuesday and by 3:00 pm, my boiler was repaired and generating much-needed heat. I truly appreciate how Greg altered his work schedule to fit me in. A special call-out to Cory, the technician who made the repairs. Though young, Cory was well-versed in the TT product, immediately diagnosed the problem and then quickly replaced the damaged part. He even fixed an error the original installers had made with a gas pressure safety meter and performed a routine check-up on the entire system, just to make sure there were no other issues. To top it all off, Cory courteously removed his shoes upon entering my home, without being asked. I will definitely be using Zahler again…for future heating AND cooling work.
