Nice guy doing the work, but when I got the bill, I understood why he was so happy. 15 minutes of actual work for $350. I had some ductwork that had come apart. It needed two brackets from the shop that he conveniently had to go back to the office to get. Charged me all the drive time back and forth. I would think in that big truck of parts they would carry a couple of brackets. He also used some tape. I needed their expertise, but expensive.

The process of scheduling by using the contact page on the website was easy. We got a call back quickly and were able to get an appointment at 7:00AM the next day. As we need an air conditioner checked out during a heat wave this was great! The technician arrived on time, was very thorough and knowledgeable. He explained the potential range of problems clearly, suggesting one that would cost $1,500. He proceeded to try a less costly solution, adding refrigerant, which ended up solving the problem. The final cost for trip charge, two hours of labor and materials was $355. The system has worked well through a continued stretch of hot weather. While not cheap, I felt that we got excellent value considering the prompt, competent and courteous service.

Bought a top of the line Carrier however, 10 years later the A/C is not cooling. The tech came out when I called and found that the system had a leak in evaporator coil and low on coolant. They suggested it was over a year out of warranty, but the reality is it was right at the 10 year Carrier warranty which they did not divulge. Called the owner and asked for help in covering coil replacement on warranty and never heard back. Now forced to open a case with Carrier to get assistance. Seems like they were more interested in getting paid than standing by their work even with the mfg warranty. Thanks Centraire.

I have used this company exclusively in the past. I emailed for services on 7/23 and left a message on 7/24. As of 7/31, they have not responded. Poor customer service.

We have used Centraire now for multiple daycare centers and our corporate office. Their pricing is reasonable - and the first project we did with them their price was similar to another HVAC contractor who intended to reuse many ducts - but Centraires was to put in all new. We have continued using them for small to large projects and have been extremely happy with their service. They are very quick to respond to questions or issues and go the extra step to think about what is best you may not think of or know. We have worked with Tom and Kyle - both are always pleasant and are patient with my questions (I like to understand the details). They do design-build as well which is nice if you are wanting to avoid a mechanical engineer. We strongly recommend!

Todd came to replace my 24 year old Boiler. He was GREAT! He was very friendly & after the job was done he cleaned up and explained my whole system. He did a great job & my new boiler looks so fancy ;) . I would recommend this company.

I used these guys all the time. Scheduling is a nightmare because they dont seem to communicate within their own office well, but they are always quick, dependable, and capable.

Professional, friendly and able to fix the problem with our boiler. They came on time and worked very efficiently. Very happy with their work.
