I enjoyed this complex very much. While staying there, I enjoyed the grounds, sitting by the ponds, visiting with the residents and being so close to work. The wildlife is awesome; it makes it feel like you are waking up in a park atmosphere everyday. The staff is amazing! I liked being walking by the office staff and saying hello. Maintenance is very attentive and I enjoyed how much the office staff is professional and knowledgeable. The pool and amenities are very enjoyable and if I have a friend who is looking for a place to live, then I will think of this place.

My boyfriend and I just signed a lease yesterday. Jessica and Tracie went above and beyond to help us make getting our new place fast and easy! Looking forward to using the pools, the sauna and even the shuffle board court! It seems to be a very quiet community and I look forward to meeting our neighbors. More to come as we experience more!

Moved to this property temporarily between home purchases. If I hadnt committed to buying I would have stayed. This is a very nice apartment community; the residents are friendly, the parklike grounds are lovely the apartment was very big and comfortable. Their staff is wonderful; Jessica, Courtney in the office, and Scott, Jesse, Rod and Taylor in maintenance are all terrific! Though we love our new home, we would have been quite happy staying at Edina Highland Villa long term.

Words are not enough to describe our amazing experience at Highlands Villa Apartments. We moved from Toronto, Canada during this pandemic. Jessica made everything so easy for us... from virtual tour to the paper work, she sorted everything for us. We travelled via road to Edina and Jessica and LeAnn kept everything ready for us. We landing directly into our apartment. It was a roasting day so they turned on the AC before our arrival. We felt like being at home the very first hour in the community and in our apartment. These ladies are very courteous and have always accommodated our requests, whether it is a maintenance issue or any other thing. The apartments are very cozy and the community has beautiful landscape. We feel like living in heaven.

I recently moved my dad into Highland Villa. He has only been there a couple of weeks, but I wanted to leave a review to say how impressed my dad and I are with management and maintenance so far. They have been very responsive to any questions or concerns that I have, which has been crucial, as we had to sign the lease without ever seeing the actual place. The building is older and my dad doesnt have an upgraded unit, so some things are looking a bit worn (however, you can pay more and have an updated kitchen, but that wasnt important to my dad), but overall the building is very well-maintained, lobbies are well-maintained and the grounds are beautiful. Jessica, the manager, has been particularly helpful. They also are working hard, it seems, to keep place extra clean and decrease risks of covid.

I recently signed a lease, and can’t say enough positive things about Tracie and Jessica - they are wonderful! They answered all my questions (even the silly ones) with a smile, and are friendly, professional, patient, and accommodating as all get out. The buildings and common areas are clean, and the grounds are lovely - lots of trees and privacy. I was raised in Edina, so I’m really looking forward to moving “home” 😉

I am so impressed with the manager, Jessica. She has a sparkling personality and a genuine expression of compassion for the residents in her community. She strives for the highest level of customer service and attention to detail in providing her residents a home they can be proud of.

I have been a resident at Villa Way for about three months now and my experience has been wonderful. I am new to the area and the management team has been so inviting and welcoming. The Edina Highland Villa is a wonderful place to live! The staff is very friendly and helpful. When I first moved in I was welcomed with a move in bag complete with the essentials. I was also welcomed by many of my friendly neighbors. The grounds are breathtaking and well maintained and home to a family of turkeys that are fun to watch. I highly recommend this place!

Ive lived here for almost ten years and hope I never have to leave. One of the highlights is the maintenance team: rarely if ever do I have to more than a day for a problem to be addressed. The managers office door is always open; the residents are friendly and helpful.

The management team onsite as well as the property management group are great to work with. I frequently see Jessica and Kailey going out of their way to make a residents day or doing what they can to make my job as a vendor easier. Theyre kind, professional and some of the best in the business!

Courteous, thoughtful, polite, engaging staff are always following up any issues in the building quickly like it is their own home. Building is extremely well maintained considering it is about 50 years of age. Our visitors and guests always compliment us on what a lovely place we live in. Nice modern amenities that are comparable to much newer properties.

We moved into our unit about the end of August and we love it. The staff is what makes the place a special place to live. The office staff and maintanence workers are very friendly and have been very attentive to questions and concerns. We have not had any real issues to date and that may be because the place seems to be well run. There are an indoor and outdoor pool that we have enjoyed. A water aerobics class is also offered one day a week. Fun! The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. The residents of the apartments are also friendly.

Rosie, on the Highland Villa staff, went above and beyond her job description to help me. Shes always friendly with a smile on her face. To be fair, all the staff has always been pleasant and helpful, and Ive lived here for over 4 years.

The maintenance is great here. Beautiful grounds. The indoor pool makes for great winter pool activities. Management is very helpful.

The facility is very well maintained . The staff was super helpful! Jessica Betts did a great job by helping us with our tour and paperwork.

Jessica helped me find a great parking spot for my mother-in-law and answered all my questions and made the paperwork happen in just a few minutes. Great customer service!!

Am writing this on behalf of my husbandUncompassionate management!My husband has to break his lease early due to family emergency back home. The emergency is such that he is leaving his job today and will be traveling back home by Friday. When he approached the management they did not give him any options to workout an amicable lease breakage solution. Which is absolutely fine by us. We having problems is definitely not the leasing office problem. But they do have the audacity to imply my husband is lying by saying that 100 people walk in with “reasons” to get out of lease early. Very rude and it broke my dear husband even more after he tried to be upfront and honest with the apartment management. I would So business with management that strictly adheres to its policies but not with an establishment that has zero compassion. We will drop the check and keys under the door early tomorrow morning. Hopefully they will not find damages in a dwelling that was used by a single person working 7am -6 pm at office as a retaliation to this review

This Apartment is an awesome place to live. The only issue is water it’s not filtered and it’s tastes awful and not of drinkable quality.Need to spend extra some money for bottle or can water purchase.Excellent leasing office staff ( Renea & Mekka ) are very good & helpful.
