Best apartment I have live in by far. Always clean and neat. The management team are super nice. Very helpfully whenever I have questions or suggestions. I always recommend my family and friends to moved here. The property manager Britney is a really nice girl, positive, and very helpful. Very professional as well.

Such a awesome place to live. The property manager Brittney is great, very helpful and always welcomes tenants to her office with smile. The maintenance team Brad and Jenni are always there to take care tenant concerns. Such a great team. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice spacious pet friendly apartments close to Edina Park Lake and Centennial Lake, great place for outdoor activities. Wonderful management and Maintenance Tech Brad keeps the place in good shape. Any servicing requirements are taken up promptly and completed efficiently. All this comes with a smile and courtesy.

These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older and thats okay, the manager, the maintenance and staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

My Husband and I have been living here for years. We have had a great time living here. When any issues arise, the management and crew have been on top of it! Brittany is the best landlord I have had. She is personable, kind, and extremely patient. No place is perfect, but that hasnt been a barrier for us. We were very happy to hear that they started to allow dogs in our building. Thanks!

Stayed six months at Edina Park Apartment and moved out. Literally, a week later I felt why I made worst decision to move here. Overall location wise nice area but very old apartment, all the appliances were old including kitchen - stove, drawer, washing machine, bathtub.Once you enter the apartment main entrance door and you will notice stinky smell and it will stay all time.And last but not least very poor management system.Definitely not recommended !!!

Brittany and her staff were amazing to work with. The apartments were spacious, quiet and looked great. The location to malls and restaurants is a nice perk. The underground parking is going to be really nice in the winter.

I have lived at Edina Park for the past 3 years. The management & maintenance staff are friendly, responsive and helpful. Residents are always informed of what is going on around and in the building (i.e. construction, repairs, issues) as well as timelines for when things will be done. No issues with the staff, however some residents are less than respectful of others - however, that is apartment living.

We been live here for 3 or 4 years now. And they allow dogs. but they help the residents as much they can here too it great live here.
